Waited about 3hrs after told it’d be 1.5. After I left my toes were sore. When I got home and got a good look at them I noticed that a big chunk of my toenail was missing on the side, and Idek why my big toe was hurting... it’s been 2.5 days and they’re still super sore. I gave 2 stars because my full set looks good and my nail tech was nice...

Plenty of great colors available. The nail technician did a nice job with my manicure. The only complaint I have is that she only put one top coat on. The polish on one nail started chipping within a couple of days.

For starters the prices are continuously changing. I literally get the same thing each and every time I visit the salon but the prices are never the same. Daniel make rude comments as if he is joking but really he is not. Their work is mediocre and their prices do not match their services. I do believe it’s because I am African American. Look at this comment section and you be the judge. Most of the caucasians have good things to say. However, we have a different experience. I use to love this salon until the inconsistencies in prices and service changed. Jack the owner is Awesome and he truly deserves nail techs that vibrates the same energy as he does. I feel that his business would thrive if he didn’t have Daniel there. I only use them when I just wanna get my nails done and over with bc they are usually not very busy when I visit. The prices is the one thing that should be addressed it is RIDICULOUS for the service that is provided.

My daughter and I go to this salon once or twice a year and always have a great experience.

My go to nail salon!!! I love the family owned atmosphere!! They know my face when I come in and that’s makes me feel welcomed... they always do an excellent job on my gel polish and pedicure... I’m constantly receiving compliments!!!

I went the business twice and both times the nail tech was great, just can’t paint nails well. I went last Thursday 9/3/20 less than a week. I got a manicure, pedicure and gel polish on my fingernails. I went back today 9/9/20 to let the owner TU Nygien see how my nails look. It does not look like I had a manicure and the gel polish was lifting. He tell me because my nails grew out. I said no it has not true. It has not been a week yet and my nails should not look this. He was not not listening so I left the place. The owner just want your money and don’t want to fix the problem. With that being said don’t support because if something happen less than a week of service, you wasted your money and time.

I have gotten my nails done several times here but the nail technician from today was not as skilled as some of the others. My fill in looks terrible. The shape of the nails looks awful. She will NOT touch my nails again.

Had a pedicure and a a fill in for my nails. Love what Jack does to my fingernails, I must Ive been going to him for over 20 years. A young lady did my feet and she did a really nice job too. They always make me feel welcomed and not like an outsider. Place is always spotlessly clean and everything I see that they use has been sterilized and theyre wearing mass now and everything to protect us. So Id recommend full heartedly anyone to go there and use any of them that they can get because all I see is professionalism from the whole staff.

I went in today and worked with Peter. He was so nice and made sure my nails were absolutely perfect. I’ve never left a nail salon feeling more happy about my nails in my life. I explained to him that my wedding is in a couple of days and that I needed them to look perfect for pictures and he did an amazing job. He spent an extra 20+ mins just making sure everything was even and polished and perfect. I never had to ask him to fix or change one thing, he did everything so good. I’m very happy about my nails. I love how great my nails look every time I visit Nails Capital LLC Ive been going here for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. Now, I just go in and let them design my nails. I told her what I wanted and perfect nails was what she came up with. I look forward to my standing appointment and the new look I will have for two weeks. I cant wait to see this weeks design. I highly recommend them to any one looking for a great place to be pampered.

Very friendly. We were on a Civil Rights girls trip and 4 of us walked in at 7pm for pedicures when they close at 8 and everyone was already with a customer. They accommodated us and we’re very friendly and one guy was very funny. I would visit again if in Montgomery. They also offer free bottled water and wine.

Very nice atmosphere. The customer service is outstanding and they make you feel special and they also know how to talk and treat their customers with respect. This is my favorite go to place as the services they provide speaks volume.

I absolutely lovvvveeee Nail Capital! Jack has been my nail technician for about a year now, he has been my sister nail technician for almost 20 years. Jack and his staff are very professional and about there business. The building is so clean and it gives you such a relaxing experience I love coming here and I always recommend them to people.

