Came here to get a dip on my nails for my wedding. They did not look like the picture I showed them. The past couple times I have been here I feel like they are always trying to rush through so fast then it ends up coming out sloppy and not to mention hurts!

I have been having trouble finding MY perfect nail salon and I think I finally found it. Nikki was absolutely amazing. She took her time, made sure my nails were the same length on both hands, was very attentive and super sweet. I HIGHLY recommend her and this salon.

Although staff is friendly, walk-ins are not necessarily welcomed as advertised. They need to change it to ONLY BY APPOINTMENT for logistical purposes. People should not waste time and money driving to a location that asks “do you have an appointment” as soon as you walk through the door if walk-ins are not going to be serviced. Please change your advertisement to Appointment Necessary. That will stop confusion.

This was my 2nd time at La Bella. I wanted to give it another chance since my 1st time was not the best, but I am so disappointed in the service again.As soon as I got there, they rushed me to sit down to get my dipping powder off, which I get because you have to soak your nails for at least 10-15min.Then they put me at another table with another lady, who was in such a rush that I started to feel stressed out. I asked her to cut my nails very short. I have been doing dipping powder for a while now, so I knew that my nails were going to be weak. But she told me that she couldnt do any shorter, bc otherwise the nail file would touch my skin (but as you can see in the pictures they were not too short to trim) and then customers complain because it hurts. You can also see how she did not put any oil/lotion on my cutiles.Here are the pictures taken 15 min after my appointment. I paid $30 for this service. Will never go back again.

I really enjoyed my experience at La Bella. I had the Signature Pedicure, which left my feet feeling baby soft for the first time in years, and a full set of acrylics with gel polish.They were enthusiastic about making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I picked two colors for my toes and got an ombré glitter on top of my manicure. Everyone was warm and amazing, and I’m completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the price. 100% worth it.

La Bella is very cute and clean on the inside! However, I have gotten my nails done several other times at various places and here at La Bella was by far the worst set of nails that I have ever gotten. I got nails that look like they should have cost me $20 for $50. My nail technician’s name was Susan. Unfortunately Susan was by far the worst nail tech that I have ever had. She was rude and unkind and was in such a hurry she did not do a good job what so ever. She began off with filing my nails and on several of my fingers she filed my skin around my nails and made my skin bleed. She never once apologized or anything all she said was you are too sensitive. She then asked me what I wanted done with my nails. I told her acrylic dip nails and she said no you are too sensitive. Instead of her suggesting something else we could do, she shot down every idea that I had and kept telling me no. So she proceeded to just do what ever she wanted. Near the end when she was filing my nails she filed my skin again and made my skin bleed for a second time. She again never apologized or anything she just shook her head at me as if it was my fault. Susan gave me the worst experience possible at La Bella. I will never go back there again especially not for Susan.

The staff here are amazing! This shop is very lgbt friendly and will make your nails look amazing! Its worth the trip and dont forget to book before you come.

Not at all what I expected. Nails most definitely did not turn out the way I expected. Didnt even put polish on the entire nail. I was on time but they were not, then rushed me along to get their other appointment in. Most definitely will not return. If you wanna feel like a part on an assembly line then this is the place for you. I personally want to feel like a person.

After trying out several nail salons in Muncie, I finally hit the jackpot! La Bella isnt just a salon,its an experience. All of the employees are professional and great at what they do. The salon is always super clean, and very tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is very relaxing. All the other nail salons I tried would do a great job the first few times I would go, but then would hurry, be too rough,and make it a bad experience. I have been going to La Bella since it first opened, and have never had a bad experience. The nail technician I always have do my manicure is Nikki, and she is excellent ! She can do just about anything, including art work on my nails. Sometimes when I have a difficult time deciding on what to have done, she is always helpful with suggestions, and has never steered me wrong. I always have an appointment, and I am always taken in on time. If youre looking for a great salon, try La Bella.

