I been going to this shop for 7 years getting my dreadlocks done.The best salon you can go to Deidra is my hairstylist there and she does a very good job.Wouldn’t refer no one else but her so when you go in ask for her.

Today was my first appointment and I was so pleased with Deidra and her professionalism and friendliness. I love my hair and I will be a regular at Diverse Barber and Beauty Complex!! I highly recommend Deidra!

I’ve been going to AJ since March of 2021, my hair has grown TREMENDOUSLY & SO FAST!! I’m really particular about who touches my hair, but AJ is someone that can do my hair any day. I’ve definitely found my permanent natural hairstylist.

I had very good experience at Diverse Barber and Style. The people that work there are very nice. Nice atmosphere and the have everything you need. Barbers, stylist, dreads, nails, make up, lashes and more.

I walked in at Saturday lunchtime hoping to get a trim. Despite not having an appointment, I was quickly helped by Mr. Tonio (I hope I got that right) who did an excellent and very meticulous job. I am well pleased.

I schedule a consultation she said she was able to do my hair to go back on the site and book an appointment! I did! I am from Birmingham I saw her work it was good. I booked a 9:30 am appointment. When I got to the shop no one was there. I waited a few then texted her no response. I asked the barber was she coming he said he wasnt sure. I called her no answer. Because I am not from the area and I really needed my hair done I continued to wait. 2 hours later she contacted me asking if I was at the shop I informed I was. She said you got the times mixed up and apologized. Im human I understand that. She said she was coming. So i continued to wait! This was around 12ish. I got frustrated with waiting and left she called saying Im on my way to the shop now. By this time I left heading back to Bham I had had it to Prattville! I turned around thinking I have a full day ahead i really needed my hair done. So I went back to the shop she still wasnt there. I waited almost another hour after driving 20mins from Prattville. As I was walking out the shop I noticed a lady in her car eating ice cream, nevertheless it was Diedria as if I havent waited 4 hours for her to do my hair and telling her I wasnt from Montgomery and I had a 9:30 appointment. She asked as I was leaving was I about to go!?!?!? Because her ice cream was more important than keeping a schedule appointment or being professional! Will never go back! Beyond unprofessional
