Very nice people and Ive only been twice. So far the first one was the best. I was there nearly two hours for a pedicure, it was amazing. The second one I didnt get there until around 5:30 so it kind of cut my pedicure shorter than the first. They do a really good job.

I gave them three stars, but I have to explain, first off everyone is so nice, its close to my home, and as soon as you sign in, theyre telling you to go sit at a booth or massage chair. Now, my problem is, my nail(s) always come off, if not one its two, or this time it was three. The same tech has been doing my nails the last three times Ive been in, different one did my toes and no, I dont make appointments, I normally just walk in, and this is why I go. So what Im trying to say is that the environment is pleasant, theyre quick to get to you, but the quality of what they do could be better, thats why I gave them three stars.

Please do not go to this place the lady that did my nail cut me on. Four different fingers. I now have Mrsa in two fingers from my skin being nicked. Please stay away from here.I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this I’m trying to go ahead and take legal action

Worst nail salon EVER!! Do not go here they rush every service and over charge just for your nails to look like a child did them! And they were very unprofessional.

Friendly, positive vibes. If your looking for somewhere to relax while getting your mani pedi or what ever it may be youre looking for this is the place for you. I walked in just a couple days ago to get a fresh set and we were all joking and laughing. The staff is absolutely amazing.

Don’t recommend at all. didn’t like how they looked so i asked the man to take them off he was trying to charge me 40$ when he wasn’t even halfway done with them but i told him i wasn’t going to pay for something i didn’t like .

I rate this location very low. My friends and I are not from the area, but picked this location because a nearby waitress recommended them. The waitress had acrylic nails and they looked good so we decided to give them a shot.Between my 3 friends and I the services we received ranged from gel nails, SNS/powder dip nails, regular paining, manicures, pedicures, and eyebrow wax. I HIGHLY **DO NOT** recommend this location for any of the above mentioned services.Price change: one friend was quoted $7 for a regular fingernail paint. She stated three times in the beginning what service she wanted. My friend stated “regular paint”, the employee said “gel?”, friend restated “regular paint”, employee stated “manicure?”, friend restated “regular paint”, employee said “okay, $7”. After the service, she was charged $25 for a manicure when she did not receive one. She didn’t get cuticles done or even lotion.. Just $25 for regular painted nails……..Wax: One friend got her eyebrows done and they JACKED THEM UP. One eyebrow was much higher and fuller compared to the other very long, thin eyebrow. Nothing you can do to fix that… DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION FOR WAXING.No Good: The pedicures and gel nails were adequate, but the gel chipped before we got home. Gel. Chipped…. ????SNS/powder dip nails: I am a regular at getting SNS/powder dip nails back in my hometown. They left my nails soaking in remover for nearly an hour... The process this place uses is NOT correct. The lady put the clear “sticky paint” on all my nails at once, instead of each one individually, and only added it at the tip of my nails instead of all over. This means when she added the color, the nail nearer to my cuticles look bare in the light. It’s not even ombre, it’s just messy work. Not to mention she rammed my fingers in the powder, which didn’t stick because by this point the sticky paint had already dried. So to fix this, she added more sticky paint and got a scooper and scooped the powder all over my half-dried nails…. I’ve never seen this mess before and she was making just that – a giant mess. So, after she was content with making a large mounded mess on my nails, she grabbed the electric device that files down the top of my nails and left the color a splotchy mess. Then she took the buffing cube and scrubbed my skin off (note the healing spots around my thumb and pinky) so who knows what disease I just contracted from her doing that to every other client. Shortly after her odd process, she said I was done and seemed offended when I asked her to fix the giant glob of solidified paint underneath every single nail that was causing my skin to stick to under my nails…. It all was a globby mess like when a child plays in nail polish. I thought maybe my lady was inadequately trained with SNS/powder dip nails, but the lady beside me getting SNS was going through the same horror with another employee.Overall, they need more training as they do not seem knowledgeable in proper steps of applying SNS/powder dip nail, nor do they charge you what they quote you initially even though you were MORE than clear of the services you want. We will most certainly not be coming back. I can’t believe this place is in business.

Staff seems to struggle with certain styles but the facility is maintained and charming. Everyone is polite and professional.

Such kind people and great prices! I brought my handicapped grandmother, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. My grandmas manicurist and pedicurist (I wish I remembered their names!) constantly asked if she was comfortable and if she was okay with the following treatment. PLEASE READ IF YOU SEE THIS!!I went to the nail shop and asked for a nail to get fixed and recolored. The lady instead gave me a fill in which I did NOT ask for. The shapes of my nails weren’t even, and when I asked for a design, I told her I wanted clouds. She then told me that it was 5 extra. She started doing weird designs that I DIDNT ASK FOR. I CLEARLY JUST ASKED FOR SIMPLE CLOUDS. She just made a random design off the top of her head. I was very upset, and not only that, she made me pay 35! I didn’t ask for a fill in but she charged for it. My sister went here and she asked for simple green nails. They were playing with her hands, and let me man practice on her. The nails came out uneven, and ugly. I am so angry and I will never come here again. (Also they overcharge)

On a little worried to go to a place I didnt know, however, I went to T nails and Im so happy I did! My tech was T and she did a great job. I did a gel refill with shellac french and Im super pleases with the result. My nails came out just as I like them. Thin,Clean and perfectly polished. Planning to come back on my next vacation.🌺

Searched for a new place on Google maps and found this. Had several bad experiences in various nail salons all over Montgomery. Was about to give up, until today! Technician did an outstanding job, and she was very sweet. This will be my regular go to place from here on out. Adorable, cozy, little place!

