Hello2 weeks ago, Noah came to my home to go over my 2 bathroom remodel requirements. He told me he would have that quote ready on Monday. Well, Wednesday comes so I call. He stated he would have the quote that evening. Its now Sunday, and 2 weeks later, and still no quote.I do not believe I did anything wrong to receive this type of response, so to alleviate any further confusion, I am cutting ties with your organization. If I am struggling to get a quote, I can only imagine the struggle if something were to go wrong after the job starts.

Working with Carrington Construction was stressful from the beginning. No step of the way was easy, it was all a struggle. The first 2 weeks they sent only one guy to demo kitchen and 3 baths. Most days he worked a half day, being called off our job, to go help on another more important job. Some days, no one showed up, and we were never notified. It seemed to go downhill from there. Our bid was misquoted, and during the kitchen part, we had to pay over $1,000 more for counters. Curious, since we all signed off on the price initially. Communication was terrible, I would have to text or call to see if anyone was even coming many mornings.Halfway through the job, the lead guy that we did have decent communication with, quit, and 4 others working on our job told us they were on the way out also. We had so many unfamiliar guys showing up to do part of a job, then the next day, someone else would come around to finish the job, that even they didnt know exactly what to do or what was left to do.They damaged two areas doing the job, resulting in having to repair the damaged areas that were never supposed to have work done on it in the first place.This all showed terrible management from the top.The end result is beautiful, but it was so frustrating and stressful, feeling like we were going into battle each day, and took such a toll on our lives and home for 12 weeks, I would not be able to recommend this company to anyone I liked.

Carrington is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. They were on time, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.
