Had a car towed to a shop. Same-day delivery of my vehicle, and that hook-up price is cheap! As of this writing its $65, which a quick Google search will show either mid-range or cheap. Seemed like a decent price to me. No complaints, just told them where it was, where the key was, and they took it from there (pun intended). Would use again! (Though I hope I dont need another tow...)

Call to get a tow and they would not take us to our area in Indianapolis.

Worst towing company Ive ever dealt with. My brothers car was towed there and we went to pick it up the next day which was Friday. Theyre closed early due to holiday, ok understandable. So we call Saturday an they tell us the manager has the key to the safe an he wont be in till Monday and Im sure they are gonna try an charge him everyday till Monday.

Came and picked us up at 12pm and in timely manner. Thanks

Was closed on a normal work day because no one could make it into the office but still charged me for one day extra of storage. But when I finally got there the guy was nice and helpful.

Their unwillingness to work with people leave a lot to be desired with customer service.

They were very professional and prompt on getting to where my car had broken down. Not only that, but really liked how they knew the guys name, on first name basis at Goodyear on 86th and Michigan Rd.

Brian, who was the service provider did an excellent job. He was prompt with his arrival, I was able to tell him how to maneuver the truck into the best position to get my car properly on the tow and he was able to do it no complaints. He knew exactly what he was doing. Overall good guy to work with. If you decide to use this company, I would definitely recommend asking for Brian directly.

We got stuck in the mud today and I called at least 5 other companies and none of them could help or had ridiculous wait times. This place came right out and took care of it. We’re very pleased with the experience.

After a day out with my 2 young sons, my car died in the Target parking lot. Firestone referred me to Zionsville Towing when I called to see about having it brought there and gave me their number. I spoke with Alexis and she was so incredibly sweet. I didn’t know exactly how to do what needed done, but she took me thru every step and answered all of my questions. She even called back to let me know my car had been dropped off (which was very fast). All in all, while I hope I never need their services again, if I do need a tow I know who I’ll call.

Towed my non-starting vehicle this morning. I called right as they opened and it was delivered to my home in about an hour. Ryan called to let me know where to find the invoice and key. Fair and upfront pricing, professional people. Exceeded expectations.

Called to get my car towed. Waited an hour, no one arrived. Called, said they will call the guy again, had to call back a second time to see what they said, and told me the first call never went through.Wasted a lot of time.

My car wasnt taged when received the establishment idnt set up for city regulations and there are employees smoking in the facilty i will not recommend this place to anyone especially after breaking the tie rod to my vehical when there could have been a better place to tie down my vehical i will be reporting this place to the BBB

Have used multiple times because I own a dodge passenger van. Called today to have the van towed to Greene’s Automotive in Zionsville.Originally was going to be tomorrow but called this afternoon and said they could around 6-7 pm tonight. Great news!!!Steve the tow driver was here little after 6pm. Friendly. It was raining and nasty out but he was great. Got everything loaded and was on the road in no time.I saw some bad reviews and wanted people to know that you have ALWAYS been great to work with no matter what!Thanks again!

I have been blocked from any form of private communication about this matter. They hang up on me when I call. They have my sons mailbox key. They already returned his apt key because they know they are only lawfully allowed to keep the car key.My son has important legal and health related papers in his mailbox that he can not retrieve now..this towing company is keeping his mail key....i think there are very strict laws about interfering with someones mail. I want to communicate privately but they block me and hang up on me..They also have my sons winter coat. And they have his tools for work. They wanted $489 for the 1st 24 hrs. It would be well on its way to $600 now. They would not even let us know the condition of the car or see it until the money was paid.thankfully a nice employee told me....dont pay the money. It is bad. You will be having to tow it out of here.We offered to sign the title over to him to scrap it and then I would put some cash with it. At this point we would agree to sign something saying we still owe the rest.Anything to have his tools before work in the morning. We have begged ...my son will lose his job and possibly his place in the apprenticeship.There has to be a way to solve this before work. His lawyer will act on his behalf ..but obviously not before work tomorrow morning.To make it worse there is an employee that laughs about this and seems to enjoy it.

Just like most towing places they are rude and act like they arent screwing you over. They towed the vehicle from Lebanon and the next day the bill was over $400.00. Plus, $40.00 per day to add mounting pressure. Id be ashamed to make money off people like this.

Predatory towing company!!!! If you are contacting them for a tow, think otherwise before you contribute to this company. When trying t ok contact them, they were deliberately subversive and outright ignoring my attempts to rectify the situation. Then without notice, though I had been contacting them my car was put up for sale.
