I went here to get a headlight bulb change and left the location with two other problems now my signal light and my brake lights dont work. They dont want to fix the problem or even look further into the problem that I didnt have to begin with. The end result was I brought it to Portal performance and they fixed it without replacing anything. Valvoline staff just pulled it and didnt want to take responsibility.

Went in for an oil change and they did not have my filter. The guys were affable enough. They said they topped off my fluids(minus my oil, i declined) and checked tire pressure and i left. No harm, no foul. I went down the road to get what was necessary to do it myself; and luckily i double checked the oil cap to see what oil my car took because it wasnt there! They forgot to put it on... I was not happy.. The worker on duty apologized and said his guys should know better, then gave me a 1/4 off next one.. Worth the damage it could have done?! You be the judge.

Great guys here. They get the job done fast and they do it well, and they dont push or upsell you on things you dont actually need. This is the kind of place where someone could send their grandma, daughter, or non-car-guy friend and feel confident they wont get ripped off.

Went in for oil change and i wanted everything done. The people were friendly. Today I was changing my filter and I noticed that they didnt even put any coolant or windshield washer fuild in. I dont know if it is bc I am a female but I wont be going back. I have educated myself on cars bc of situations like this.

Ive been going to this Valvoline for nearly 10 years with 5 different cars. Ive recommended friends and family throughout the years. My current car still uses conventional oil so the price difference between a self-change and coming here is about $10. Well worth the convenience and the checkup on all other fluids, maintenance, and lights. 5/5 will continue to get my oil changes here for years to come.

Why was the woman with the nose ring so rude to me? Can someone from management please confront her about this? The 2 men who spoke to me were extremely extremely kind and helpful. Please encourage that behavior. The woman just laughed, complained, made fun of me, and eventually left and I saw her rolling her eyes. Why? Very unnecessary and unprofessional.

I come here for my synthetic oil changes because it’s too convenient not to. The guys who work here are all very nice I have zero complaints about that. But their computer system at Valvoline really tries SO hard to sell you on extras you just don’t really need. I have a major mechanical mechanic outside of basic oil changes. If I needed half of anything Valvoline has tried to sell me on I would have known already because my mechanic just did a full inspection 3 weeks ago when I replaced an upper radiator hose. They tried to sell me on a $25 oil stabilizer in my car? Why? I’m not burning or leaking anything, its an unnecessary chemical component in the car. My air filter was just replaced not long ago, but they still tried to sell me another one when it wasn’t even dirty. Also, my car goes 6,000 miles between oil changes because the engine requires full synthetic. They continue to print the windshield ticket as 3,000 miles though and I told them this. Also, the tech did not know how to reset my oil change due light in my Dodge Dart. He thought it reset but when I pulled out of the garage the message was back. I googled it when I got home to reset it myself. It’s convenience because you don’t need an appointment here, and it’s very quick, but I personally wouldn’t trust their mechanical opinions here outside of a basic oil change most of it is likely just up selling you on things you don’t need.

The men and women here are top notch. Always going above and beyond. Also always offering deals and coupons. Great place!

Ladies Beware! If you’re going to go to this location do not go alone. Take someone with you who can be a second pair of eyes to see what’s going on under your hood while you’re conducting business with the lead tech. They are clever and they will prey on you. They perform a lot of unnecessary checks on your vehicle in an attempt to get you to spend more money (up sell). During the tech’s unnecessary system check, he broke the antifreeze tank and cap costing me $600 in repairs, I only went in for an oil change. The store manager is absolutely no help! He doesn’t have a clue about what’s happening in his building. Customer service isn’t their priority. They are unethical and dishonest there. Do not take your vehicle here!!!!!

I get free oil changes at Crowley, but if I cant get a good appointment this is always my go to place. The guys are smart, kind, not pushy and do a great job. Ive never had an issue.

I always go to valvoline where David Davila is working due to the fact that hes very professional and courteous not only to the customers but to his colleges. Hes consistent and on point getting you in and out.

They overfilled my oil on 2 separate times I’ve gone there causing my engine to shake now. The first time it was a new workers mistake and they kindly took some out for me when I went back and complained but for this to happen a second time at a place that only does oil changes is absolutely ridiculous. They need to train their staff better I can’t believe they let a car leave there with that much EXTRA OIL in it

I had a great experience at this location. I arrived early so I was in and out in 10-15min. I was treated kindly by all the guys and appreciated them taking the time to explain what they were doing. They even showed me the new air filter they put in my car! I will definitely return to this location. No hard sales push and no pressure. They have to offer because it is a business.

This is the second oil change I have gotten on my car and the first one at valvoline. They told me my car is synthetic oil which I wasnt told that when I my first oil change at Mobil one. They went a above and beyond for my car. I recommend going there.

Used to bring both my cars here until I pulled in without waiting because there was no one outside and then technician starts yelling at me, mistakes happen that is no way to treat a paying customer.

15 minute oil change? Yeah right. It took them at least 10 minutes just to get started on my car. They were only working on 2 other cars. Im not a fan of this new full drive thru service. It took more than 30 minutes to get my oil changed.

The operation has changed a bit: you stay in your car not in the waiting room. Because of the road construction in the area, its a little harder to access but all went well and the staff was friendly and helpful.

These guys are good. Always quick, job is done right, clean workshop. They usually try to upsell additional services, but thats part of their job. There is no hard sales push.

Will not be going here again. Girlfriend just went in for a regular oil change. Charged 60$ for an oil change when all she needed was a regular oil change. Screw you people.

This is the worst place for an oil change. The customer service rep wanted to service my A/C at the end of summer? All they care about is meeting their quotas and trying to make an extra buck however possible. Disgusting.
