I loved my experience here! They did an amazing job and were patient with me when I explained what I wanted since it was quite complicated. The whole salon was clean and well put together. Their prices were very fair. Without a doubt the best nail salon Ive ever been to.. I will definitely return!

I had the BEST experience with John at T-Nails. Hes very thoughtful and attentive which was so appreciated since my last nail salon experience in Muncie left me in tears. If youre new to the area and are looking for a clean, fresh nail salon experience. I HIGHLY recommend.

So i’ve been going here since i was a kid, and i love all of the people there but it’s just not very consistent. me and my mom went, i asked for almond shaped acrylics with just white for the color. the man doing my nails was super friendly and sweet, but my nails were not the best. they’re different lengths and the shape is a bit off, but i wasn’t expecting perfection. we also got pedicures another day but this time scheduled our appointment for 11, got there on time, waited for 45 minutes even though we had an appointment, and then got sat in the chairs at 11:45, and actually got our pedicures at 12ish. i got white again and they only did two coats, it’s see through, wasn’t cleaned up, and had air bubbles that left weird circles. i attached pictures of my nails and toes. i really do love this place, but they usually rush to do your nails because they’re so busy.

We made an appointment for 3 gel manicures at 3:30 pm and they were a little behind but we were done by 4:30 pm after waiting about a half hour. My friends and I are all happy with our nails and the pricing of them. I even was able to get 5 different colors. Great place to get nails done in Muncie and very nice workers. I have come back multiple times and have loved my nails and the service each time!!

Will not be returning here again. They had the door open and there was multiple bees in the salon. I was waiting for an hour to get acrylic nails and they were even busy when people with appointments showed up. Very unprofessional. I asked the guy doing my nails to do french tip and he was unable to do it. I also asked for square shape and three of my nails are crooked and the shape is not square. Some of my nails are wider than the other. Nails overall are the worst nails I have ever gotten. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

My first time going here was for a full set for my graduation, the man who did my nails that day was very rushed and I had multiple nails that were very crooked and some were completely different lengths.I was with my friend who got a full set as well and got a design which led to us seeing Molly for her design work.Molly was very meticulous in her work and made sure that her work was well done. I decided to come back and I requested an appointment with Molly, by far she is the best nail person I have ever went to and I am VERY pleased with her work. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for good work and a friendly attitude.

I really really enjoyed the manicures and would definitely go back for those. I also got designs on my nails and the lady was having some trouble and it’s not perfect but I appreciate her efforts. It seems very comfortable there but I do not personally like my nails the shape of them are crooked but she did try her best.

Seriously the worst experience Ive had at any nail salon PERIOD!!!! First I went to get a fill was told it would be 20 minutes. I waited over an hour. He rushed through my nails. I didnt even make it home before the polish was chipping. Went in the next day and waited another hour and soon as I got home my nail just broke off.

Waited two hours for acrylic nails and paid 60. after about 5 days they started coming lose and after a couple more days i lost two nails. i will not be coming back they are way to overpriced for there work.

Made an appointment and arrived on time. Kinda nervous because in my 60+ years of life Ive only had fake nails one other time. I walked in and there was no greeting, just questions. Questions that they had already asked when I called about my appointment. And the tone of this mans voice was not that of a Im happy to see you kinda tone, exact opposite. I waited uncomfortable for five mins and left.

NAIL UPDATE!!! I FN LOVE THE WORK DONE ON MY NAILS TODAY!!! Duyen ( I hope I spelled that right...) Did the most amazing job shaping/sculpturing and painting my nails today.... EVERY NAIL IS PERFECT IN ALL ASPECTS!!!! Im so impressed. She was patient, attentive and kind through the entire 3 hour process.... Nothing was too much or impossible. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied through the entire process....I highly recommend this salon.... All patrons seemed as satisfied as I am.

My friend and I had an appointment at 5:30, and did not leave the salon until after closing hours. Our third friend we came with waited over 2 hours to get her nails done, which she was not previously notified that she would wait that long. Very disappointing to say the least.

I went there recently Nd I got a gel acrylic. I asked for square and the guy gave me square rounded. He also added too much acrylic at the top. He seemed like he was in a rush to get done and he was rough when filing my nails. He filed them uneven and the gel was At then end made the bottom uneven to. At the end it was 45 which is too much for what I actually got gel understandable but the length wasn’t even that long and he charged me 5 more for it. I get my nails done all the time and I know how to do my own. And from what he did it was unprofessional. I was really disappointed and I won’t be going back there . And honestly don’t waste your money here either cause it’s not worth it. The people were nice but they don’t know how to do true professional nails especially how much it cost they don’t.Edit : yes, we tried to talk about the issues but the guy was just trying to make a joke out of it like it was funny or that we would brush it off.

