Ok, the service was great they are very funny and kind people. BUT they absolutely screwed my nails over both when they did them and when they removed them. The process to get my nails done was painless but the results were just not great nails. They had a lot of flaws in the shape, gaps where they didnt fill in my nail fully with acrylic and gaps and other flaws in the paint as well. I went back to get my nails filled by them thinking that the last time was just because they were busy the day I went and I was wrong the results were just as bad. Then since they did my nails I went to them to get them removed. Worst mistake of my life. Instead of PROPERLY removing my nails they broke the acrylics then PRIED THEM OFF BY SLIGHTLY SEPARAING MY NAIL AND THE ACRYLIC THEM TEARING THEN OFF WITH A FAKE NAIL EXTENSION! They tore into my nail bed and ripped my nails all up to heck. The photo attached is a picture AFTER I had to go home and file and clip all my nails. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WILL NEVER GO BACK.

My fiancé went in to have her nails done. The stylist sliced her finger open, offered a simple apology and then was never offered a discount or her nails free of charge. She was charged the full amount of money for a service she walked away with a cut on the top and side of her finger. Do NOT come to this establishment for your nails. Some of the worst service I’ve ever heard of.

The price was reasonable, the place was clean but cluttered-I tripped over a couple cables.The wait time was crazy, soaking in a pedicure chair for an hour, and then no leg massage unless you’re willing to pay extra?!Then another long wait to get my nails done. There were a number of other customers who were not happy at waiting but we’d been turned away from another nail salon.I probably won’t return, I don’t know why the place was cluttered.UPDATE: I ended up having to take antibiotics, my nails became infected and this was the first and obviously, the last time I’ll be here. I’ve adjusted my star to reflect my displeasure! A person shouldn’t end up with an infection!

Even though there was a wait once the started my mani and pedi I was done and on my way out the door in about 40 minutes.

I got a mani/pedi with powder dip paint, and my daughter got a pedicure and a full set. They were so very nice, did a great job, and I would highly recommend!

I went in for a fill in. My nail shape before was silhouette. I wanted my new set in the coffin shape. I showed the photo, we agreed. Of course she complained the whole time about how many colors I picked and how I wanted the changed of shape. She had scabs cover her face and was coughing all over everything. She didn’t change/clean brushes and was going back and forth between me and the lady next to me. The lady next to me asked if she was ok she said it’s an allergic reaction to something she’s ok yet the whole time she did my nails I could feel her breath as she’s coughing on me. The children are sniffling their noses and coughing too. They up charge anything they can. You want multiple colors- UPCHARGE. shaping? UPCHARGE. French tip - UPCHARGE. I wouldn’t mind waiting an hour + if they spent quality time doing the nails.. doesn’t make any sense. Won’t be going back.

Got there at 2:30, there were 3 people working pedicure. Sat down, two of them left leaving one girl to do all the work. My 4 year old and I soaked our feet for over an hour and Didn’t end up leaving until 4:20 for a kids paint. I had to forgo my fill in and pedicure. Also, used chase quick pay, like I always do and it was slow going through and the owner chased me down in the parking lot like I was a criminal. Yea, I won’t be back....good workers but a VERY frustrating experience.

Took over two hours for a pedicure and gel nail set. 3 workers and 9 people inside waiting. One lady was responsible for doing 4 pedicures. Nails look lumpy and rushed, she had to paint my my toes under the table and dry them there, I will NEVER return and 90 was a rip off!

They r good at what they do but if u dont have 2 hours go somewhere else not enough ppl. Working the 3 or 4 that f there stay bouncing from person to person Great work! The wait is CRQZY

Only came here because it was the only place open on a Sunday that seemed decent. And that’s basically it; they’re decent. They won’t listen to your requests and maybe showing a picture works, but you’ll also never be sure how much anything costs or of what is really go on. Nails look decent, service was less decent, and I paid $40 (with tip) for only my decent manicure. Mine is the green and my friend got black. She paid $15 because she didn’t get acrylics, but wasn’t happy with them not paying attention to the shape she wanted or them not making her nails all the same size. We came together and didn’t get sat together and waited forever even with calling ahead. Had to watch the crappy soap opera crime show they had playing for an hour. Phil was funny and quick, though.

