My A/C fan stopped working out of nowhere. 3 hours after I called they sent out a technician, Jeremy, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and fixed everything quickly! No prices were hidden from me at any point and I felt like I got a good value.

Original furnace was poorly sized for its intended purpose and burned out prematurely. Carl identified all of the issues and problems and helped identify a properly sized and, more importantly in this situation, a long term warranty on a new furnace. For the money spent, the value is inestimable.

He did a fantastic job late at night after a full day of work and still had an upbeat and friendly personality that put my 82 year old mother-in-law at ease. When you call for repairs he was the kind of repairman you hope you would get. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

So far the service and the equipment have been amazing. I call people answer. They call to remind me I need to make appointments to get my service check ups. Steve is an amazing service tech. Hes the reason I decided to buy from them. I never felt like he was deceiving me, he will show you everything he does, he will show you the prices of equipment directly from the sites, and if you dont want something done he wont push it but he will take as much time as he needs if not more time to make sure your equipment is 100% The installers worked the whole time to install my heat and ac without taking any breaks but to drink some water. They explained everything to me as well. Price wise it is expensive but the equipment they use has an amazing warranty that Ive not seen with anything else and believe me it works amazingly. The services they offer give a great piece of mind and are extremely reasonably priced. Overall they turned a horrible unwanted situation of having to get a brand new AC and HVAC to the best possible outcome you could really get.

We received an estimate it went fine with Eric. Today Eric and Tyler came to do the install. It went amazingly smooth. They were knowledgeable and professional in their work. Jeremy came to assess what issues were causing my AC unit to not work. He took his time looking at everything in my basement and the unit itself. He was able to walk me through everything and explain as he went so i understood all the issues with my specific unit. I appreciated how helpful and thorough he was as he was also training a new tech. I’m always very apprehensive to call and get help from the technicians because they are not usually very friendly or helpful. Jeremy was the exact opposite and i would be haply to have him or Tim back in my home again. I’ll be using Iceberg Heating and Cooling go forward. I already have an appointment scheduled to have a new unit be installed (my unit is 25 years old it’s time).

Andrew inspected our AC system for proper function. He found a couple of potential issues and clearly explained them and the actions to correct them. He worked quickly and made the preventative repairs. He is very friendly, outgoing and extremely pleasant to work with.

We had a funky noise from our AC when powering it on for the second time this year and called Iceberg by recommendation of a friend. They came out the same day, not even 3 hours after we called. Andrew was AMAZING! Not only was he friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff - but when the AC failed to repeat the noise we heard earlier: he really investigated the unit and did everything in his power to correct anything that could have caused the issue. We will absolutely use them again and reccomend to anyone who asks!

We needed a new HVAC installed quickly and they were able to be install two days later, which was great. However, the installers missed out on many details from the work order, including forgetting to install a $1000 iwave air purifier. I asked about where it was installed when a tech came by to help with a different issue and they were able to make things right. The front office is hit or miss depending on who you talk to and isnt good at following up with requests. I had to call them to follow up on my questions after several days and they kept getting the contact info on my account mixed up with the previous homeowners info.

Carl was extremely knowledgeable and determined to give me the best product and service even though my old boiler was somewhat abstract. I am extremely happy with everyone, from the scheduler, to the dispatcher and of course, Carl, the technician and expert in resolving a significant concern with my old system. Ill be seeing them in a few months when my brand new system goes in, but for now I have security of a well maintained system going through the winter months. Steve came by to quote a new system. He was so friendly and professional. We will be having the new system put in soon.

I set up an appointment with Iceberg for Thursday between Noon-4pm. When they had not arrived by 4pm, I had called and asked when they planned on arriving. They responded by saying that they could not give an exact time. So at 5pm I called to be put on the emergency After hours and was told I was the first person on the list and that they should be calling soon. At 8 pm i called again and they said the technician would be there by end of day which they later said was considered midnight. At 10:30 pm the technician assigned to my job called and said there was no chance he would make it. I was told i would be called in the morning to reschedule. They never called so i called another company. They arrived and fixed the problem within 1 hour of my phone call. IceBerg is the biggest joke in the HVAC community. NEVER use THEM
