Just had our toes done at GLOW nails in Joplin (32 and Connecticut) and we were VERY pleased. No wait time, plenty of staff to help all three of us at the same time, friendly faces, competitive prices. We found our new pedicure place!

I asked for the first picture, pretty simple. Was told they couldnt do it. Ended up with last photo nails. Absolutely no cuticle care, didnt even bother to push them back. Didnt fully remove my previous dip. Asked him to even up my nail length, every single one of them is a different length. And for whatever reason my middle finger is ridiculously think. Will not give this shop a second chance

Went here for the first time today for a pedicure. This is very likely the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Mike was my tech, and I would not recommend him. The job was rushed. He didnt even cut or file straight. If you are looking for a super fast experience and you dont care what it looks like, this is the place for you. Im only giving it two stars because the place was clean and had no wait on a Saturday afternoon.

Got my nails done Iast Friday and by the following Monday a nail broke and 5 were lifting! This was a new set and I called to get them fixed and they took care of me and fixed them but 4 days later another nail broke. Im really not impressed with this place they rushed my pedicure as well and were so focused on who was coming in they cut my finger a couple times.

Wonderful and clean place! Was trying out a new salon and was my first time there. I wish i got the nail techs name. But they were super nice and did a wonderful job on my nails. They were quick but also very precise! This is definitely my new nail salon for sure!

I had a Deluxe pedicure, but I have to admit, its hard to know the difference in the packages, because my friend had the same and had an extra thing done than I did. It was $35 and that included polish, but we made it gel polish. They charged $15 more just for it being gel polish! I think thats exorbitant since I can get a full manicure with gel polish in some places in town for $20. So $50 plus a tip for a pedicure. Probably go some place else next time. Humble Bees probably.

Jane did an amazing job with my nails and my daughters nails. She made us feel like a priority and extra special. It was very nice having her help us out with our girls day! Very blessed.

Ive been here 2 times the first time was great loved the outcome and the service, the 2nd time however wasnt that great 😕 which is disappointing. The person who did my nails rushed so my nails are uneven and the design was not worth $55.

Full house when I arrived but to my surprise I really didnt have to wait long. Fair pricing, great customer service, clean environment and im very pleased with my nails/pedicure. Will definitely return. (Red mark on my finger is from a curling iron incase anyone thought it occurred while getting my nails done.)

I love my nails every time they do them. Only place I go for nanis/pedis. Never have been disappointed. If you arent happy with your nails they will fix them until you love them. They are true artists and our nails are their canvas!

If you want fast quick service this is the place for you! You’ll be in and out quicker than you can believe your very eyes! Just don’t mind the poor quality and rushed work

This was my first time here. The service yesterday was wonderful. I had a full pedicure with hot rocks and a paraffin wax treatment. My legs and feet have never felt so soft. I also had hand painted cherry blossoms and they looked exactly the way they did in the pict. Super talented. Thats why Ill go back.Now, I couldnt in good conscience give a 5 star review. The gentleman that was working on me constantly got up to go look at another Employees phone. Once, even twice, I could maybe understand it, but it was constant and kept happening throughout the service. It easily, took an additional 30 mins more then it needed to. I tried to explain to the gentleman that I didnt have time for him to keep getting up. Not to mention, I said its kind of ruining the entire experience. (And that was after the 5th time he got up). Unfortunately, that didnt mean anything to him because he didnt understand a word I said. I asked to talk to someone about the pedicure and he assumed it meant I wanted to see the book of pedicures again. I was disappointed with the experience but looking at it strictly from a services provided standpoint, Ill be going back (just with a different person).

I got an acrylic set and (a few) new shades of gel today! They did a great job as always! 👍

I have been to Glow 💅 There are many things about this outstanding business I want to point out. First of all they offer a wide variety of services. They are clean and very spacious. I’ve never been to somewhere that had so many helpful and talented employees it doesn’t matter which associate your place with your service will be outstanding. I recommended Glow to anyone that needs any manicure or pedicure services. They have so many different colors to choose from and every associate is very talented.

Very clean and well maintained but not very personal. Happy with my results but would have liked a more personal experience and maybe to be actually greeted and acknowledged.

I came here for a simple pedicure and gel manicure on my natural nails. The pedi was fine. However, the person doing my manicure filed and buffed my nails then proceeded to polish them while they still had fine dust and rough edges all over them...didnt clean them or ask me to wash my nails before applying polish. I have never been anywhere before that didnt make sure nails were good and clean before applying polish. So now my nails look and feel rough.As an aside, their color samples did not at all match the way the colors came out on me. I didnt reduce the rating for this, because that may just be the way those colors look on my skin tone. However it was disappointing because I spent almost $100 today and am not thrilled with how any of it looks (especially the manicure).