This was a terrible nail salon. They are not organized with their appointments and yelled at me when they made a mistake on fitting me in. Also they are horrible at shaping nails and polish application is very sloppy.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My gel manicure chipped the first day, does not cover entire nail, and they didn’t put a top coat on all of my nails so they are all different textures (???). Didn’t shape them well either. Save your time and money.

I’ve been a customer here for the past two years and I’m very disappointed in the service I received yesterday. Not only was I rushed but my nails are uneven, too thick, and are jutting out in odd directions. I also have several cuts from the machine and they didn’t even push my cuticles back. expected more as this used to be my favorite place to get my nails done but I would rather drive an hour to go to a shop that respects me as a customer. I normally never write reviews but nails aren’t cheap and I feel like I was robbed. I don’t feel pretty at all with these nails.

I was just in yesterday & the work was great & always was.... But in all the years i have been going there i have never used my bank card til now... BAD IDEA... My account was taken for $700.00 after i left there later that day.. DO NOT USE DEBIT CARDS WITH THEM...

Would not return. Service was horrible. Was in there for 2 hours just for a fill in in which my whole shape was changed without my consent & my daughter just got a gel paint only for it not to last even a week.

The guy who did my nails literally kept walking away and playing on his phone. He was nice but hardly paid attention and it was pretty rude. Glad I wasn’t on a time crunch. Also the paint was peeling after two days and my nails hurt for the next few days.

Disappointed never going back all my family goes there but my sister went for the first time and they RUINED her nails! Horrible service

They COULD do good work but their manicures are so rushed! My gel has never lasted more than 1 week before it starts to peel from the bottom or chip. Looks good at first but manicures are extra when you get gel... so I was charged $90 for a $35 deluxe spa pedi and gel polish ... WITH NO MANICURE. She wouldn’t trim or file them without charging me. It’s been 3 weeks and my nails look like I’ve had them for 2 months!

Perfect service. Squeezed me in last minute and made my nails perfect! Fixed any mistake without having to be told! Well worth the money!!!

My two index finger nails are not coffin shaped like the rest of my nails, which I would be willing to let go. But I was charged $50 for a acrylic set with a basic black nail polish and a matte topcoat.$50!!!!!! I have never paid that for a set in my life. That is extreme. This was my very first time coming here and I doubt I will be back.This review is because that price is ridiculous. The lady was nice and I’m not super worried about my two index fingers not being snapped correctly, I can fix that myself. But I’ve had sets done at other places with full designs and even charms that cost 50 dollars. Im upset that I was charged 50 dollars for something so basic.

I worked on a Sunday and met my sister there at 12:15. We went in and was told there was 3 people ahead of us. No problem as we understood as we did not have an appointment. We waited and was taken back to the pedicure chairs. Soaked in the water until the water was ice cold. No one started the pedicure. At2:50 no one had even come over to run warm water! I dried my feet and left. I will not Ever go back! Poor communication.. poor customer service. I was then talked about( in a foreign language) when I left. Be careful T Nail, your not the only people in the world that speak and understand your language.

It was clean, and the people worked quickly. Though while removing my nails was painful. They are definitely used to normal nail things. Not a bad place. I would suggest grinding of the polish and thinning the acrylic before prying nails off, or soak them off.

This is today’s experience. One of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. Definitely in the top two. The lady spoke no English but could not stop talking and watching what everyone else was doing. She has no strength in her hands for massaging my feet and legs. She also had very poor ability for manicuring. 🙁

Previously got my nails done from another salon in town and was very unimpressed with my experience. Today I went to T Nails after reading their reviews and viewing their pictures. I am extremely happy with my experience at this salon. Customer service was great and Susan did a wonderful job at fixing my nails. They look very natural and I will definitely be back!

Only nail place I have gone to in years. Always clean and they have a full staff so the wait is usually not bad. Prices are competitive and they do a great job. I have had manicures, gel manicures, and full sets and happy with all.

I have tried just about every nail salon in Muncie, and Ive always liked this one the most. They are quick to get me in and have some of the coolest designs Ive ever seen. Their selection of colors is outstanding and they are always very nice and patient!

My nail tech was very sweet but was not great at her job. Ive been doing dip nails for a while and wanted to try a place closer to where I live. Ive grown my nails out but the tech cut them short, I had only asked her to shape them. Most of them are crooked now. The dip was looking okay until she put a chunky top coat on. Now my nails look uneven and bumpy. I will not be returning and I will continue to drive out of town for my needs.

