New management.Felt rushed. Forceful in upselling gel nails and high priced services. Rude to my daughter. Shes a child and isnt use to gel nails. Owner yelled at her for accidentally touching her nails together and I did my best to remain professional. Nails looked great but not worth the disrespect. Never coming here again.

Professional nails expert, Linda is very detail, neat, clean and knowledgeable about nails, pedicure, manicure, and facial treatments. I had a excellent experience at Nail Studio

My pedicure was rushed and extremely terrible. I came with another friend and they made us soak our feet for 30 min. After the soaking the lady came and did my pedicure under 10 minutes. She didn’t scrub my feet she half scrubbed, clipped my toe nails uneven. Now my toenails are tearing off in the middle of my toes and my gel polish was terribly applied. I will not be back the service was awful.

Michael has been ny nail tech for years and he always does a wonderful job. Thats why I keep going back. All the staff is great and i would let anyone of them give me service. Cant go wrong!!

Terrible experience! New Management and its horrible! The attitudes where absolutely terrible and they were extremely pressuring of additional sales and the attitudes were very rude and my toes dont even look that good. Dont have a sign saying $25 pedicure when you really dont want to sell a $25 pedicure and are mad about no upgrades being made 😒

I went here approximately a week ago. Staff is friendly enough but my nails were not the greatest. I got a full set of acrylics, but they began lifting and some of the acrylic was on top of my cuticles. Some of my nail tips were the wrong size so there is gaping on the sides of some of my nails. some have too much acrylic to hide the wrong tip size. The color was the only thing I loved.

Does beautiful work and in and out in no time! Staff are also very friendly and attentive during process. 5 STAR QUALITY 👌🏾💜

They had great customer service and Tara made sure to get the cheap nasty old nails off my fingers and did exactly what I wanted. Did not want fake nails just wanted my natural nails to have more strength than they normally do because they are very thin and peel often. She did a fantastic job and we found a great gel polish color to put over top. I love this nail salon best one I’ve been to in Montgomery by far.

Neema was awesome and I will definitely be back to see him. He did my pedicure and it was amazing. This entire atmosphere is relaxing and will put you to sleep. Customer service is always the best. Come see Neema.....

The nail tech wasnt friendly she wore ear plugs, listening to music when she needed me to move my feet she would tap them rather than talk to me. I did get her attention to buff my toe nails some more. She told me that was my natural color of my toe nails because of my race. Then the customer next to us comment that I need to go to a foot doctor when I told her I had runners toe on my big toe to cut it back so I could apply medicine underneath. She continued to look at the other customer exchanging cocky looks between themselves. My daughter was on the left side of me getting a pedicure she said mom let it go cause if she said one more thing she would have to get involved. The nail tech when she finished didnt remind her ear plugs to direct me to the area to go to let my nails to dry or greet me in getting my shoes or where to go to pay. This was our first visit to this nail salon which we was out shopping. Of course I paid for my daughter. The tech that did my daughter pedicure conversation with her. Gather her purse and shoes walked with her to the drying section. After I paid for our services I walked back to the tech that did my daughters and thanked him for his service and gave him a $10.00 tip. Which he looked surprised the tech that did mines looked at the customer that commented and rolled her eyes.

Horrible customer service very rude and demanding! Nails were pretty but very loose. I went for a full set on a Wednesday 3 of my nails were broken by Thursday night !!!!!

So.... its my birthday and I came in here with the greatest attitude in the best mood. Im currently sitting in the chair and all I can think is I shouldve heeded the reviews. Youre not stealing my joy! I wont be frequenting this establishment ever again.

I am new to the area and seen their great ratings and decided to give them a try. I walked in and was not greeted, then sat while individuals that came in after me were sat first despite them not having an appointment. I had to ask how long the wait was to be acknowledged and sat after about 20 minutes of waiting. The technician was polite and did an ok job on my nails but overall the service was very poor.

People were nice but had to say maam several time to be acknowledged. I got a pedicure and the massage was good but the paint job was very sloppy and rushed and areas were not painted where I had to say you missed a spot at least 3times. Ill post a picture if itll let me.

Every morning I try to come here, they are never open, I would like to try this place because its very close to where i live. maybe they should change their opening hours.🤦‍♀️ Ive waited 30 min to see if an employee would come but no one is ever there .

Lady appeared to have an attitude with me for not wanting a deluxe pedicure. Then she left clear polish all over my toes. Definitely wont be back to that location

Have been a couple of time the employees are friendly as long as you don’t have a complaint.The first time I went the male who did my nail made me pay before he polished them and I was told that he could not do the shape I wanted which was coffin. Unfortunately the acrylic nails broke off and chipped within a weeks time. So I started to only go to the women in the shop, because they seemed to have more experience. But on my most recent the women who did my nails did a poor job.I have acrylic on my cuticles and the polish is uneven. I was not satisfied, when I tried to voice my opinion I was told I was wrong.

The nail tech did a HORRIBLE job on my nails!!! Will NEVER let her touch my nails again. I kept having to correct her and she STILL didn’t do it right. And she kept cutting me! Some nails were round and some were square. The absolute worse experience ever!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The entire time the technician was doing my nails, she was either on her cell phone or the business phone discussing personal issues. She stopped working on my nails several times to send text messages.

ViVi is unbelievable. If you want a relaxing pedi/mani at fair prices...get in to see her.Call ahead if possible, when you are as good as she is, there could be a wait.

It was good! Full set was about 45 min with gel polish. Done completetly correct. My nails dont have all of that extra unnecessary acrylic sitting on top of my nail. Its great on my end. I went on a Monday.

Ordered THE most expensive pedicure hoping for excellent spa treatment. This treatment fell FLAT! The water got cold fast to where my toes were freezing and my nose started running!! Huge problem, the pedicure set is NOT sterilized, it was brought out of a reusing box shared between nail techs and an old nail file pulled from a box of gloves! The hot towel wrap then scorched my frozen toes and then it was more of a drape versus a wrap...both towels have stains which look gross! Then came the lotion after the hot towels...it smelled old. This was suppose to be a relaxing treat for myself hence the splurge. SADLY this will not be something I return for. Save your money and just get the basic if you must get a pedicure here!!!
