Dee is an artist. Kim does wonderful foot and leg massage. Peter shapes my nails perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with their services

Absolutely amazing experience. Drove all the way here from Marion. All staff were very nice, professional, and took their time. Wait time was very little. My mom and I both had our nails done and eyebrows waxed. The best place Ive been to in years. Well definitely be going here from now on.

Dirty and he moved much to quickly. I had a full and he left me crooked and w very rough edges. I had to go home and file the best I could. Wont go back!

Worst set ever. Literally forgot to file some of my nails, left the bottom of my nails glued to my skin, weirdly shaped, but about as good as one could expect for a 15 min full set, start to finish 😑They used to have THE best people.

I go to Happy nails every two to three weeks to get my nails done I love my nail tech she is so wonderful and kind I recommend people to go there to get their nails done because they never crowded, a great place to go get your nails done at 😊😍

I just went and got a full set and they gave me the wrong color and and some of my nails are super thin and there’s dents in them I don’t think I will be coming back my nail shapes were good but I feel like she was rushing the time

I have been going here for over 3 years and love it. I also got the rest of the women in my family to start going there and they love it as well. They always seem up to date with all the new nail trends. I recently tried the new dipping powder and I like it much better than the other polishes. They are also very skilled at dealing with people who have toenail and feet problems. Will definitely be going back.

I love my nails, only I wasted $50 for “glow in the dark” nails, they definitely do NOT glow in the dark. Other than that it’s a good business with good people. Just don’t waste your money on glow in the dark because they don’t.

Felt rushed and wasnt happy with pedicure.

First time in my adult life I had a manicure. I got a powder dip. He cut my cuticles twice with the dremel, one bled for a couple days, and the nails were extremely uneven and not shaped at all.

I go here every 2-3 weeks to get a fill in. I absolutely love them! I get stiletto nails which have seemed to be a problem for other salons to get the shape right. They always do a great job shaping my nails here and they last without breaking for a long time. My only complaint would be that they are not consistent; some visits are way better than others but I always walk out happy. Great prices, big selections of colors, they are always willing to deal with my crazy art design request and they are friendly.

I had a medi/pedi on the 5th of December. My pedi was mediocre and charged me 10$ dollars for one toe nail painted a different color. However my complaint is about my mani. They convinced me to do gel nails since they last longer. They started chipping on the 4th day, a big chuck of the GEL polish came off. Very unhappy, will never be coming back.

I have been going here for years. I havent been in a long time and decided to get my full set and pedi like normal. New guy did my pedi. He did a great job and was really friendly. However when I went over to get my nails done the lady was horrible. She was literally watching videos while doing my nails. She kept yanking my arm around and was rude. Ahe was mad because SHE MESSED UP MY NAIL and had to repaint it. My nails are not straight. They look terrible. She refused to fix them. I saw her add a $5 tip to the price and not tell me she was doing it. She was an older lady with terrible oval glasses. Ill never let her do my nails again! Also while I was paying i dropped a bunch of change from my wallet. She just stepped right over it and refused to help me pick it up. Horrible nail experiance!

Im writing this review a week after my visit and my nails still look great. I chose Happy Nails over the nail place in the mall based on Google reviews and Im glad I did! The salon isnt much to look at- very dated pedi chairs & I couldnt figure out the chair remote bc the pictures were worn off so I had to guess what button did what. They did a very good job- I hate getting a pedi that doesnt thoroughly clean up my feet. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish plus gel polish on my toes for $75 before tip. Staff is very nice. Overall good experience.

My friend and i went to happy nails to get gel and to remove powder. They had my friend soak for 40 minutes and then received attitude from the employees when she asked how much longer she needed to soak. I picked a color and did not receive the correct color whatsoever. They also left dents on both of our nails. It seems that they were just rushing through us and did not care if we were happy with the service. Overall, our experience here was incredibly negative. Don’t go here!!

Peter and Dee take good care of me every time I come in here is some of the latest work theyve done with a little bit of free hand painting on my nails of some white flowers I really like.

Today was my last visit to the salon… I have given them more chances than they deserve. I find nail designs on Pinterest but they can never do them… They don’t know how or they don’t have the product. I have had to go back on many occasions after my nails were done to have them fixed . Today was the icing on the cake though, as for the last time I have a nail tech that cannot communicate English at all. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to tell her what you want And she doesn’t understand you. So today was my last visit. I should leave a nail salon with anxiety from having my nails done. Actually, I should probably call the state because the place is really dirty

Me and a couple friends just went here for a girls day, and our experience was not the best. First off, there was one lady doing all 3 of our nails at the same time. So she was switching people the whole time. She started off by filing our nails and then went straight to the polish and we were done! No lotion or dipping the fingers in water, nothing!! It took a total of 15 minutes to do all 3 of our nails. She didnt say one word to us while we were there, except go wash your hands and left us alone to find the sink. Youre suppose to go to the nail salon to feel pampered, but we felt like an inconvenience. The only reason I gave a 2 was because our nails look good!! Will not be going back.

I have been to this shop a few times with my girlfriend. I know she really likes coming to this particular store for a lot of her beauty things she likes to have done. Everytime I have been there the people working there has been super friendly and made my time sitting and waiting on her very pleasant. Happy Nails is awesome and keep up th quality of your shop.

May I suggest a name change Unhappy Nails I brought my own polish from Ulta high quality fast drying. Services rendered fill-in and pedicure. After my 5-6 minute pedicure before polish or trim... I got up asked to pay/leave offered $10 only received a trim and towels placed on legs and feet dipped in water. Anywho was asked to stay services all together $70.00 ended up tipping anyway. I work in the service I industry as well. I wanted my toe nails to match my finger nails, but they didnt want or didnt act like they understood me and kept saying 10 dollA MORE 10 dollars more. Money was not an iasue, I just wish they wouldnt have made me feel horrible. Oh and I forgot to mention I stepped outside for a moment and stepped back in and was told they can no longer see me as a customer. What a Rip-Off, unfortunately I paid money and tip for something I couldve done and it look just as unprofessional. I would like to say thank you to the lady that took time out to apologize and be sincere for this, Im thankful.

Was just there on saturday to get finger nails and toe nails. Day 4 and the gel polish on my fingernails are already chipping and trying to come off. The normal place i go to the gel would last weeks before even looking bad. So annoyed.

I went 3 times without issue, happy with the price of $23-26 depending on my polish choices and always tipped...however my most recent visit has changed my mind forever.The guy doing my nails took a chunk out of the tip my pinky finger with one of those grinders because he looked away when another customer stood up to go pay, because their money was more important than my freaking finger.So there I was, crying with tears rolling down my cheeks, my pinky finger spurting blood onto the table, and he grabs my hand and attempts to continue my nails...I tell him I need a few moments for the bleeding to stop, and after that he quickly finished the rest while I wince in horror at the sound of the drill.That rat of a man then overcharged me because he knew I wasnt going to tip him like I normally do. Because you know, he freaking injured me.They argue with you if you mention and offer to show proof of what they charged and tell you you have miscalculated how much money you have handed them.That might work on the average bear but I refuse to be injured then scammed and then go back.If you dont mind half cocked service, blood spurting injuries, and employees that call you a liar when you know darn well how much youve paid before, go right ahead and risk it.
