I live out of state and needed to order flowers for my mothers upcoming 80th birthday from my father who has Parkinsons. It was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and Erica from E&E House of Flowers returned my call that day. Erica was very sweet and spent quite some time talking with me about the types and colors of flowers my mother liked. We agreed on a flat price that allowed the designer to create a special arrangement consisting of several varieties of flowers. They were delivered that Tuesday on her birthday and after they arrived my mother called me to tell me how beautiful (and heavy) they were and how much they made her smile! I highly recommend E&E House of Flowers for their great customer service, beautiful arrangements and on-time delivery. I will certainly order from them again in the future when flowers are needed!

This is an absolutely charming florist and boutique run by an excellent staff with great customer service. I just went in to get some flowers for my wife and was rewarded with a beautifully-arranged bouquet in a gorgeous vase. I really appreciate the time and attention put into the arrangement and the friendly service. I will be returning.

What a delightful experience! The person who delivered the beautiful flowers was most courteous and accommodating and represented the florist well. The arrangement was lovely with brilliant shades of peach, pink, golden yellow and just the right touch of greenery. I am so pleased.

Called in late this morning and asked a lovely lady named Erica if I could get a bouquet delivered before end of business today for my daughters birthday. I was charged $100+ man delivers flowers for my moms birthday with a happy anniversary balloon very embarrassing!!!!!! The bear was very small overall experience not satisfied at all and its almost 3:00 and my mom still does not have her balloons or should I say 1 balloon for the price I paid this should have been well organized especially when I called a week in advance to place my order never using this flower shop again!!!!!!!

The flower arrangement was beautiful...once it arrived. I placed the order on Friday, the 23rd of June, to be delivered on Monday, June 26th. The arrangement was to be a happy first day of work for my wife. This was detailed in the notes, along with multiple listings of my phone number for any questions or problems. At 2:54 p.m., after hearing nothing of a delivery, I contacted one of her coworkers, which informed me nothing had been delivered. I contacted E&E at 2:56 p.m. I was informed that the delivery would be there within the hour. Cutting it close to quitting time, but they should still arrive in time. One hour later, nothing. I called back at 4:14 p.m., and was told the delivery driver had the arrangement, and was on the way. I finally received a delivery notification at 4:22 p.m. A scant 8 minutes before she left for the day.I may give E&E another shot, because the flowers were quite pretty, but I will probably try over the phone next time, to stress if there is a requirement for earlier delivery.

Used them today for the first time long distance ordering for a birthday girl in Montgomery. GREAT website, but I still called since it was same day, and asked for a custom bouquet of favorite colors. Boy, did they deliver! Reasonably priced, even the delivery fee, and very good customer service on the phone. They get my recommendation.

Really 0 stars. Placed on online order for for my moms bday, flowers, balloon, chocolates for delivery. Thank goodness i called to see if they delivered as i live out of state. Nope...but my credit card was definitely charged....almost 90.00.

Ordered flowers and was very pleased with the quality. They provided prompt delivery and called as I requested once the flowers were delivered. I highly recommend E & E House of Flowers.

Was looking for flowers for my wife but for the price of the flowerss i would rather carry her out to dinner for the same price yall are way to high on your prices