This is a cute nail salon. I kinda wish they serviced customers at every other chair or table just due to covid though.

I’ve visited this salon for years! I’ve sent countless numbers of clients to them and many of them have said they’d never go back because of poor customer service and feelings of discrimination. Well yesterday I experienced it!! I was given a 3:00 appointment per the owner for a full set and pedicure. I was placed in a pedicure chair upon arrival yet still waited an hour for service ( which was rushed and toenails weren’t even cut) after the pedicure I was approached by the woman who was supposed to be doing my nails and told that she didn’t know I had an appointment but she’d told another woman (opposite color) that she’d do her nails. This woman came in after me with NO appointment. I bought that to her attention and she told me... WAIT or COME BACK! You see my years of service and countless tips meant nothing compared to skin color! I left feeling humiliated and beyond hurt! Plus I needed to have this done being that I had a business trip the following day.

My first time visiting Nails Capital and the man that did my nails was really good. I got a fill in and they came out nice, the price was reasonable/average. The atmosphere was pleasant and I will definitely be returning.

I been to many Salon, and this place has been the most professional one I experience. I love Peter he has always done an exceptional job.

I cant say enough good things about Nails Capital LLC. They took the time to really attend to my nail needs. They were super sweet and very easy to talk to. I got the foil gel nails and it looks freaking beautiful! Ill be back, thats for sure!

My nails and toes were very nicely manicured, but I had to wait 30 additional minutes for the lash technician. She was very aggressively grabbing my head without speaking. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she didnt speak English well enough to ask me to move in a specific direction. It wasnt until I pointed out that the lash was crooked that I realized that she spoke great English. She was just rude and didnt know what she was doing. My lashes were falling off the next morning.

It is LUCKY for me to find this spot! They are so nice and get you in and out for a good price. Beautiful acrylic nails, beautiful shaping and colors. Ill be sure to visit Nails Capital LLC, at every time I return to Montgomery.

My nails came out great but its pricey. I got the minimum. I paid 70 for a full set with gel polish and a pedicure not including the tip. So be prepared to spend at least 70.00. They do great nails and shape was perfect. I got coffin shape.

They spoke English very smooth to me. They also did my nails/toes look VERY gentle! Its a refreshing ambiance & clean. Highly recommend this place!

I was displeased with the customer service I received. When I get my nails done, it should be a relaxing experience, however, every time I go to this location, it is far from relaxing. In addition, if one person begins my nails, I expect the same person to finish my nails. Also, in regards to pricing, this place post their prices, but continually up charge once you go to the register. Tip: Before you get your nails done, explain to them what you want, and get a specific price. Apparently, the advertised prices are false. They give me a different price for the same service every time I go. Needless to say, after today, Im done giving them chances.

Just walked in around Friday afternoon, I was seated quickly. I brought in a picture of a design I like and she made it even better! Also, the prices are very reasonible compared to a lot of other places. I cant wait to go back in a few weeks! ! !

I just recently started going there and after going there afew times I can’t see myself going anywhere else for my nail care needs. In fact I trusted them so much I brought my mom who has diabetes and has to be extremely careless who does her feet& she’ll only allow a woman to do her feet (bad past experiences) she only prefers one lady to do it and she makes time to do them for her...she was pleased and has been a repeat customer ever since. Everyone was friendly and willing to please. I decided to step up my nail game and all I have to do is show them a pic of what I want& they do it& get it right every time. I get a lot compliments on my nails/toes

