I called this business on September 24th and scheduled an appointment for the 30th to come do an estimate for a lot of work due to a flood. I sat at my house for the 2-hour time window that they gave me only to have them not show up and when I called them they put me on hold for 7 minutes. In that time I went to the better Business bureau and looked them up to find out that this is not the first time theyve had issues with not showing up or not answering phone calls and when they came back on the line they told me I was not even on the schedule or have no idea about any appointment. I told them to forget about even coming because I dont need this aggravation if I was ever to hire them. be aware
