I am still waiting on my dryer part and it has been 3 weeks and I can not get out to have my clothes dried, so I just have to hang them all around the house and I am not happy about this situation!!! I am 74 and this is not a good thing for me! My contract runs out on my 4 appliances in July and I may not renew because of this problem. My tech was very nice and professional

Lucky was amazing. After working on the range, it popped extremely loud. All the lights was off. He found that a substitute switch had been used to fix it last time. Some parts are no longer available. When he was getting in his truck, the metal on the front shock me. He patiently came in again. His caring attitude and professionalism, I have never seen. He was determined to have me cooking that night! I want him to be my serviceman! GOD bless him. He had such a happy smile, and so smart!!!

I had a Sears warranty job for my microwave to be replaced. The Manager of Sears at Pecan Land Mall, helped me with finding the installers for this job . The day before the installers called to tell me they would be at my home at 10:30 a.m. and they arrived at 10:30 a.m. even though it was the day all the roads were flooding. I have always bought Sears appliances because they are great dependable appliances and Sears give such good service . I am a Sears woman and I plan to remain a Sears woman. The two gentlemen that came were super nice and had my appliance in and working in less than a hour. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

I will not use sears again. I needed a diagnosis on my dishwasher and washing machine, The technician gave me large estimates to repair. I deceided to replace both appliances instead of paying 500 to 700 to repair.they would not give me any documentation on my washer and all they said on my dishwasher was customer refused to pay for control panel. terrible customer support

Dealing with customer service is a nightmare. I had a confirmed install date of July 9th and for no reason or notice they moved my install date to July 19!! 10 days later THIS WAS TO REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR MIND YOU!! Customer support was less than helpful.. just telling me what I already knew which was they moved my install date they would like give me a reason and they would not let me speak to supervisor this happened on multiple calls. I spent a total of four days and 3 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get my install date back finally I was able to get a hold of a number that was not supposed to have which was to the Sears dispatch center only then was able to speak with an American who spoke clear English and was very pleasant in giving me a date that was near the original install date. Once the technicians arrived The install process was very smooth the only problem I have with the technician is the huge scrape he put in my floor when he was pushing the refrigerator back into its original place he didnt tell me he did it I had to find it for myself. It is very noticeable and not easily repairable. I will NEVER recommend Sears to anyone for anything nor will I ever use Sears again... I would not recommend Sears to my worst enemy so please take this review is a fair warning. If you decide to use Sears repair you are at great risk of disappointment, Poor customer service, and possibly even have more issues when they are finished then when they started .

Service representative was excellent. He knew our specific appliance well including its history with the same issue. He also answered questions about other appliances we purchased from Sears. He made me glad we bought the extended coverage for all of our appliances. He arrived on time and was quick.

Chris from A & E stopped by and agreed that the tub was not working properly. He reconnected the tub, but when clothes were put it, the machine still would not spin properly, so he ordered parts for the machine. Two gentlemen stopped by and set up the tub and other parts that Chris ordered. All three individuals were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate your technicians providing the customer service that I am accustomed to receiving. It is very much appreciated.I love the Kenmore that I purchased, but I purchased a Kenmore washing machine for my mother, that was just serviced. The technician took about 20 minutes, but did not take the washer apart to look at the issue, and left without resolving the problem. He mentioned the floor was unstable, and he would charge if he came out to service the machine again. Im disappointed the machine was not serviced properly and it is still not working correctly. Second, I have a warranty that is good through 2018, so why would a charge be assessed for a second appointment, especially when the machine was not properly serviced. I have been a good customer with Sears and I do not want to deal with a non responsive, unfriendly technician, that does not have proper Customer Service Skills, and used the excuse of an unleveled floor not to do the job he was called for. If this is the type of service that your technicians provide I will not be purchasing another washing machine from you. This is the third Kenmore machine that I have purchased and it would be nice to receive good customer service. I will see about having the floor leveled, but the machine should have been serviced properly either way. I will be scheduling another appointment to address the problem. I wanted to convey how frustrated I am at the moment.

The technician was on time. He was knowledgeable about our refrigerator and fixed the problem in short order. We also needed a door seal which he is sending us. He showed us how to install it ourselves but if we need help, hes available.

Servicman friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Was able to fix TV this time with parts that were ordered in a timely manner. Only draw back is the time schedule. This arrival time 8 to 5 screwsvup a whole day like our time is not valuable and have nothing else to do but what for repairman to show up.

The service that I received was good but incomplete. After the tech put in the starter switch I mentioned the water coming from underneath the bottom. The technician said he did not know that he had to address that. He just said what He thought is could be. After he left I remember that I did include that on the repair request.

