A good place. I got the gel nails, and they did start to chip off withing 5 days. Other than that, I loved my experience here!

My nails always look great after going here. Danny is the best, so I always make appointments with him. It takes a little longer than if you go to most other places but its because he cares and really does his best work every time. I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else

My friend and I went in on Saturday July 31st. And they were very busy. The young lady that did my nails she was awesome 😎 and thats Why I gave 1 ⭐ but my friend had a horrible experience her male nail tech was rude and very obnoxious and even smacked the hand of a paying customer to the point of telling her she needs to loose weight. I find that very much bad for Business. I will return to my original nail salon Best Nails

My sister and I came in for mani-pedis. I let them know this upfront. We sat down and they tried to upsell me with some pedicure additions and I said no. The woman told me it would be $60 for everything and I said yes, prepared for paying $60 for each of us. Then I also got an eyebrow wax for $10. But at the end, they charged me $60 for each pedicure, $35 for my pedicure and $30 for hers and then $10 for my wax. It came out to $195!!! Absolutely ridiculous and false advertisement. I’m never going back here

As long as Jimmy and Nancy are running this place, you will be in great hands! I’ve been following both Jimmy and Nancy for years to which ever nail place they worked! I was thrilled to learn that they started running American Nail together. They’re the best and I won’t go to anyone else. They take their time to make sure your service is fulfilled instead of doing rush jobs to get the most money in a day!! I love them! ❤️

I am completely unsatisfied with the service I got today.. I had to go home and file my own nails because the little old man didnt. He did an awful job! Not worth the money!!

She did a poor job on my nails and cut my thumb and was sore for 2 days. My 6 year old granddaughter could have done a better job.

Absolutely terrible one day after I got them done the nail polish started peeling off I went back they wouldnt give me a refund I paid $43.00 they redone them and they are peeling off again never going there again

Will never go back there again. They are rude an did an awful job me an my daughter had more polish on hands than are nails. And didnt even attempt to wipe it off. Not sure how they even have business.

Danny is the best!! I have had nothing but bad experiences in Muncie that I considered going out of town...and Danny changed that for me. He is so gentle with my hands...and gave me a beautiful set. The ladies there were so polite. I will not go anywhere else. This is my new nail home. Thanks Danny!!!

I would give 0 if possible, very unprofessional!! I walked in an hour before they closed with no other customers inside (4 employees all relaxing shoes off with their open sign still on) I asked for a service, and as one employee stood up to help me and start another employee overrides him and says they are closed. Another man then tells him to let me start as well but he refuses. I told him your hours state 8pm online and he could not give me an answer only “uhhhh.” I just told him do not worry about it. As soon as I leave he turns his open sign off and they all start moving very fast to hurry and get out. I WILL NOT be back. This was extremely unprofessional, change your hours if you aren’t going to follow through and provide services until the time stated on your door and google! Ridiculous

I had my nails done here. 2 nails broke within 6 days because they were made so thin. Had a pedicure as well, and I have an infection in one of my toes.

The water for the pedicures was cold, the hot water went out. My service was rushed and my feet were not done well. My friends toenail Polish wasn’t cleaned off enough. When we complained we only got a “sorry”. No money was taken off or anything. It was disappointing.

My two friends and I went in earlier today for nails- they both got gel and I got dip with tips- and we all agreed it was a great experience!We walked in and waited for seats to be open, and one of the techs offered us rings of color swatches so we could browse. We were sat down one by one (they pulled me first, knowing it would take longer) and we still only spent an hour and a half there total.Danny did a great job with my nails, checking in and making sure I was happy throughout the application, and taking my preferences into account (my fingers are crooked but I dont want my nails to be, so even though this was against what he would normally do, he did it for me and checked in to make sure each nail was what I was looking for). He did accidentally cut my cuticle a little, but he was very careful and gentle with that spot afterwards, even during filing.All three of us walked out happy and feeling good!

LOVE American Nails Spa! Diane takes the time to make your nails look amazing. She also answers any questions you have about the manicure or pedicure. She is very personable and soon enough will know exactly what you like! The pricing is great and the service is even better! Side note: you must make an appointment because her and John both have all their days booked.

I came in on Friday and had the best nail exp Ive Ever had. Its a very family oriented atmosphere, very sweet ppl! They made me feel like family even though I showed up an hr before close wanting nails that take some time to do. My nails are Beautiful and I have a new favorite nail salon. I spent $45 for a paint job that my 7 year old could have done..l probably wont go back, and I obviously wont get a refund. Now I have to go spend more money to get it fixed.

I went to get a pedicure with my daughter, who was home from college for Christmas break. The atmosphere is calm and quiet even though there was a lot of people inside. We were seated almost immediately and the technicians were very good and quick. The price was only $20 for each spa pedicure with a polish. While waiting for our toenails to dry we each got a wax service and the price was right on spot for the service ($5 for lip and $8 for eyebrows) .The only reason I didn’t give this place a 5 is because I’m coming back and it was only one visit. If the next visit is the same experience then this place deserves a BIG 5 STAR rating.

Leg massage and pedicure is well worth the $$ Staff is very friendly and not pushy. They have party packages for 4 or more.

Its a really nice place to go so long at you get Jimmy or one of the other girls to do your nails. Ive only ever gotten acrylics done so I cant say much about pedicures, but one thing is for sure do NOT go to the guy who sits in the very back and does nails. Ive gone to him 2-3 times and have walked out with small cuts around my nails, and hes really rude when you show any sort of discomfort. But honestly hes my only complaint about the place!

I have always went to VIP ... Never again ! The atmosphere and the people are So nice at American nail spa in muncie ! It does take a little longer than other places but it is worth it ! When its your turn, you appreciate the time they take. I love the desire to have a conversation with you that they have.
