I been calling to speak to Cara for three weeks and she never calls back or answers my calls, the ladies that answer the phone are always nice but once they transfer me I get nowhere. Apparently I have a court date and I know nothing about it because she doesn’t answer the phone.

I honestly would give them No stars. I was given 3 workers in the past months. They let the non custodial parents get away without paying. Ive called many times to not get a call back. They get paid for doing nothing.

This place is a WAIST OF TIME . Im convinced that they just sit on their butts all day and do NOTHING. Everytime I call to speak with my case worker she never knows anything or shell just give me the wrong information. Not to mention they move very slow ! With that being said Im forced to take things into my own hands . Do better

They never answer phone or return messages!! Been calling for 2 months and still havent spoken to anyone... When I call its an automatic machine.. saying they are busy leave message, but if you go in person they sitting in there laughing and giggling ( but they be so busy according to the recording) I called sitting in there phone rings and rings and they sitting right beside it. Yall got to do better or Im calling action 9!!!

The worst customer service from a government agency Ive seen in quite a long time. As if this process wasnt difficult enough, you have people there who are downright rude, condescending and unhelpful. A handful of people are nice and accommodating. But the first time I went here I broke down in tears twice because I couldnt get a single question answered and was talked down to the entire time. They need to find a new receptionist!

This system is failing us single parents and children. They don’t enforce a damn thing!! Ive called my case worker 15 times and left message after message. Still no call back or court dates for enforcement. Guess cause there is not a big dollar gain for the county knowing their enforcement is a joke and dont apply enforcement like they should. If we gave up 40% everyone in rears or failing to complying court order would be in jail. Build a housing unit for these people to live in till 120 days then a program to help them find employment. Sooo many under support orders get under the table or waitress type jobs to not have to and they do nothing. Should be a law where they can”t duck the orders and report to a case worker by the month like probation and have to pay for it like people do on probation and drug test and lock up the ones that dont care and let them sit 120 days then if no compliance go back for 120 more until they get the point. Its hard out here! Where is the enforcement from this system??? Ive gotten $1500 in 8 yrs time.

As far as customer service goes, this place is by far the worse. The lady at the window is so unpleasant and that’s to say you can get her away from tending to a phone that never gets answered. She can’t even make copies, as well as having no clue to what time it is or what’s going on. I got more help from the people waiting then she even offered. No one will ever return your calls except 6 months lAter to hear “ oh I just remembered you “ and due to the lack of qualified customer service personnel my 400k medical bills from Medicaid due to a 5 min meeting will not be paid. So disappointed in the entire staff and so should union county be.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would! Where do i start, the fact that nobody ever answers or returns calls. Tell me how my case is 5 years old, and I havent got a penny! The receptionist eats all day. Ive literally came up there and told her can you talk to me and eat afterwards. Nobody here is doing their job and getting away with it. They need to be closed down!!! They are lazy and lack customer service. And dont say the slightest thing they dont agree with, they will hang up on you with no problems.

They phones must be down because i been calling for two months now havent been receiving payments 5 months now and he 3000 in the hole i been calling and telling them we need to go to court and nobody has reached me or try to contact me idk whats going on with them

Really hope you dont have to reach someone. This place is terrible for service or acknowledgement.

That receptionist needs to be fired that lady is the reason a lot of ppl don’t get the help they need and the case workers never return your calls the whole place is horrible.