I dont go anywhere but here to get my claws sharpened. 👍💅

Closing hours are posted 8 pm. I called ahead and asked if we needed an appointment, and told them I had two children who just wanted their nails painted and one adult for gel polish for toenails. They said no appointment was needed, we just had to be there by 7. We arrived about 15 until 7 and were told we couldnt be taken.

The only place I found them a long time to do an actual pedicure everyone else just rushes right through it

This place is not what it used to be, Phil and his wife is running down hills . They rush on my nails and have very bad attitude. He refused to shape my nails coffin and does not polish them right . And keep charging me more money . I wont go back !!!

I wouldnt want to go anywhere else! The staff is really friendly and welcoming! They have a great sense of humor! My nails always turn out amazing! 10/10 suggest them to everyone!

I went and the person doing my nails left the salon and came back 15 minutes later. I wanted medium round nails but I got short short nails. Super sad, paid for them and tipped because I didn’t want to be mean. When he was doing them I verbally said I didn’t like them but he kept going........ why does this keep happening to me :(((((

I went here for years but over time the prices have went up and the quality has went down. My pedicure today was the worst one I have gotten. I took 3 of my granddaughters in today and it cost $233 we all got pedicures 2 of them are 11 the other one is 4. The youngest also got her nails painted. One 11 year only got a pedicure and the other 11 year old got a pedicure and a fill in. I was expecting over $100 but not over $200. They charged $40 for my four year old because the polish she picked out was gel. While I understand gel costs more she is four. They need to hire more people. You are there for a long time because they jump from person to person and are in such a rush it brings down the quality. Needless to say I won’t go back and I know others that have stopped going for the same reasons.

Prices have gone way up! The sign says one price but the price you get at the end is always at least $20 more. They pick and choose prices as they go, stopped going because it’s always a different price for the same service. Way better nail places in Muncie

Nail art is the best place in Muncie to get your nails done. The employees are very professional and the cleanliness of the salon is very well kept. The prices are very reasonable for the services provided. Highly recommended!!!!!

Phil and Trina are two of the greatest nail techs I’ve ever had. They produce such a friendly atmosphere! They have the best prices and wait times out of anywhere in Muncie! Plus, they have the most colors to choose from out of anywhere I’ve ever been. I love Nail Art!

I went for fill in on a set of acrylics. The lady was very nice but VERY sloppy job. None of my nails are the same shape, there was black polish all over the backs of my nails and on my cuticles around the nails. The polish was thick and its already chipping. Should have just thrown $40 down the toilet, honestly. They look horrible and so sloppily done. Wont be returning.

Flawless everytime! Ive been going there for years. Owners have recently started remodeling for a whole new layout. Prices are reasonable and service is always the best!

I like going there. Even if they are busy you still get done quickly. I get lots of compliments on how nice my nails look. They even have Sunday hours for us that work weird hours.

I have been a customer for YEARS!! However, their business has went downhill. There have been times I came in there & was overlooked, when they waited on other people, when I came there first. Today was the last time I will ever go there. Trina and Phil both kept making comments about me being on my phone. Other customers are on their phones & they are always FaceTiming someone or texting in the middle of working.. The difference is, I am a customer and it shouldnt have mattered if I was on my phone when they didnt really care before. However, lately, the top of my fingers have been itching the past 5 months I have got my nails done there. I dont know if I am allergic or if they arent cleaning their tools. I just hate that I have to find somewhere else to go because I refuse to be called out about my personal life in front of other people who dont know me. My business is not the nail techs business or anyone else. I was stopping by to get in and out, amongst the other things I had to do. Their prices have went up and they pick and choose what day and if they like you that day then they will give you a few dollars off. I like that they are able to do nails and they stay on, but I am going to find somewhere else to go. I need a nail tech who is going to consistently stay working on my nails right when they start & not rotate and switch from person to person. I worked in the general public for years, and people would ask me where I would go to get my nails done and I told them, Nail Art. I have heard three different people say they quit going there because of the service. They are rude and customers should be the number one priority. If you dont want someone on their cellphone, then have a sign on the door that says, NO CELL PHONES. A woman a few seats down from me was on her phone and nothing was said about her being on her phone. If you want to keep your customers then you have to be polite and respect them or your business will fail. :( :( Sorry not sorry!!

They always make my nails super nice. If youre in a rush, dont come in at prime hours and expect to be out within thirty minutes. All of the workers are nice and thorough. Would recommend to anyone.

