VERY POOR MANGEMENT!! WOULDNT WORK THERE OR TRUST MY LOVED ONE IN THEIR HANDS!

It is hard to find a job and I would like someone to help me sooner rather then a year or two later on down the line and to just simply be forgotten and then just walked over to help somebody ells witch they mite not help them ether. it fells allot like pulling teeth just to try to get somebody to help me find a job at arco. I hope you see this and understand my frustration in getting some help. I want to have a life and make a family but its hard to do if nobodys willing to help and also I just learned a fact that it is near impossible to get a job in Monroe if you dont know anybody from the area. At my local church when my pastor didnt believe that and asked the two people around my age in the class how did they get there jobs and they both said they knew the manager and one said the manager even told him that he would not have hired him if he did not know him so pleas help me find a job and pleas stop putting me to the side thank you.
