Visited this place from out of town and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, I didnt have to wait to get service, and the tech did an amazing job in a timely manner. Wish this place wasnt so fast away from where I actually live, but Ill definitely be back whenever I come to this part of town!!

The lady Kiki was very rude and unprofessional and the man that did my nails was nice but he can not do any nails at all. He had to paint my nails I over like 3 times. This was my first time going and it will be my last

I only came here as a last resort because it’s by my neighborhood and my original nail tech was booked. I read the reviews and they were all positive so that’s why I gave them a shot. Customer service is horrible. I was barely acknowledged and the guy who did my nails (I’m not even about to get started on him) I didn’t complain because I wanted to avoid confrontation and didn’t feel like going back and forth so long story short, I had to come home and reshape ALL of my nails. He half-a$$ed my nails, y’all. All he did was apply acrylic and told me to wash. He didn’t buff them or anything. He didn’t even measure the length after he applied the nail tips, that’s how they ended up being different lengths. He couldn’t finish painting my nails because for the life of him, he couldn’t stop texting on his phone. While my nails were drying, he got up, went to another station, and picked up where Kiki left off. Whew, chile. Let this place be your LAST RESORT. There are other nail salons who offer BETTER customer service and high-quality nails!!

This place is the wrong nail place in Montgomery I got my nails done on Friday and it’s Tuesday they look like I had them done a month ago I called them to try to talk to them they hung up in my face so I called them back no answer so I called from a different number they picked up and said it’s b/c yo nails grow fast hell naw it’s been 4 days ain’t no way I will never go back to these unprofessional ppl

Love Kiki, shes amazing with her craft and such an awesome and nice spirit, had to leave a shop Id went to for over 10 years, but she made my transition to another a complete breeze. Thank you Kiki.

Terrible place to get your nails done. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very unprofessional and chaotic. They play musical chairs to do your nails even if you ask for a specific person... one person takes polish off, another person does the overlay, and another does the polish. What in the world?! Then she will leave you in the middle of your service to do lashes and brows. If you don’t have enough people working, then change to appointment only. You can’t get all the coins! It’s really not a good look. And to top it off, The owner’s family works there and none of them are certified to do nails or know what they’re doing. And when you say you don’t want them to do your nails, she makes a smart comment saying that they’re just getting it started, but they end up doing most of the service. KiKi needs to get it together or close down... its pathetic.
