I went to get a full set as I was waiting for 5 min or so while the tech finished her show on Netflix to assist or even notice me it took her like 25 min to do my nails & I looked like It too. the nails were clumpy, NOT filed at all, & did a completely wrong color. The tech was rude & didnt even talk to me.

Good lord! A friend and myself were going to stop in and get our nails done here tomorrow, but after reading all these reviews it looks like we dont need to take the chance on wasting our time or our money! Ive always went to Nail Fever in the Northwest Plaza because I love their work and they are nice and friendly but wanted to try some place new. That wont be happening at all! Im glad I took the time to read these reviews that my friend told me about!

Rude staff, took 10 mins to do my pedicure with cold water and barely filled the feet. Paint job terrible! Planned on getting both manicure and pedicure but after the pedicure I decided to go somewhere else for the manicure.

She does lovely nails here and is visibly extremely skilled at it. Fun to just watch her work.

Was told to be there at 10 on Tuesday morning and I was. I waited until 10:23 still nobody showed. I called and finally got ahold of someone first she was there at 10:05 I informed her she wasn’t. Then she had a flat tire. Then I told her she would make this right or I would blast her on social media. She then proceeded to scream in my ear I didn’t make an appointment and she doesn’t give refunds and “I not have $30” and hung up. So I called back and she kept the same attitude. It’s more of a sentimental thing to me I was given the gift certificate from a friend who’s pretty ill and I considered just holding onto it. Then I thought no he paid for me to have my feet done! She also informed me “she call police” I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional liar in my life! I wouldn’t recommend this place if they were giving away free pedicures!

Me and my aunt went and we got acrylics, they were sloppy they had nail polish on my hand and our nails were clunky and uneven. dont waste your time here!

I enjoyed my time here .She was friendly and very clean when taking care of my nail .She did a great job with my nails.

Waited nearly 2 hours. More help is needed. Only reason for one star.

As a licensed nailtech i have extremely high expectations. After the girl glued down my nails i knew i had to run! My nails are severly damaged at this point and the lady had no idea what she did wrong so i had to explain.

Was not impressed with this place at all. Would not recommend

I went in to get my acrylics taken off and to get a new set but walked out with a bloody finger instead. She cut my nail so bad the bottom half of it isn’t there anymore and it’s just ripped off. She just started ripping my acrylics off by sticking a nail tip under them and tearing it off my nail forcefully. Everything was painful even when my nail started to bleed she dipped it in acetone and it stung. She kept just trying to put nail glue on top of it and tried filing/cutting what acrylic was left on my nail. This place is not sanitary at all, they use all the same tools and I wouldn’t doubt the next person will get the same tools that had my blood on them. I also got a nail fungus on one of my nails from this place. I had to force her to stop and not try and put any tips on my nails. Just don’t come here, if you do though at least ask for Mandy. I’m stuck with treating a nail fungus and waiting for my nail to grow out and heal before I can even think about a new set from somewhere else now.

Dirty and rude. Let me wait 40 minutes only to say she only had time for a pedicure. Yelled at me. Rude.

I went for a mani/pedi. My toes turned out fine but my fingers were so bad I had to come back and have them redo the polish. I NEVER complain but I just couldn’t handle the thought of paying $30 for something that I could do better myself. They did redo everything for me and my nails turned out much better the second time but I probably won’t be returning.

We were nervous to come here, as we saw the reviews. However, she did wonderful! Great prices, friendly environment, and overall a great experience! We were very satisfied.

Horrible. Nails were uneven. Flies were landing on me while I was getting my pedi😬. She did what she THOUGHT I could afford versus what I asked for. I continued to tell her I DID NOT LIKE WHAT SHE WAS DOING. She did not stop and correct her mistakes. They will NEVER get a penny of my money ever again. I seen better work at cosmetology schools. After she was done I was so dissatisfied I asked her to take them off and she attempted to over charge me. Outdated nail techniques. Overall, HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!!! I DONT understand how they are still operating. Very Dissatisfied with this experience.

I have never disliked a nail place so much! I always get gel and it was 10 more instead of 5 and she just ripped my old gel polish off instead of letting my nails soak. Now its only been a week and my actual nails and gel polish are both chipping! I have never had this happen before. The only reason I tried here is because I was in the area. Wont be going back. I do not recommend them! The lady was also very rude and was telling me that nail polish was not good for your nails?? I thought this was very odd being that she painted nails for a living. They also still had Christmas Decorations up in march. I could go on and on about how horrible this place was.

Went there 2 weeks ago to get my nails done. Guy was fine only issue is i wanted acrylic not the dip stuff but ok whatever. A week later one of my nails broke went back to get it fixed and the lady wanted to argue with me about the color of my polish i told her several times of course you dont have this color i brought it with me! Says nail fix is $3 on the sign wanted to try to charge me $5 after she told me that I didnt get my nails done there since they didnt have that color of polish...

A relaxing and wonderful experience.

My daughter went with some friends...first time getting gel nails. she was so excited all shes talked about for the whole week. she gets them done comes to my work to show me and she doesnt have tips at all...just polish. she told them thats not what she wanted. they told her she would pay 25 or have the police called. shes only 16 so she was scared so she payed the man. anyway today I went in they were awful people rude wouldnt make right! when I got onto the lady started jumping around like some jungle monkey yelling police! this place is a fraud and takes advantage of young girls. dont trust your children around these people they are not good people!

