The old hag lady is very rude here and not helpful at all. I reserved a uhaul and apparently the truck was not back yet for my scheduled pickup time. I drove about 20 minutes to get my truck. I didn’t receive a courtesy call stating my rental isn’t available yet. So I wasted my time and gas driving here for nothing. She said they were busy but when I walked in the store there was no customers, she was standing there while the other employee was sitting down on her phone. This is the second and last time I will ever come here. Avoid this place at all costs
Awesome service, super friendly and helpful staff!! We have a Private mail box with them and send all our packages there or anything that we need secure since USPS has not been very reliable. Highly recommend!!
I often stop at the Postal Annex located at 33175 Temecula Parkway and consistently find the people extremely helpful as well as a pleasure to connect with. While there today, I was shown a notice that was left at their door asking people to boycott this Postal Annex because they had shortened their business hours during the pandemic (now 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). I was informed that the same notice had been left at the doors of other nearby businesses. The person who wrote the notice said he cannot pick up his mail in this time frame, and accused this Postal Annex of taking advantage of the pandemic, remarking that their shorter hours resulted in greater profits for them. These hours (which are posted on their door) have been in effect for many months. It would have been extremely easy for the customer to switch to a different nearby Postal Annex - which is now his plan. It seems to me that this unreasonable notice is due more to the persons mood than any failure on Postal Annexs part to provide excellent service.
Owner changed Uhaul reservation to include safe move coverage which I did not select as well as over charged me for furniture blankets selected.Then proceeded to cuss me out on the phone when I called to correct the billing issue. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.Claim submitted to dispute and I have never been so poorly treated. I dont write reviews but am going out of my way to leave every negative review possible, report to UHAUL, report to the BBB and every other site possible. Rent form the old town rental or other location not Postal AnnexNote this was for the Winchester road location, but based on these other reviews is probably worth noting here since I can not delete it
Convenience at a cost. I want to first say that the staff is cordial and welcoming. I am writing to comment about the disproportionate service charge for common USPS first class mailing. It cost $6.80 each to send 2 padded envelopes to the Seattle area. Had I mailed them from the local post office I would have paid $2.75 each.
Cindy is awesome!!! She saved me and went above and beyond helping me passed closing hours. I have issues with my hands and she did everything for me. If I could, I would give her 10 stars.
Staffs are ok, but the service time is not convenient for customers who has job, through Monday to Friday they don’t have chance to get their mails if the service time from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Unfortunately i have to leave a negative review, i placed a reservation online 2 weeks prior to a departure to Wyoming for a Uhaul truck, upon arriving, the owner at the counter, couldnt believe the rate i was given and decided to CANCEL my reservation and start over, thus making the cost of my Uhaul over 600.00 more than what i reserved it for. I didnt have time to argue as we were leaving the next day, upon bringing the truck back a day early, i was then charged AGAIN another 900! no explanation for why, just charged my card- luckily i was able to get a hold of corporate whom investigated their mistakes and refunded my money but what a horrible experience, i have since stopped renting at UHAUL Authorized dealers as their standards arent the same as an actual UHAUL Store. Buyer beware... they definitely need more training!
Came in here a couple of times and i have to say...the people here will take care of you!!! The workers here are very loving and caring, and never had a problem once! I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their stuff done, plus to say the process is fast and easy!!
Convienent location and good service but it comes with a heavy price tag. I was paying between $50-70 a box to send my deployed spouse packages via usps there. Someone told me the main post office offered a much better price. That turned out to be true. I continued to send the same various items for $19-20 a box in old town. I get the postal annex has overhead, but triple the price seems unreasonable. I just stopped in to send a xmas present off today. $19 for a small box that weighed 1.06lbs...I didnt have the time to hit the post office so I paid the price.
Sam was very professional and helpful during my Live Scan. He went above and beyond due to a couple of glitches with the process that I was not aware of. Thank you sam for receiving the email, printing it out, and waiting for my call to provide you with the missing number. Youre awesome! You dont find this kind of Mom and Pops small business feel anymore :D
The people were nice and the prices were great. What people do not understand is they put up a comment and do not ever give a person another chance. If you put up a low score pleas go bat and give a person a chance to recover.
I often come through Temecula on business, and I have used this location many times. They are professional, and quick, without making me feel rushed. Today they saved me money on shipping, and corrected an error of my own making. I highly recommend this store.
It is very convenience for me cause I can send my packages, & check my mail box anytime when I go to Ralph store. Employees are very friendly, helpful and knolwledgable with legal documents notary ....I highly recommend to all
Be careful using your credit card here. Ours got hacked I called the owner to tell let him know what the bank told us and he really could care less. Being a business owner myself who accepts credit cards I was really disappointed in the no care attitude.
I love getting my mail and deliveries here. The staff is very nice and helpful and I can zip in and out without having to wait in lines at the Post Office.
Absolutely THE BEST experience I’ve ever had renting a UHaul- Reina, Jaime, and Ben were all so helpful and kind during my super stressful move. Won’t be going anywhere else!!
