I urge all my African Americans not to patronize this business, I literally sat and waited 2 hours for a toe polish without even being greeted when I entered BUT acknowledged and waited on 2 Caucasian women! They dont appreciate our business.. VERY UNPLEASANT

Very nice and clean place. I put my boys bunk bed together all by myself and nails are still intact. Its going on the second week and not a scratch or broken nail yet, still looks new and fresh!!

Understaffed had me waiting a while with only 3 customers that’s doesnt bother me so much as the poor job of painting my nails he didn’t smooth the polish over the nail so I have large globs of polish... overall good customer service though.... I won’t be returning though there are many places that give great customer service and do a great job.

Excellent service

I have been to their nail salon on three separate occasions, and each time they did an extremely poor job. They are very unprofessional. The nail technician was on her personal cell phone, while doing my nails. Additionally, I always get acrylic with gel polish. The technician decided to use a false nail to remove the acrylic from my middle finger, thats right, she shoved the false nail under the pre existing acrylic. Not only did it hurt but she then had the adicity to get an attitude with me. They need to take classes on professionalism, customer service and most importantly update their skill set. As I travel for work, I would drive to Florida, fly to Pennsylvania or Missouri before I would EVER allow them to do my nails. If you like thick unnatural acrylic nails, blotched nail polish then this is the place to go, if not dont waste your time or money.

Not very professional

Bad pedicure experience.I went there for a gel mani and pedi. As the lady is polishing my toes, I let her know that the polish was blotchy. Its suppose to be one smooth solid color. some areas you could see the actual toe nail through the polish. she didnt remove it. she just polished on top on the caked up mess. I let her finish... I went home and it just hit me that I paid my money for a bad polish job. I went back the next day. talked to the lady. she acted like I had done something wrong by asking her to redo one toe. then she made me wait.. Im patient so I waited. she then started taking walk ins before me. I will NEVER Ever go back there. Bad attitudes and bad service when you paying your Good money.

Ive been coming here a long time. Ly does very well with my nails. The lady that sits in the far back is very good with a pedicure.

Lee does a great job. They can be pushy about getting gel acrylic with gel polish. Its not true gel nails. Other than that my nails last.

I have been going there 5 years. I like the men to do my toes. I’m not leaving until I’m satisfied, they will redo .

The staff in my opinion are rude and disrespectfull, they are antisocial and act as if there not interested in you being there. This place is really close to my house so I always go, but ONLY with lee shes the only one that gets the job done and literary the only friendly one.
