My daughter has rented from Rent BSU for the past two years and just signed her lease for another year. Doug and his team are the utmost professionals. When she was a freshman and looking for houses to rent, Doug took his time to explain everything to them, encouraged them to talk to their parents and was fair and honest about all aspects of the lease and house. Her home is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance requests, there have only been two minor issues, are dealt with quickly. Her home is very safe and she and her roommates are always treated with respect. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