I got my nails done here 3 days ago and within those 3 days I made 2 visits back to the shop because 3 of them had broken. They charged me 3 dollars for each nail. Do not go here they will rush on your nails, do a halfway decent job and then make you responsible for the repairs. If you ask me it is a scam and you might as well go across the street and get your nails done 9 dollars more for better quality.

You can tell if they are there because they care or if they are earning a pay check. I had an awesome person most of the time.

Staff very friendly but they tried to use dirty tools on my feet and tried to use a razor which is illegal now. Overpriced too, they may do a great job on hands but for pedicures it wasnt my favorite. Go somewhere else pay less and get a better pedicure.

The bottoms of my feet came out just as rough as they went in for my pedicure, toe nails weren’t filed, my previous clear gel was left on and just painted over even after I repeatedly tried to explain what was on my nails.. so disappointed in the service we received and last but not least we told told 1 price and charge $10 more then we were originally told.. not worth it

So far they are the best here in muncie. The way one person does about 3 people at once. Just to speed up the process. I only been in muncie since September. And they are good. The lady who did mine eyebrow wax was good too. So yes Im coming back

They always get me right for everything nails, toes, eye browns, they have alot of colors & can do alot of designs . Sometimes you do have to wait forever, but its well worth it my favorite place in town to go .

When I read other reviews I had high hopes for this place. The staff was nice but they definitely don’t have the cheapest prices. I was charged $25 for a gel manicure and it was honestly not good quality at all. The gel went over my nails onto my skin and they didn’t fix it. I asked the guy not to file down my nails and to keep the round shape I already had and he messed the shape up too. I also watched them charge someone else $5 for a manicure and another person $20 for a gel manicure while I was there! So clearly they’re not consistent. Also what is with places In Muncie not sanitizing their tools before they work on another customer?! Gross. Won’t be coming back.

More like nail fart. I say this because I have had several fills from different people and I always break a nail within a week. I once made an appointment and still had to wait an hour+ to get a fill. The employees are all very nice though.

This place was nice and the staff were nice and funny. However, I ended up with cellulitis in my finger from getting my nails done here and its moved up into my hand and my arm and I am now on kephlex antibiotic and had to have my finger drained.

My nails are terrible!! They ripped off my nails and set I need a new set but it hurt like crazy meaning they didn’t need to come off. My nails are so thick and wide. Also, while waiting one of the workers started to violently spank their like 4 year old bare bottom in a seperate room numerous times while we listened to the screams. Also, they charged me more than the girl sitting next to me who got the same thing. Do not go here!!

Overall, my experience here was ok. the staff was nice and the place was relatively clean but the over all atmosphere was hectic and distracting. they had a sort of assembly line method which is fine except when you’re going so fast you forget what you’re doing. the length on my nails are all different and crooked. the polish is patchy in some places and the shape has something to be desired. though, i was generally happy with the nails as i was just looking to have a good time with my friend and the price point didn’t hurt my wallet. what does bother me though, my nails (specifically the natural nail underneath the acrylic) hurt badly. they’re sore and i can barely grab and do things without being in pain. i’m hoping this goes away but i’m already contemplating taking them off when they were done only a few hours ago. but further with the in shop experience, because they are so busy and have the sort of assembly line method, once you are passed off for your nails to dry, you’re forgotten about. then it’s time to pay. tell me why this establishment has a whole @ss child taking payments? i could hear children in the back playing while i was getting my nails done which truly didn’t bother me, but you’re telling me a child who looks to be around ten is going to take my debit card and run my payment? the audacity! this one really had me rolling i’ll tell you. still an over all nice place and the kid offered a few laughs to take with me, just consider paying a little bit more for a little more quality 🤷🏼‍♀️edit: i forgot to mention, they constantly pushed my friend and i to get a gel manicure instead of the “regular” polish. i didn’t mind either way but my friend was adamant not to get gel. they seemed upset by this and continued to push us to get it. yikes.

My nails were cracked both times in the polish even though I had gotten gel. Then the guy that was doing them argued with me on how I wanted them done. He also made me bleed. Then my friend dragged me there to get my toes done and Im now having a few of my toenails falling off. Like the entire toenail is peeling off of my toe. NOT HAPPY!! I will no longer go here nor do I recommend them to anyone.
