Very disappointed. They have price gauged me everytime I have used them. Decided to give them another chance. It was MORE expensive for a horrible job. My nails look like a child did them. $65.00 for a terrible job. I could have done a better, myself.

When I entered the salon the woman was very pleasant, but the woman who did my daughter’s nails was out of control. She was rude from the time I asked her the price. She told me 80$ for the shortest set of nails. So I told just told her to do regular full set with a gel color and she said 60$. Which in my opinion is still too much, I still let the woman continue. I thought I overheard her tell my daughter that she wouldn’t fix her nails if she messed it up again. And then My daughter texted me and told me she said exactly that. I waited until the service was done to tell her she was rude, and not to ever tell my child that she isn’t going to fix something when that is what I AM PAYING you to do, she is a child. And I will not be back, and it’s because of You. It’s obvious they have a problem with black people. I watched her be rude to every single black person who walked inside the place. Stay away from Lavender Nails. They give you a high price in hopes that you would leave. I didn’t catch her name but if she is the owner, how sad.

I requested a deluxe pedicure BUT the worker suggested another service. I downgraded my service to the basic plus the service offered AFTER I’d chosen. After the service was finished they said my request had to be carried out on my original even though THEY offered a service after my selection. Very unprofessional and nothing in the deluxe had been carried out at the time. There was plenty of time to stop. Very unhappy. Even though my tech was really nice. The main lady was the issue. I will not be back. I hope adding on the additional $10 was worth the ongoing potential long term client.

I have been a client of this family for 6+ years, before Lavender Nails opened up. I get my nails done every two weeks like clockwork, and not one time can I say I was disappointed. I always have a design, and they always do exactly what I want...no matter how crazy :-). It is a wonderful, relaxing, safe, and clean environment, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to use their services!

I went there to get a fill in & I was charged $70 total for the fill-in, a design on 2 nails, and an acrylic nail on one of my fingers on my right hand because the length was shorter than my other nails, plus gel polish. I use to pay $50 when I went there before the pandemic to get my nails done. I think they are charging more because they had to close for a while due to the pandemic. I only pay $40 at Nail Capital & they give me a glass of wine during my visit. Also, I pay $80 for a fill in and pedicure both with gel polish..I won’t go back. Price gauging!

I rarely do reviews but I am taken aback by the treatment I just received - Extremely poor customer service and frankly disrespectful and rude to a loyal customer. During my last visit, which wasn’t even a couple weeks ago - instead of giving me a new reward card they wrote a note on my receipt - knowing that a receipt is easy to lose and denied me when I asked for a new card. This visit I told them I lost that receipt and to add that amount to the reward card. They said since I lost the receipt they wouldn’t, but I go to the same nail tech, Tina, each time and she knew what my services were because I still have on the nails!! this visit was simply for a pedi. When I tried to reason with the manager she raised her voice at me and caused a scene! That was hurtful especially considering the amount of money I spend there regularly. This was my last visit. Your money is not valued here, they’re not worth it - Beware & Stay away.

The owner is so rude and not professional at all. She has been rude several times and I tried giving them another chance thinking maybe she was having a bad day. But no!!! I will never go here nor recommend anyone… I never leave bad reviews because I want people to have their own experiences. They don’t appreciate black customers AT ALL!

Too high priced and horrible service! Would not recommend!

The establishment is clean but the service and price is horrible. The polish they have is old and they are constantly trying to thin it. Once they thin it they have to put about three coats on your nails and it smears because the thickness of the polish causes it to not dry. The next visit I tried the gel polish and it started chipping around the edges. Needless to say by the fourth day of the edges chipping I was able to pull the gel polish off like a sheet of press on nails. I do not recommend this place and I will not be going back.

When I walked in I wasn’t greeted at all. They all looked snobby and like the had attitudes. I wanted a trim and fill in. (FYI: I keep my nails very short and when they grow out I cut them back short) the man wanted to charge me $50. The only reason why I consider this place be because my nail guy is out. They have no price list posted. I read the reviews that’s why I asked up front. NASTY ATTITUDES.

Unprofessional and Terrible customer service. They pressure you into getting gel polish. I was also charged extra for neon gel nail polish, which is ridiculous! I have never spent $50 for a gel pedicure! I will not be going here again! I Do Not Recommend!!

I used to love lavender nails but the prices just keep rising every time. Sad to say but I won’t be back. Waaaayyy overpriced.

Okay, so I came to this salon because my usual nail tech was booked for the day and I HAD to have my nails done for work the next day... this salon does good work. HOWEVER, I was charged $167 for a basic set of coffin nails, and a deluxe pedi. No gel. No designs. Nothing, just basic acrylic. I’ve been getting my nails done for over a decade, and never have I ever spent $167 for a basic set. I probably wouldn’t even be that annoyed had there been some air of luxury. There was no offer of wine or any refreshments while I was there to compensate for what felt like a car payment. Smh would not recommend unless you’re comfortable paying more for less.