I am in the process of having my LG Washing Machine repaired by Sears. I purchased the warranty hoping to never use it, but Im glad I bought it, because I was told that if my machine could not be repaired, it would be replaced.....Well, that is what they told me to sell me the warranty plan! Now, Im fighting with customer service agents who have difficulty speaking clear English and constantly speak in disclaimers. What I mean is that I spoke with one agent who was rude and smirked at me when I asked for a supervisor and then the Supervisor literally repeated herself verbatim that after four visits of replacing functional parts, I could be sent for review to see if I qualify for a new washing machine, but there is no guarantee. I asked her why I got the warranty if they were just going to drag me along for another couple months and then deny a claim for a new machine, yep...she repeated her self a third time. I guess they just forgot they were talking to a person and only will cover their asses. Upside is that I have had great Tech guys come out. Theyre truly stumped at the issue with the machine and have ordered parts three times now...maybe the fourth will be a winner? So, Customer Service sucks and the Techs are pretty amazing. Wish Sears would take the customer service part more serious, Ill never buy from them again.

Called Sears to set up an appointment. Ask for a Technician to come and look at washer. Pump was out and told them. Ask that they come in 10 days since we would be out of town. Tech showed up without a pump and had driven 3 hours. Ordered pump and they were almost 10 days to 2 weeks before coming back. May have my time off but not by much. Two long between fist call and completing the work order.

Dryer stopped spinning the drum.The guy came to fix it.My neighbor had to come over after he went and got the belt because I had an eye appointment.He called me multiple times and told me it was fixed and the voltage to the dryer was 40 when it should be in the 200s.When I got home he had flipped the breaker to the dryer off.He didn’t hook up the lent hose on the back of the dryer.The light wasn’t working even though it was before he took the dryer apart.There is a piece of rubber hanging down inside the dryer and when I cut the dryer on it runs for about 2 minutes and cuts off,like it was doing BEFORE I paid somebody $232 to fix it.I also had to pay $65 to a licensed electrician about the voltage problem and he said the guy didn’t know what he was talking about.I tried calling the mans cell and he ignored me.Took another two days for him to gat back out to my house.I don’t trust that he will fix it but they said I can’t get another technician to come out.Sears has definitely lost my business

I had two appliances that need repair. Paul never even looked at dryer and told me it would be cheaper to buy a new one. The dishwasher I had already determined it was a clog or the drain pump was broken. He took my word for it and ordered the part. He said he would be back later that day and he never returned on his own. I had to schedule another appointment. Each appointment is $89 and he did discount me the dryer but charged me 89.00 for info I could have delivered over the phone. So at this point I am 178.00 into it. The part shows and Paul returns after I ask them to send someone else. He replaces the pump but the dishwasher wont drain. *Important tidbit, I was only half right and the pump was fine but later he showed me where a tooth was broken off. I think he broke it with a pair of plyers by wiggling it back and forth after to justify the repair. Then he says he cant fix the hose because the appliance must have been put in after Reno and it was stuck. Ok but I put it in and I have never done a kitchen Reno. So I ask him to leave and he ask me to pay $275 for 40 dollar part and his time. I called my plumber. Plumber says it isnt worth his time. Told me to take a small snake or old wire hanger and run it into drain hose. Well a bunch of stuff came out but no impeller blade.!!! Just like that my dishwasher was draining. Thank you free plumber advice guy. I hate you Sears guy who charged 453.00 to do nothing..! Oh then he said he could cut my bill in half if i pay 50 aamonth for sears home warranry. Why so i can pay 100 deductable for him not to fix anything. Will not be using Sears again for anything..!!!!!!!!!!!!

For one thing, when you call for a repair; it is at least a month before anyone is sent out to your home, but if you were wanting to see about a home improvement or if Sears wants to sell you something; they will bug you to death and call you every day.!The same thing is wrong with my ice machine that has been wrong with it since I bought it in 2010. The repairmen are wonderful and they try to see what it is wrong with my ice machine, but I have to call again about 3 days after they leave for the same problem.My ice machine was worked on November 5th and I had to call a few days later and was scheduled am appointment for 12/17/15. (6 weeks later) I think if it hasnt been fixed in 5 years; it cant be fixed. I think Sears should replace it.I think Sears should be able to schedule a home visit a lot quicker than 4 to 6 weeks.Connie Day, Winnsboro, La.

Engine missing and still hard to start; spits lots of smoke sometimes when it does start. Still surging when at low rpm. This B&S engine is sold as Premium but it certainly isnt. On this trip, the fourth transaxle was installed in less than 3 years. I have never in the 40+ years of buying and using lawn mowers had one that was such a lemon as this one. According to the repairman, Sears has replaced a huge number of transaxles in the Husqvarna made movers, which are made from different components than what look like the same mowers at Lowes.My Dad retired from Sears after many years and Sears sold the best hard lines anywhere that would meet any expectations. Today, sadly, their products are no better than Walmart and in some cases no better than products sold by places like Harbor Freight. I wont buy anything from them again and we used to buy appliances, mowers, power tools, etc etc

Had to wait 2 weeks for repair truck to come. Truck did not have the belt that I had specifically requested and was assured would be on the truck.and needed to make mower operational. It is a sad day when the repairman comes to service your lawn tractor and does not have the parts to do the service. This happened after I called the service center to ask for a part to be replaced and the service tech had no idea. He stated his supervisor was to give him parts needed. No coordination at all. Bad for business, when customer has to provide parts or keep old ones.