Love this nail salon! They did not use a drill on my nails. They were personable and friendly. They really care able the health and condition of clients nails. One client had damaged her nail and wanted the technician to put on a new acrylic tip. The technician took the time to check out her nail and make sure it was ok. They were attentive to every detail. Often when I had my nails done at other places, my fingers would be sore from the filing and drilling. Even right after getting my nails done, there is no pain. I am really happy with this salon.🥰😂😛😍🌺🌹💐

If I could give this place a -0 I would. This use to be the only place I go to get my nails done but NEVER AGAIN!! I been going here since they open but not no more. I have been plenty of times and they did me good but the last time I went they got over on me real bad. Normally when go I would ask every step of the way how much is this or that so it won’t be no surprises after I’m done. But this particular time I didn’t because I got something similar to what I always get so I was confident my nails wasn’t going to be over $55... 1st I asked for Stiletto and she gave me coffin cut... I let that slide... she charged me $75 dollars for my nails and they were plain!!!! All I had was diamonds on the pinky nail. Then she kept offering extra services after I told her more than once no no no!!! Then I was charged 35 for my feet which was also plain. No design whatsoever. I paid $110 for the most plainest nail job you ever seen. I called the manager to discuss it because I didn’t want to make a scene in front of other people. all I have to say is this... make sure you ask every step of the way how much it is because if you don’t they will rip you off. They lost a customer and I make sure i inform everyone i know how I was ripped off so they don’t go through what I went through. If you decide to go get the owners to do your nails and still ask the price. Fool me once shame on you but I bet you won’t fool me again.

Tina, the owner, if friendly and accommodating. They take appointments, and most of them speak pretty good English. Prices are good for the area. I tried many places and this one is now my home nail studio. Go every 2 weeks and wont be going any place else. There last health score was 100 cant beat that.

Super happy with my nails! I stopped by on a Thursday at 1pm and was seen for a gel mani and pedi within 15 minutes. Technician was wonderful and very technically precise. No polish on my cuticles or under my nails! When I asked for finely detailed nail art she told me she wasnt great with that so she had someone else do it and it turned out great.The place itself is very clean and pretty. They offer loads of nail colors and carry Shellac and OPI gels. I would definitely come back!

This place is awful. I went in for a fill in and the guy who did them was sloppy. He was falling asleep!!! He got the acrylic all over my cuticles!!! And got the drill way too close to my skin. I have sores around my nails. And he got polish all over my fingers! Omg. I love the variety of colors but the staff needs approving. They handed me a gift card for $10 USD to try to get me to come back. I will have to think very hard and be desperate to go there again.

To begin the only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because my friend has a good experience when she goes. She uses the lady at table 8 and she does a good job; however, my first and last experience was AWFUL. I was at table 7, the lady was not friendly from the beginning and she messed up my nails. She sanded the skin behind the cuticle on every finger. My nails are not even and the dip powder is not consistent on my nails and not even so my nails look thicker on one side and thin on the other. My nails are glued to my skin under the nail. I feel like she did not care how my nails looked and was in it for the money so more people more money, not quality. I wished I had saved my money. I forgot we both set an appointment and my friend had one and when I got there I didnt, I dont know how that happened.

I absolutely love coming here ! They give great pedicures, are very detailed in the manicures, always friendly, and I appreciate that they are so creative without trying to upsell.

I never wait when I make an appointment. This salon is very busy so it is important to make an appointment for all services. I use CamLy and love her! I dont do any fancy nails - just regular mani and pedi - but I watch the other techs and they seem to do a great job. These techs are true artists and have return clients so you know they must be doing something right. The business is very clean and the massage chairs are on point. Be sure to make an appointment because like I said above they are busy, busy, busy. Ive also tried some of the products they sell and I have never been disappointed in what I have bought. They are a hidden gem in this shopping center.

I went in a couple of months ago and got a pedicure. The older lady who did it was nice but did a horrible job! Against my better judgement, I went again yesterday because my usual spot was closed. I asked for a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine becauseeven though she kept trying to upsell me. The full set not so much! First of all, I asked for an American manicure and this lady kept trying to get me to get pearl tips even though I kept declining. She proceeded to give me a French manicure instead of just admitting she didn’t know how to do American! Never again!

I went here b/c I’m in town and I’m looking for a place that does the dip. This place got good reviews so I go there. When I arrive I’m greeted friendly but when I ask a question she gets an attitude and points me to colors so I pick and still have a question and I ask how long it’s going to be and she says just a few mins. They they sit me with a guy who answers my original question and starts to soak my nails. 45 mins later I’m still soaking. 😒Ask the time and get them to give u a real time frame before u wait an hour.

There staff is nice great environment but prices are too much I got a full set with clear pink polish and paid 45$ the time before that I got a full set with color it was 30$. Why??? Back to Millbrook I go ✌🏾

Got a manicure Tuesday night and the lady that did it cut a chunk out of my nailbed while trimming my cuticles, which is now getting infected. My gel also started peeling off by Friday night. She didn’t even apologize about cutting me and just seemed annoyed that I kept bleeding. Beyond disappointed.
