Very relaxing setting. I just love my nail tech Don. Im always satisfied with my nails.

Poor experience, the older guy that did my nails had no idea what Coffin shape was and my nails was lumpy and I dont even know the shape.I kept telling him I dont like the side nails and my nails length are uneven but he kept saying good good and was sighing like in bothering him.It was also late in the evening so Ill give him the benefit of the doubt that he was probably tired.Then the girl that changed my gel polish on my toes did horrible, that night after I went home and showered, while dying my feet the left big toe nail gel polish was peeling off.I had a flight to catch early the next morning so I was on vacation with jacked up looking nails.

I been going here for about a year. Last two times I got gel polish on my toes it was coming off in a few days. First time I didnt even go back. Took the lost. Last time I went back in 3 days bc one of my toes had came completely off. Wasnt a week later before others were peeling and that same one came off again.My only guess is they switched to cheap products. Gel usually last on my toes until I literally have to take it off. I wont be returning to Envy Nails.

I got a manicure. Told the nail tech I wanted an acrylic overlay with gel polish. She wouldn’t listen and said manicure. I said ok. Fine. She didn’t even give me that! She filed two nails and slapped the paint on. Oh, did I mention that some of my nails are half painted? And they want to charge $20.00 for this?! I can do a better job myself at home. In conclusion, save yourself time and money by either going somewhere else...or simply do them yourself!

I went in to get my nails done and nail tech Regina that was sitting at number 5 started on my nails then she gets up and completely stops doing my nails because she felt 60 wasn’t enough to get my nails done so she didn’t want to do them. Instead she started doing someone else nails so I had to wait again to get my nails done. She was disrespectful, unprofessional, and just rude. The entire time I was waiting I knew they were talking about me because all the techs and only the techs all were looking at me at the same time. This is the most rudest place to get your nails done.

Now, I’m a regular at Nail Envy and it’s only because of Christina, one of their very capable and talented technicians. Even though, the lady that sits up front, she may be the owners wife, is very rude and unprofessional. A good and reliable nail tech is kind of difficult to find, so I choose to return because of Christina. She’s very nice, but most importantly she has great customer service and she does a great job on my nails. I would definitely recommend any one in the shop except that very slim woman that sits up front: just rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, very poor customer service, and she does not take constructive criticism well. Christina you rock baby girl.

They where rude and pass you off to another with no explanation. Asked price when told what i wanted but during service price changed. Did not feel welcome and will not return there. The guy half took off my polish i made him redo them twice cause just wanted to slap on polish. The owner wife is rude .

Most places rush and are robotic. This place is an oasis. The employees take time to delicately care for their clients. My deluxe pedicure exceeded all expectations -- the sugar scrub and massage were both so delightful. I was allowed to savor the experience, a total rarity in most nail salons nowadays. Will definitely be coming back.

I had a 11:30 appointment. Its almost 12, and Im still sitting here. Whats the point of giving out appointments if youre not going to honor them.

As I waked in they greeted me and helped me sign in. I believe my wait time was less then 5 minutes, but keep in mind I did go around a time that they werent too busy. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. They started me of with the pedicure. Let me tell you it was so relaxing. I loved the hot rocks massage. I like how they offered me something to drink. After I was done with my pedicure I sat to do my get my full set. Although I thought it was pricey for the ombré coffin but I loved the way they came out. The staff is friendly and the place is well kept up. I love a place that is clean. Overall my experience was amazing. I will definitely return.

Soooooooo, Nail Envy gave me a toenail fungus. Officially diagnosed by a podiatrist. 3 weeks after my pedicure, I took the polish off and my toenail was darkened with vertical striations....and had grown very thick. I was prescribed a medication to rid my toe of the fungus but my insurance doesnt even cover it. Not to mention, the medication has to be taken for 3 months! Thanks for your unsanitary practices nail envy. I dont usually post bad reviews but this is devastating. I have an ugly toenail now that is ill formed and Ill colored! So very embarrassing.

I really like this place. It is my go-to nail salon for cleanliness and price. You can probably get a place that takes more time and does more artistic work, but they do a pretty good job honoring your creativity and you cant beat the price. There is always good parking and availability. I like manicurist. They are very meticulous and thorough!I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

This place was great! They welcome you as soon as you arrive. They have a great selection of colors. The decor is fantastic. And to top it off, my nails look great!

I appreciate the service but my cuticles were bleeding and burning i continued to tell him that he hurt me and he continued to do so 😒

My experience was very pleasant today. Technicians did my nails. But they get 5 stars because I accidentally left my engagement ring behind and they ran after me to give it to me. You just dont find honest people like that anymore. THANK YOU!!

Very happy with my pedicure! I just had the regular spa pedicure with gel polish. Came with a sugar scrub and massage. Salon was very clean, and although I was a walk-in, I was immediately helped. Highly recommend!

I can always count on an awesome pedicure when going to this salon. Recently decided to give them a try for my nails as well..And I got say, I wont be going anywhere else from now on. Ive always been an acrylic girl, but my nail tech (cant remember her name unfortunately) suggested I do hard gel instead as it wouldnt lift like my acrylics did. Uh-mazing! I found my new spot and never turning back.

After trying many nail salons in the Montgomery area, I was so happy to find Nail Envy.They did a great job on my pedicure and gave a decent massage too. I had a manicure at the same time and the price was really good. They can be a little upselly at times, but overall the best nail salon in that price range in town. The place was clean and they seemed to pay attention to details of sterilization. The place was super busy and yet I got taken care of quickly.I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone. You wont be disappointed with your experience.