So I went there and got my nails done for the first time ever. She didnt do a very good job. my french nails have impurities. by impurities I mean hair, dirt, little bubbles. My nails are also missing some sides the gel wasnt evenly placed. I dont like how they were shaped either they are to boxy for my liking.. She was nice but spotty work.

Honestly I dont even want to give them One star. They Are talented but the rudest staff I have ever met. Not Only were they rude to me but rude to my 8 year old daughter and within the very same day her nail polish chipped off. Charged me 28$ just to paint her nails and did not last a day. You could not pay me to step foot back in that place.

It’s good for simple nails, personally I prefer Like extra nails with glitter and designs, the people are friendly but they aren’t necessarily like up to date with the nail trends

Just went there today she put different size nails on my right hand than the left as I was getting my toes polished she came and polished my nails sloppy polish was on each of my cuticules the girl polishing my toes put so many coats on big ties I will never go here again thats for sure first time going here and damn sure the last waste of money wish I could I have spent it at a better nail shop wanted to get my nails done for my birthday next week

Great service. I have ugly, messed up, feet and the ladies took care of me . They took care of my niece as well. She loves her nails. There is a bit of a language barrier but it is not a big deal. Friendly and caring people. Ellie is amazing.

Havent been here. Have had some that did. They implored me not ever go. Said staff was incredibly rude. The quality of products very cheap. Totally inconsistent. The shop was actually shut down for unsafe practices not too long ago. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would give negative stars if I could. The salon was dirty, but I went with friends so I went through with a pedicure against my better judgment as a nurse. My gut feeling was correct. A few days later my feet broke out in red bumps... this has turned out to be a bacterial infection that Im still paying to treat a month later.

Went 3 consecutive times for a pedi and the third time had to stop tech because she couldnt understand me and being a licensed cosmetologist myself I look down at my toes and realized I have gotten toenail fungus on my big toe, have never in my 37 yrs of life had this problem smh unsanitary wouldnt reccomend for an animal let alone a person!!!!!!

I would not recommended going here my fingers actually hurt she charged me for a face mask and when I told her I wanted my nails longer then what she was going to cut them she said that would be more money it dont even look like I have nails on there so short and she drilled my nails with that file like crazy I wont be going back for a feel its gonna take a couple times feeling ins just jus to look like I had nails put on

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to! Horrible experience from beginning to end. The man doing my nails was barely awake & coherent. My nails looked awful. Another young lady (a customer) had been cut, she was bleeding and was visibly upset. Staff was rude! I did not even want to pay. The board of health need to pay this establishment a visit!

The people were rude! It was gross and they didnt do what we asked them to do and charged us way more than we usually pay. Go to Nail Art on Tillotson!! Way better nails and much friendlier and cleaner!

This 1 star is being really nice. I just got my nails done this past Sunday cause my normal place was closed and come monday night one wad already coming off and its acrylic. The guy didnt talk to me and he did a horrible job even painting my nails. I called back on Tuesday to let them know that my nails that I just got done Sunday by the man was coming off. She got really hateful and said no man was here Sunday. I told her yes there was he was doing pedicures before he did my nail and also there was a 12-13 year old boy there cleaning the foot baths so there was two males then she got quiet and said no refund come back we redo nails then said why would I want to come back to get my nails done when the man cut me several times and obviously did a horrible job. To anyone reading this please please do not go here, its not worth your money for the job they do.

Worst experience ever.. Man doing my nails kept falling asleep and cut me. After asking for the woman to do my nails she complained that she didnt want to. I asked for the owners name and number she said she didnt know. After calling back I asked again for the owners name and number.. She hung up on me. Would like contact info for the owner!

I think the place did good. Especially if you’re in the area and want a quick nail style.

Went here because the other place I normally go was packed and I just needed nails done for pictures today. My nails were uneven and my cuticles were tore up and a couple were torn to the point of bleeding. The polish was also very sloppy. Will never be back here.

I am not the type of person to complain nor am I a picky person but this is the absolute worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. My mother and I thought we would try them out because we were already in the mall.. the lady was halfway done with her nail by time the guy was done taking the polish off of my nails. He was not responsive, seemed out of it, and watched TV most of the time... he cut my fongers 3 different times and filed my nails so hard I had to pull away because the pain was so bad.. They transferred me to another woman who started applying the wrong color to my nails and would not change it until another woman told her what I was saying.. The end result of my nails was horrific.. They were ALL mishaped, bubbly, jagged, and painted way too thickly. I highly do not reccomend this salon to anyone.

Staff was extremely rude! They had three people working and when customers would ask how long before they should come back they were told to pick out a color and sit. Even when asked again they would be ignored or told to sit. I told them what I wanted done and they just ignored what I had asked for my daughters. They had a young boy come out to clean the foot baths and he did not clean them properly at all!!! I will never go back to this place again! Highly disappointed

Signage says pedicure $20 but when their done the price suddenly goes up. not a good business practice.

The guy who did my nails was really creepy, he even smurf when he cut my skin three times and when I said “ouch” he was said the same thing but with a teasing tone. I will never go back to this nail salon ever.