The Glow Nail Lounge is as very clean as I walked in. The staff friendly and welcoming, they were able to get me right in. I was unsure of color or style, they were patient with me and explained the difference in the nails. The area where the nails are done is open and doesn’t smell strongly of acetone or chemicals like other nail salons I’ve been to. Thank you to the staff for today! Gave this place another chance and I was sadly disappointed. I called and asked about acrylic nail pricing and they told me a flat basic price. Ok... so you get your nails done, acrylic with gel polish and its easily so much more. The girl doing my nails basically cut alllllll the length off knowing I wanted short but almond, they look terrible and she seemed in a hurry. No lotion, no hand massage. No thank you!!!! You wont ever be getting my business again and you can guarantee I will let everyone I know about it. Sadly people like this place unfortunately

Went here for Mother’s Day, wanted a full set of ombré acrylics, the women doing my nails told me we could not do a black and purple ombré. She did not give me options. I ended up with a full set of acrylics, I wanted purple on my middle finger and was given a black sparkle instead. My thumb never dried completely so the women who was doing my pedicure tried to fix it but ultimately the guy had to buff it off and re do it. I loved the nails but they were not exactly what I wanted. The lady looked at the picture only like 3 times then did it. Even though it wasnt exactly what I asked for I still loved it.

I came for a pedicure and was looking forward to the parafin wax. First, she cut my nails to short and it was painful when she filed them. Then, she took the wax off in less than a minute of putting it on. It wasnt even fully set yet. Theres wax still between my toes and on the bottom of my feet. Ive never paid an additional $15 for gel nails. I understand an additional fee but not that much. This is the most expensive pedicure for less than satisfactory service. Ill go elsewhere from now on.

Overall, they did great! Little to no wait time and my nails look amazing. I did ask the girl to paint the tips of my acrylic and she put more cuticle oil on instead but it’s okay I definitely recommend this place over solar nails

They were very pleasant and cared about what I wanted not what was the easiest for them! The lady even redid my toes when I wanted a darker color and wasn’t mad about it and you don’t see that anywhere!

I got a full set of acrylic nails. They are all very bumpy and uneven. Almost every nail has air bubbles in the gel polish. She swiped over one spot to make it more opaque, but did not even it out resulting in a huge streak. Also, she never had me wash my hands, which I feel is pretty unusual/unsanitary. I paid $45 and I definitely feel it was not worth the money. The lady was very nice and personable. The service was quick.

I have gone there twice and the second time I had Jason. He is literally the best nail tech I have ever met. Most places you feel rushed and feel like they do it fast just to get you out the door and you don’t get what you want. Jason took his time and gave me the best set of coffin shaped nails I have ever had. He took his time and went over his work. I walked in with a picture and he showed me what he would like to do and the out come was perfect! I will definitely go back to see him again in 2 weeks!

Angel is one of the best nail techs I have had the pleasure of going to. She is always polite and professional. She does my nails exactly as I ask. I have been to several local nail salons and in my opinion she’s the best!! I like my dipped nails thin and not bulky and she does that for me each time!! Angel is the best!!

I first went from word-of-mouth reviews I heard at work, and I’ve been going ever since for about 6 months. Every nail tech there is friendly and skilled — I actually broke a nail and went in this morning to get it fixed; they made sure I had no pain and didn’t want me to pay. They’re getting more popular in the area, so I always make an appointment and get in on time.

Being new to the midwest, and needing a pedicure, I over heard a lady saying she went to Glow Nails, so I stopped in this am. First they asked me to sign in, no explanation, soi did. Then seated I asked dont I pick a color. No they bring a book.I chose the deluxe with a foot wax.It was no big deal. I hardly felt it.During my massage I noticed she did not rub the bottom or sides ofmy feet at all. Is that usual for this area or standard? Then when I got home my pinkie toenail was split and half the nail had come off. I think she noticed the problem and ignored it.

Came here with my mom after a rough day. The lady I got spoke no English. Told her the color I wanted 3 times and at the end she still used the wrong color. Talked to someone else about it and they didn’t care. Will not be coming back again.

Had to make an account to express the frustration about my experience here. Pedicure was subpar, my cuticles were not trimmed properly at all. The lady just skimmed thru my toes. Massage was disappointing for a $45 pedicure, didn’t last for 5 minutes, I was done before everyone else even tho I was started last in my group. The towels were too hot which almost burned my skin, I tried to explain but she doesn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I was also charged $15 extra for gel polish which I did not ask for. Very unprofessional from a very well established business!

I just got a full acrylic set with gel polish, took about 35 minutes. The quality of my set is awful. I just spent $50. There’s bubbles and particles in my gel, my nails are sharp instead of square rounded. I could literally cut someone with my thumb nail. My yellow nail polish wasn’t taken off so you can still fully see the yellow nail polish. The insides of my acrylics weren’t cleaned up at all. My gel is clumpy and not even painted over my nail all the way in some spots.
