My experience, unfortunately, was not good. Hinson came out to my property and after the diagnosis, said there was likely a leak - but could not find it. I was charged $500+ to put in coolant and a dye to possibly find the leak later. A few months later, the AC was acting up again and i went with another company - who found the leak in 15 mins. The cost to refill the coolant and repair the unit (parts and labor) was about the same price as Hinson charged to diagnose and refill the coolant. Not good.
