Side Note: Im not a critic, nor am I hard to please. Im an honest, understanding client, no matter the service or the provider.First & foremost, the only person Ive ever booked at this salon is Tera. I always tip generously, and I generally let her do whatever she wants on my nails. And, to describe my most recent experiences, Ill just say that when booking an appointment, I expect to be serviced at the time that I booked you for. I shouldnt have to wait 30mins+ to sit in your chair.FURTHERMORE, In NO world is it okay for me to pay you $80 for a fill in set when all you *realistically* did was fill the gaps with acrylic & polish (and you DIDNT even polish ALL 10 NAILS, you polished 7 of them.) Less than a week later, one of those same nails broke. I was charged $10 to get ONE nail fixed, when a friend of mine (whos also a client of yours) has NEVER paid ANYTHING to get a nail fixed.As previously stated, I am an understanding client, and I am NOT hard to please AT ALL. But, IN CONCLUSION, I wont be coming back.

I came here 6.09.21 the service I requested was basic AF!!! Simple solar fill in and pedicure. The 2/5 is GENEROUS be My nails look presentable for tomorrow and the weekend. Will they last beyond 3-5 days….not likely. Horrible. Started chipping today.

Imma just say my nails were completely butchered by the salon I was at before coming to this location and the staff was so diligent and kind in finding someone who was able to fix the mess that was previously placed on my hand (by a different location)

I was very impressed by the decor and the setup. They are very good at sanitizing after every client. The stations are distanced for safety. Kim did my nails and toes and she was so sweet! They are absolutely beautiful and I will definitely continue going there!

A lot of people who have had bad experiences were from YEARS ago im here in 2019 with great service and everything im 12 years old so i just got gel it was really fun! I got a manicure and a pedicure and it was so fun! My mom and I had fun because yesterday we got our hair done too!!i’m 13 now :)im 14 now and i got gel nails again and they were so cute

I use to love this place because it was close to home but,they have changed a lot.One of my toes already messed up because the polish underneath to make my color stand out was even dry fully so it started cracking up and i had a nail tech that couldn’t even do designs let alone put an uneven amount of diamonds on my nails and they began to fall out a day after i got them done.I’m not even gonna go back and ask them to fix it because i know it’ll be too much of a hassle and drama.I’ll just go somewhere when it’s time for a fill-in

Nails were done on yesterday and the gel polish is chipping already. On some of the nails it is partially shiny and matted. It did not appear that way when I left the salon. Nails are also uneven. She also cut my finger by filing to close to my skin. I was charged $40.00 for this service. I am so disappointed and disgusted. I will not be back.

THE WORST! I scheduled an appointment for Ben. I wanted a full set and a pedicure. When I arrived, I waited for a hour. After telling another man I had an appointment for Ben, he told me Ben wasnt there but there are several other good nail techs. So.. they did my full set first.. my nails were pretty. After, they did my pedicure. She did my pedicure in nearly 10 minutes because it was close to closing time. She insisted on using gel color, but I wasnt paying $20 extra for gel toe nails. She polished my toes and said she was leaving. Now one week later, two of my nails are already broken after paying $70 plus a tip. Bad customer service all around and poor quality nails.

Got a no chip manicure about a week ago and my nails look AWFUL 😤😤 They were strong and unbendable before with my last no chip and now they are broken off and very chipped. I always get my real nails done because I have naturally long nails with a gel coating. One of my nails still has the paint from the LAST nail session I had over a month ago. This was terrible quality, the atmosphere was okay but I will not be returning 🙅🏽

I took my daughter in law my grand daughter and my self in for fill in and a manicure 💅 my tech and my grand daughters tech was nice and professional. MMy daughter in laws tech was rude. Rushed and critical. The tech could not do the nail designs that she picked out and was very opinionated and self praising. Will not return to this shop

I liked the atmosphere very beautiful indeed. I liked the fact that I was given a thank u gift of codi hand cream( that was nice). I saw their score that was given to them by the health inspector and it showed a score of 100 located at the desk on the wall near the price list.(that was good) But what i did not like was the fact that I was given a gel as a top coat and charged 35 dollars when I only came there for the basic 27 dollar service. they insisted on given me what i never really wanted and i did not like that all to well. Thats one reason why I dont like dealing with foreigners .its a shame theirs not very many American nail techs in Montgomery.Most likely i wont be back.

The redesign is stunning! By far the best nail salon i have been to in montgomery! Will be going back soon.

Just had the best pedicure by Anna! Everyone was so nice and professional, shop was so clean, and service was exceptional! I have had many pedicures over the years but this might have been the best! I just had the deluxe one which wasn’t even the top of the list but my feet and calves look and feel great! #happyfeet #satisfiedcustomer

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY!!! My nail broke after 6 days of a new full set of nails . I literally picked up my purse and my nail popped off during dinner, how embarrassing. I call to let them know, and the guy who answered yelled and said we are not responsible for a broke nail after 1 week I didnt know 6 days meant a week . I live in Birmingham and visited this place for the first time ! Never again ! Beautiful place but Bad Quality !