This place is a total rip-off! I paid $45 for a full set of nails; I came back a few weeks later, for a fill-in and I was charged $45 again. At any other nail salon that I have visited, a fill-in was always cheaper than a full set. I will never go back to this place again. I tried this place out this past Saturday (3/3/18) and needless to say I will not be back. I received a pedicure and a full set for a total of 110$. Let’s start things off by saying-I DO NOT MIND paying that price IF the work is up to par. However, the pedicure was VERY mediocre and rushed it’s not like I received wine or a bottle of water with that price. He rushed through the entire process maybe because it was his lunch time or something because he went straight to his food after leading me off to the young lady who started on my nails. One thing I did not like-One person would start on my nails and a new Customer would come in and then they would go to that person then someone else would come work on my nails or just leave me sitting there without saying a word. I was left sitting in my chair twice and each time they would say “oh go wash your hands” like I was just supposed to know exactly what to do because no one consistently was working on my nails and I couldn’t tell if they were done or not. Even at the end when the young man was “done” with my nails-in which I could not tell because they were not done neatly-he then just walked off saying nothing. The young woman who started on my nails was working on someone else and left me just sitting there then finally I guess she saw me looking there like a lost puppy and brushed me off saying “go pay”. Put in mind I have never been here before plus she was telling me to go pay but no one was at the register to pay so I’m standing there irritated at this point so finally the man in the chair (front right as you walk in) stopped doing this lady’s nails and allowed me to pay. For 110$ this was not worth it. My pedicure was a 25$ pedicure AT MOST. And my nails look as though an inexperienced apprentice did them. I was so upset with myself when I left there. Not one time did they ask me what type of pedicure I wanted they just started on my feet. It wasn’t really busy until I started to leave so that’s not an excuse as well. My advice if you are new to this place-specify what you want and what the prices will be. And if you are a stickler of the same person working on your nails then I’m not sure if this place is for you. The prices were jacked up for me because I guess they could tell I was new. This is only my experience -I’m pretty sure others may love this place but first impressions are a big deal to me therefore I most definitely will not be back.

I went in to this location for a fill in and paid $60! Mind you I asked the tech how much a full set was for the same length and shape, her response was $70. So why was my fill in so much? I feel like that price was intentionally done bc she was speaking with another co worker and her co worker started laughing when I got up to pay. The nail techs work looked good and I will not take that from her. Just ask for pricing for the simple things..

Not bad. I think I could have done without the gel as a top coat. And I dont like how the workers will start on u and then stop to go work on somebody else. Other than that the atmosphere was ok. And my nails was ok. Could have used some lotion after service was rendered but luckily I have baby oil at home. All in all.. Not bad

I was in a rush to get a pedicure. Walked right in was greeted and seated right away. I wanted to get my nails done too but didnt think I had time and they did it at the same time. Not a lot of conversation but I was in and out of there and my nails looked good !

Tina does a great job on eyebrows!First few times I was pleased with my nails, but then they soon became lazy & not doing what I asked.

Really disappointed. My daughter sat in the pedicure chair for a full 35 minutes before anyone started on her, and my pedicure was started, finished, and dry before hers was even started. We were RUSHED though our pedicures and it was not pleasant or relaxing at all. I had to re-do my toes completely when I got home; the edges were jagged and the polish was gloppy. I get that they were busy but I should still get a somewhat decent nail job. And then I was charged a different price than what was posted on the wall right behind the register!!!!!! I even pointed that out and was told I was wrong. I used to come here without any issue but I will never go back.

I only have 1 word to say about it and that is amazing thats all i need to say!

Ive been a regular at Nails Capital for several years. They are family owned and operate 7 days a week (except for major holidays.) The salon hours are convenient and the service is friendly. You might find newer or fancier places to have your hands and feet scrubbed, but you wont find nicer people than at Nails Capital. They are able to meet special needs and will take you any time with no appointment necessary. Youll be treated as warmly if you are the first customer of the day or that person who shows up 10 minutes before closing time! Convenient to East Montgomery and Pike Road, Nails Capital is located directly next door to Dunkin Donuts and across the street from Winn Dixie and Sturbridge.

They are absolutely wonderful the work is always consistent I just love this place!!!!!!! I go every other week!!!