The pics of the fingers from, who ever, speaks volumes!! Nail techs need to b more careful with filling,, Those areas can get very sore!! Not satisfied with care taken, especially with my friend.being diabetic, her skin was opened. Hernails and fingers were Not cleaned and finished the way I expected them to be.person didnt treat her very kind ither.mine wasnt as bad.

I gave 3 stars bc I love the salon. The girls who work the front desk are amazing, and I have had great experiences prior, until last weekend. My nail tech, literally talked about herself the entire visit, snubbed my nail wants, snubbed the lady next to me about her nail wants, and was just entirely unprofessional. While my nails look good, the atmosphere she created was not even close to relaxing and I didnt feel any kind of pampered. She also stated that she carried all the art supplies for the entire salon, and when I said what I was gonna get done for Xmas in 2 weeks, she snubbed that too. The whole encounter was super uncomfortable and awkward. And I can almost bet that you know who I am speaking of, just by reading this. Someone needs to talk to her about her ppl skills.

Nicki saved my nails!My first trip to LaBella happened because I originally went to a different nail shop. The shape, polish basically everything about them were horrible. I was desperate for them to be fixed as I’m getting married this weekend and LaBella accommodated me same day to get in. Nicki stayed over and made them absolutely perfect for me. I got a gel manicure and picked out my color. The color wasn’t anything that I asked for or picked out. However, when I came back and asked for them to be fixed, they were very nice and quick to fix it.

La Bella is a very professional, clean nail salon. I make an appointment every time. I have been to many nail salons in Muncie, but La Bella is the best.

Nicki did my nails and did a wonderful job! The salon is beautiful, clean and friendly. I wanted a special design and she was more than happy to do it. At some salons I have felt like they dont like to do anything special and Nicki was the opposite of that and was so sweet. I will definitely be returning!

So pretty and clean inside. I went in for a pedi and we were helped right away. The guy who did my toes was very thorough and made sure my feet felt 100% better when I left! Definitely highly recommend and Im definitely coming back!

This has been my favorite place for over a year. The most recent time I went in, my nails did not turn out the way I wanted. I went home and noticed that all of my nails are different shapes and my design looks terrible. There are bubbles and the powder was put on extremely thick. The tech even mentioned that she forgot to put a base coat on my nails and that she messed up one of the designs. She laughed it off and said “Oh well.” I hate to give negative feedback to a salon that I like so much, however, I called and explained the situation and they were not willing to give my money back or redo them. She said I could come in to T nails on Monday to get them “reshaped.” Especially sad because I drive nearly an hour to get to this salon and paid them $85. 😔

No other Nail Salon will do!!!! Been to just about every one in Muncie..... La Bella is my only go to Nail Salon now. My nails are absolutely Perfect every single visit!!!! Definitely give them a try!!! Very clean and beautifully decorated. All the Techs are very nice and polite. I really like Susan. She does an amazing job!

Kenzie was amazing! Im around 62 with size 14 feet and I usually cant relax my legs during pedicures due to lack of space. This place had chairs that made me feel small, so relaxing! Im excited to return in the future!

I had a massage by Kellie Wagoner and was not happy. I went to her for neck pain and walked away with worse neck pain. Ended up going to my family doctor because of the pain and he sent me for an X-ray of my neck. I’m waiting for results to see if any damage was done. Kellie told me that she was going to do a neck stretch which turned out to be a neck adjustment something that only a chiropractor would do. She definitely went out of her scope of practice. Please be aware.

They were not on time for my appointment, they double booked my appointment with someone else and then said they could not do my nails and were very unprofessional. I will never go back there again. I left in tears.

Usually my nails here are always great when I get acrylics but recently I got gel nails done and it has been 3 days, one of them is entirely broken and 4 of them are chipped. I’m gonna go back and hopefully they’ll fix them without a charge cause I didn’t pay them for quality this bad

I got my nails (basic gel nail) done on Friday. By Monday, my nails were faded and beginning to chip. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who did my nails so I could let people know to steer clear. I am very disappointed.