This was one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I looked around for the salon rating and could not find it anywhere. There was no pressure at all during the massage and I could have done a much better job painting my nails. A friend referred me here but I will never go again.

They cut my nails even though they were told not to, the wrong color was applied to my nails even after i corrected them. And the price I paid was unacceptable!

This place was absolutely terrible. The service, employees, and atmosphere was uncomfortable to be around. No one respected each other during my time there and this one man, Lucky, cussed me out. The owner only took off 10% off my full set. ???????? Like that was suppose to fix anything.

THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU GEL! THEY DO ACRYLICS WITH A GEL TOP COAT AND CHARGE YOU FOR GEL NAILS! TRY IT..... ASK FOR GEL NAILS, AND THEY WILL TAKE OUT THEIR DREMEL AND POWDERS LIKE YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING.... THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A POWDER FORM OF GEL AND THEY WILL ARGUE THAT ITS GEL. I came in as a walk in at around 5:30pm on a weekday to get my acrylics filled with gel polish on top...I was immediately seated, which was great. They had many nail techs on working.It became quickly apparent that my tech, Tracy, had no regard for the quality of her work. She was rushed and sloppy, slapping acrylic down over my nails unevenly. She roughly misshaped my nails, turning the previously perfect almond into jagged points at odd angles. The gel polish she applied was globbed on in some places and barely there in others, even after three coats.I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would eventually go back to correct the mistakes, I don’t like to be fussy. However, when she finished applying my matte top coat and became clear that she was “finished” and satisfied with the mess, and there were bubbles popping under the paint, I asked her to correct the mistakes I saw.Her original finished product was extremely bumpy acrylic that I had to ask her to shave down, and polish with very visible bubbly texture. She complied when I politely asked her to fix it, but the results were still sloppy.I’ve attached pictures on my Yelp review. You can still see the shape of the bubbles, and the edges of the polish are clearly a mess.I can’t believe I paid $30 for this, but I was in military uniform and therefore unwilling to make a scene. Please don’t waste your money here.

I just want to say Im upset that I just got my nails done & they are already breaking off. Its not even time for a fill in & they are already breaking. They started breaking the same EXACT day that I got them done & within a week 3 broke off. I dont know if their acrylic is cheap or whats the issue. I contacted the manager & she acted as though she cared but once I asked her would I be charged for getting them fixed she never responded. I wasnt going to write a bad review had she responded back to my question. I wont EVER go back to them & spend my money on foolery & I wouldnt recommend anyone to them.

The worst ! If i had the option of giving them a negative 1 start i would...I dont know what it is with these nail salon in Montgomery but they are the worst! Theres a guy named Lucky that works here as well as another black male that does nails and both time my experiences were horrible ! The guy Lucky actually cursed at me then proceeded to tell me to leave the nail shop as if he is not just a worker bee there lol..but it was horrible..they do have good people there like Nathan and Ben but once someone disrespects me when im paying you for a service then it makes me not want to go back period..But i was extremely upset with the behavior and to top it off the owner only took $3 off of my nails...& allowed this man to curse at me..Lucky needs to be sent back to wherever he came from if he cant come to work, do nails, be respectful and go back home.Women come to be pampered, not to be disrespected..Lord knows it took everything in me! EVERYTHING ! For me not to lose my cool...But thats my HONEST REVIEW! Try Ben or Nathan !

After I waited for 20-30 minutes for a eyebrow wax.. I asked the guy did he know how to wax eyebrows ? He stated, Do you want your money back? I WILL NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!!!

Visiting from California, took my adult daugters and sister in law to get our nails done. The older man who did my pedicure rushed, no rubbing of leg and feet. The lady who did my younger daugters pedicure was also in a rush, was obviously unhappy and had been recently physically abused. The young man who did my older daugters pedicure was sweet. The young man who did my sisters manicure, pedicure and brows had been overly flirty with my daugters. At the time to pay I told the older man I wanted to pay for all, he charged my card for just mine, $25, then when I told him to charge the rest to my card it declined the $75 until I told my bank yes I am making these purchases and I told the old man to run again and he refused and told me cash only and charged me $120. When my sister was done the young man charged another $45 on top of that, totalling $190. I feel I was robbed. I asked for a reciept and they scribbled numbers down on a paper without description and incomplete. This had been my worst experience ever.

This place is bad. I went there and the lady did a very bad job on my pedicures she didnt do half the stuff she was supposed to do. I wouldnt suggest this place at all and she did not do a very good job painting my nails either its all on my skin.