Best manicures and pedicures in Muncie area! Walk in or make an appointment. They all do a spectacular job and their friendly personalities are a huge plus in the nail industry in this area! I would definitely recommend this nail salon! You wont be disappointed!

I have been going here for over a year for gel fill-ins every 2-3 weeks. I always make an appointment and for the 4th separate time today I was told I either did not have an appointment, my nail tech was not in that day regardless of my appointment, or she was double booked and had a long wait even though I HAD an appointment. I am pretty understanding and always came back but after today and their lack of regard for my time, after I had confirmed my appointment earlier in the day, I will not be returning. Communication is lacking thoughtout the entire business. Expect long wait times and BEWARE - making an appointment apparently does not actually mean you have one.

I love coming here! My Gel nails last so I feel like I get my moneys worth. Not to mention the employees are super sweet! Highly recommend going here!

I come here all the time and came in today for a fill with the same girl who did my nails two weeks ago. I specifically waited for her because I’ve had bad experiences with techs at this salon before. I don’t know what the problem is but they did such a bad job it’s probably the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My nails aren’t the same length or the same shape. There is acrylic stuck to my fingers and nail polish all over my fingers. I asked her to get the sides of my nails because she got it all over my cuticles and sides. When she went around my nails she did it so fast she hardly got anything and literally took polish off the entire side of my nail and then asked me to go dry. I am just so sad and disappointed. Please go anywhere else to get your nails done this place is so inconsistent and I’m a regular customer. If anyone has any recommendations of where I should go please tell me because I’m not going to come back here.

This place is horrible! I went one time before and my nails looked awful and customer service was even worse! I went again to give them another try, and it was still as horrible. I waited 5 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there and asked what I wanted. Both times I had to come home and file my nails myself because the lengths and shape were uneven! The employees also sit on their phones and one even answered a phone call, yelled to whoever was on the phone, and threw her phone down. Horrible experience and horrible results. Go somewhere else and save your money!

Ive only had my nails done a few times but these people at this shop are so friendly and do great work! The last nail place I went to before them were rude and my nails looked so fake ! So thank you for being nice professionals and making my nails look great for my wedding day!!

Short wait for appointment-- 10 minutes, very reasonable. A lady with a small noisy child (um, I left mine at home) made me think I may not be able to enjoy my first pedicure in five years, but I was wrong.The place is *not* spotless, but the technician (I forgot to ask his name) used all of the proper hygiene items ie put a fresh plastic bag in the foot bath, wore gloves etc.He didnt try to talk to me which I really appreciated. Sometimes I feel like when I go in for a beauty service to relax, whoever is waiting on you wants to chat your ear off. He did a superb job of filing the calluses off of my dinosaur feet. Pleasant lemon smelling scrub and oil massage, including hot towel. VERY detail oriented with removing old skin and shaping the nails. Polish was expertly applied with quick dry top coat, and he *very gently* put my sandals on over the toe separaters. I left him a $10 tip. So appreciated the work!

I go every 2 weeks. Work is guaranteed. Been there for a repair. No problem. Best place in town to get your nails done.

Ask for Austin when you go - hes personable and an excellent nail tech. He also has hands blessed by the Gods (haha), I swear Im on the brink of a deep sleep every time he does my pedicure.

I don’t know how a fill in with a poor design costs $28. The design is literally random wavy lines and looks like a toddler did it. Will not be back. Can go somewhere else where they take they time and do a lot better job for a lot less. Especially when they advertise a fill in cost $18.00 when I called.

Absolutely love this place. A little more expensive than other places but worth the extra couple bucks. The people that work there are soooo nice and are good at what they do!

My daughters had beautiful manicures done at the same time. We all agree it was a place we are happy to recommend! Fair prices... kind staff... excellent care.... easy and just the right speed. We will be back!

If you are looking for a nail salon I do not recommend this place. We were there for two hours and it was the worse manicure I have ever gotten. My nails are completely uneven. The polish ran all over the sides of my fingers and bubbles are in the corners. It was a horrible experience and horrible manicure. They didn’t even have proper waiting area. I sat with foils on my fingers for 50 minutes before anyone even started my manicure. Granted they were busy but that’s still unbelievable

I went here to get acrylics for a wedding and I chose here because it had good reviews, but I truly do not know how it does. Upon arriving I waited for 45 minutes, which is fine, but the whole place was very dirty, dust and just a bunch of stuff on the floors. The lady took me to the seat and didn’t really prep my nails just put huge globs of acrylic and kept wiping it off, just making a mess of my nails. They ended up very thick and uneven, and I came home and redid them. During the process, she took multiple phone calls, and while waiting for my nails to dry, since they were so thick, she cut her nails. Maybe it was just my lady that was bad, but it all seemed very unprofessional.