First time in this establishment. The young lady that serviced me was not engaging as she worked on my nails. At the end of the pedicure, I was told to go up front to dry...where! I kept asking...they kept pointing..(she should have escorted me and turned on the machine) I had already decided I will NOT return. Got ready to check out, they had to look for her to get the total for the services. Oh yeah, how one of the workers sanitize after a customer left...one lysol wipe to wipe the chair, wiped one arm rest on the same chair not the other...then another chair they took the same wipe and hit the chair as if to dust it off.

I will never go here again. Took my 2 year old and 6 year old granddaughters for mani/pedis because they had kids chair. I have never paid over 25 each for them anywhere else, so didn’t ask price. When I went to pay they charged me $60 for each of them. Are you kidding me, $120 for kids who barely have any nails. When I questioned her she was very rude! Stay away!!!

I have gone to Lavender Nails since they opened. Kelly is the absolute best. She is open and willing to do whatever style you want. They take the time to get to know you and I love that. The quality of their service is unmatched in my opinion. My full sets last up to a month without give. I have gone to Kelly for 6 plus years. Whatever she is I’ll go.

I brought my daughters in to get their nails done simple gel polish with small tips added although their nails were pretty I was over charged after I asked her several times before I dropped them off about the price she lied about the price she gave me earlier and still over charged me 165.00 are serious Money was not an issue but I was taken advantage of and I’m very upset and I will no longer be a customer of theirs!!!

When I came in I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and asked how much the lady thought about it first then off the top of her head told me my nails where $100. I loved my nails but literally the next morning one of my nails broke so I went and got it fixed. That same nail popped off yesterday just by me tying a scarf on my head then today I looked down and see that another nail is broken and I didn’t even hit it. $100 and the nails are breaking this easily is horrible.

Beautiful atmosphere and Excellent staff. Very professional and Super clean. Everyone is always polite. Awesome manicures and relaxing pedicures. Kelly is a great nail tech and Im never disappointed. Ive recommended this nail salon to my friends and now they are regular customers as well.

I absolutely love this nail shop. I’ve followed the techs from when they worked at a different location. They are family owned and they make me feel warm and welcome every visit. The shop is beautiful, classy, and very clean. They ask about my family and they remember me by name. That’s important when your paying for a service. I drive from exit three to come to this shop. I have been a client with this family before they had their own location. I set an appointment for 10:30am and arrived at about 10am.I had on my mask and waited for them to greet me.She came and ATTEMPTED to take my temperature and it did NOT read. Another customer said, she’s not doing it correctly, I’m a nurse.... the clerk did go to take her temp but it DID read.She tried taking my temp while I was SWEATING coming from outside in the SUMMER... with a forehead thermometer and it DID NOT read. Basically, she just mumbled under her breath & walked away.I’m thinking common sense, I’m sweating & it’s hot outside, shouldn’t I get time to relax and let my body temp regulate... even at the doctors office they make you relax a little before taking vitals.It was so disrespectful not to even address me or my money & to mention I’ve traveled w them...& to top off the cake, when I looked up forehead testing she didn’t even administer it correctly.It states on google toplace the sensor head at the center of the forehead. Slowly slide the thermometer across the forehead toward the top of the ear. Keep it in contact with the skin. Stop when you reach the hairline.When she administered it, the device DID NOT touch my skin and she didn’t slide the thermometer back and forth. All she did was point and click and sent me on my way out the door!My money is going to be respected, I don’t want to bring race in it but I wonder if it would’ve happen to others. The fact that this is the 2nd Vietnamese place I’ve left due to disrespect and poor customer service bc they know we’re gonna still come.

I would like to be able to recommend this salon... they do nice work. But my experience today was unacceptable. I was next in line for a manicure and eyebrow waxing, but a male worker took back a woman who came in after I did. I objected, stating that I was in fact next. He told me that he would take her instead of me, because he was unable to do my nails because, “a guy can’t do another guy’s nails.” He said “it’s policy”.This is ridiculous. The last time I had my nails done here, a guy DID MY NAILS.According to him, a female worker can do an woman’s nails or a man’s nails, but a male worker can only do a woman’s nails...This is a double standard and makes no sense to me.I will not be going here again.

Extremely rude service.

I was going to get my nails done on Thursday the 2nd and wanted to get a quick manicure. When they finished, my nails looked HIDEOUS and afterwards I went to the restroom and saw A ROACH. I quickly finished my business and left the nail salon. I can say for sure that I’ll never go back there again and I’ll stick to the regular one I go to. Nails Capital which is literally not even that far away. They do a much better job and I recommend it.

I just left from getting the $55 pedi. The actual pedi was nice lady did a great job. But a guy came and finished my polish. It started to chip before I left the shop they touched it up and this is still what I left with

It will make u feel as if your on a relaxing vacation when u enter the doors!! I wish I could have gave them 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everybody work there is so nice and sweet!!!

One of the ladies cut my hand open and it got infected the next day!! I hope the tools are cleaned well for the next person. Hopefully the swelling goes down in a few days. One star!! Not for hurting me but for getting me sick!