This salon is super cute and clean. I got the best gel manicure. My nails feel so strong and they definitely put in the effort and time to make sure you are satisfied. I will be going back here from now on.

This spa is fairly no-frills, but is consistently good. For some reason the one time I got a shellac manicure, it peeled quicker than I was used to, but pedicures have been spot on. Unlike some places Ive been to, I dont feel like theyve rushed though even when busy (which is usually why I stop going to a spa).

Its best to schedule your appointment online in advance because they fill up quick. All the ladies do a wonderful job, and theyre really knowledgeable about current nail trends. My first appointment here I was looking over their services and in the front of their booklet they had the regulations for pedicure stations. Did you know its required for the nail salon to soak and sanitize pedi stations for at LEAST 15 minutes in between customers?!! I . Just walking into this salon you can tell the standards are set high here; no corners are cut when it comes to sanitation and the techs are very knowledgeable! the nail tech I see at Nail Envy and she is absolutely incredible. Thanks to her my nails are the healthiest and longest they have ever been. She has taught me so much about nail care, I cant thank her enough for my gorgeous nails

One years at T Nails and I refuse to go anywhere else!!The staff members are kind, pleasant, and dedicated. The owner is always able to accommodate me and I have come to consider her to be a friend.In addition to loving mani-pedis, I also go rock climbing, and they have been so amazing in helping to create nails that can withstand scratching and banging against rocks! Three weeks after appointment, and a dozen rock climbing ventures, and my nails will still look great! Thank you, T Nails!!The owner is delightful as is her staff.I would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

Ive been coming here for months. when I reached my free service, all hell broke loose. The older lady did my pedicure she got furious when I presented my free card and all the staff was mad. Why give out cards if your not going to honor them. when women patronize a business, they are saying we believe in you. Dont disrespect us and think we dont notice it, if were going to spend our hard earned money then we deserve great service from it.

I never write reviews, but felt the need to since all the reviews of this salon seem to be negative. As of December 12, 2016, Nail Envy has new owners, Tony and Tina. I have been a customer of theirs for the past two years (when they worked at a different salon located in Montgomery). If you have visited Nail Envy in the past and had a bad experience, please give this nail salon another try. The owners have plans to update and renovate the salon in the near future. They provide first class customer service and are very friendly people. They also offer water, soda, and wine with the purchase of a deluxe pedicure, Not to mention they have a rewards program...for every $25 you spend, you receive a stamp on your rewards card, after so many stamps, you receive $25 off your next service.

Get you in and out. Good service. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities.

Really needs to hire more staff! Work on fluidity under the demand of a busy business day! I waited almost two hours just to be sat in a chair to wait an additional 30 mins. Besides WAITING, they have good customers service but I cant appreciate it once I wait two whole hours to be serviced!!

Went for a pedicure and it was not relaxing at all. David (I think was his name) not friendly at all. He was so rough I had to tell him that he was hurting my feet. He rushed through the whole thing. The environment wasn’t friendly at all. I do not recommend this place

First time here, staff was very nice and friendly! I didnt know appointment were required when I got there, but they still got me in. I will say it is on the pricer side of other nail salons Ive been too.

Received a warm & friendly greeting from the receptionist, who escorted me 2 the selection of polishes & immediately 2 the pedicure room, where a temperature-perfect bowl awaited. Provided impeccable service & great conversation!!! Overall, the salon is extremely clean (wax chairs r sanitized after each customer), welcoming, tranquil (candles & soft music) & everything u want n a salon experience! They even offer beverages . Im so happy with my OPI deluxe pedi, mani & SNS nails, Ill definitely return!!!

Just wanted a polish on toes, then lady tried to cut the corner of my toenails. I told her dont do that and she does anyway (language barrier). Now Ive had an infected ingrown nail for months and having to get it removed. Thanks nail envy.

I went for a gel mani and gel pedi on a Saturday afternoon. The next day, the nail polish on one of my fingers had chipped. I couldnt go back to fix it due to work. On NYE, I went out and put on heels, later that night upon taking off my shoes, my gel polish came off my big toe. I went back on Tues for them to fix it. Upon arrival, I seen one of the guys who had did the mani and he proceeded to fix my finger and toe polish. He tried to polish over the messed up polish in order to fix it. He put gel all on my cuticle on my toe and then had to take it all off to fix it. After he fixed my finger it chipped the following day! Horrible place to spend your money for subpar services.

Fast service, clean and the staff was nice...

Very poor customer service went in on a Sunday they were busy. They lady kept getting up during the process of doing my nails to help other customers ( I did not complain). Tuesday I had a nail start lifting and because my work schedule is busy I went back in to have it fixed on friday and actually was going to pay for it, Tony was so nasty stating I knew what happen to the nail I must of hit . Say get the color very rude... excuse me ! I have had my nail done for not even a week and they look like they have been done for two weeks. I did not complain about the others but his rude I dont care attitude was uncalled for! I moved from florida this was my first time there very poor in my opinion! Tony needs customer service training and they need more staff very unprofessional never been so dissatisfied with a nail shop about there own messy work.

These people are horrible and nasty attitude they should not be in business, they treat black like trash why do we keep supporting these people . A older lady ask for her money back because she didnt want to wait they told her she could not get money back and she was going to wait a hour lady she will waiting this is horrible NUMBER 3 AND NUMBER 5 ARE very RUDE.
