One word, Roaches, I saw them even on my walk through before I decided this was definitely not the place for my family. Dont bother calling they never pick up. Rude staff. Inconsiderate. And they are trying to charge upwards of 1700 a month for poorly slapped together renovations. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
Ive been calling for information to move there as theyve been recommended and left several messages and no one ever got back to me so I guess Ill pass
I have been with this community for past 3 years they have been so great and have fixed all the problems I have had over the years. the maintenance man John is awsome super friendly n understanding n our managing director stephanie has been great with our recent move out. Im sad to leave this place especially since they recently updated the whole place.thank u for having us
If your looking for a place to call home look no further! Bridle creek has two of the most helpful young ladys Melody & Monique!!This two made a miracle in just one week me my husband & friend Had keys to our new 2 bedroom apartment from 1 Friday to the other .I love the area where its located walking distance to various restaurants stores & schools and short drives to most in-shape gyms ! Gorgeous pool & really well put 24 hr gym on site.So far Ive been living here for a week and I love coming home great place to call home :) Thanks a lot melody & Monique you guys did such a great job keep up the great work!
My experience at this apartment was great! Melody, the lady in the front office, was attentive and listened to everything I wanted and showed me the perfect apartment for me. She was very friendly and even when the office grew hectic she managed to handle every person with a smile on her face. I am happy to say that my move-in date is May 8th.Thank you so much for the great service!
This company will steal your application money and never respond to your phone calls or emails. Update: They refunded me, and then a week later asked for the money back. This was 3 months after I originally paid. Thats how long it took for them to respond to me. Crazy.
I have lived here for 4 years and haven’t had any issues with drug dealers or any other types of stuff someone was complaining about, we moved here from San Jose to save money and it was a good choice. The maintenance team is on point and when something breaks it’s fixed the same day, we had the a/c go out and they got it repaired. They are upgrading the siding for the whole complex which is a good thing. The other good thing is there is a pool which is clean we usually go first thing in the morning because it does get busy especially during the heat waves. I brought my whole family over including my 2 kids.
I love living here. Its such a quiet community and the girls in the office have been excellent. My apartment is perfect has everything I needed and could of asked for.
#1..This place is GREAT ..staff is. Super friendly .if your planning on moving to the central valley this is the place to be ..i recommend this community to all those..
Close to everything. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Staff is very friendly. Roomy floor plans for a reasonable price.
I am editing my review after a phone call with Melody that left me quite pleased. After just a day of having a negative review she gave me a call and has turned me around on this place. I will say she is willing to work with you. However, I still feel obligated to tell the few issues I did have while living there:One was that I was not getting my mail. My bank, my friends, and my family have all sent things and it was either marked Return to Sender or I just never received it. Even my check was put into the wrong mailbox and luckily my neighbor left it sticking out of mine stating that they put it in the wrong one! I guess I was lucky enough to have a nice neighbor though that caught the mistake! The other issue I had was that maintenance decided to take out the window screens and never replaced them. After a couple calls though mine were replaced because I was in fear of my dog jumping out our second story apt. (My dog has zero fear and can be handful as you can imagine). Melody had communicated on my call that it was a corporate decision and that the screens had ended up being on back-order and that was the reason for the unfortunate delay. The stores across the street are convenient but attract an unusual crowd. We actually had to call the cops because they set the dumpster on fire behind The Dollar Tree. Oh boy, the excitement of Modesto, but the convenience of Redbox and walking my dog around the lake was nice.Overall, a decent neighborhood and decent people living there. Our one neighbor claimed he lived there for over 15 years and was kind of like a built in security type guy. They do offer short term leases which was the original reason we moved there, out of convenience.
This apartment complex used to be nice when I first moved in and if it had the same owners I probably would have given a higher rating. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill fast in the last six months. Yes they are trying to make the complex look nicer by re-painting and cleaning it up but it doesnt take away the fact that you really cant make a piece of poop a gem, at the end of the day its still poop.In the last six months we have had cars stolen, cars vandalised (broken into, parts stolen, slashed tires, broken windows etc) our mailboxes were broken into in the last two months, we have squatters living in apartments they wont get rid of, drug dealers and not to mention all of the transients that come in and out of this place going through the trash and taking anything not bolted down. They DONT have security like they say they do and the tenets keep asking but its not in their budget. Just this morning I drove to work and found over five bags someone had thrown away left all over the ground from the transients going through the trash. The office manager is rarely in the office and when she is in the office she doesnt answer the phone and cant remember anything when it comes to work orders or anything for that matter. To spend $1500 a month on a two bedroom and have a not so great apartment plus everything thats going on is just not worth it. DO NOT waste your time here, they allow ANYONE to move in and its become extremely unsafe to live here especially if you have children.
We like there at the APT. too and they are good too us too and they good when we need help too...
Let me start off by saying if I could give them a NEGATIVE 5 I would!! First of all Nicole from the office is very unprofessional and disrespectful! Second of all I just recently moved out and I was all ready thinking they would try to pull something on me since I had read many reviews about how they would be charged 1500$ plus when they moved out and there was no real reason behind why. So it happen to me as well!! Let me start from before I moved out, I had asked the lady in the front desk I believe her name was bri (dont quote me) to have someone do a walk through the last day I was suppose to be there, but she told me the guy wouldnt be flying in until Monday the 2nd of Oct and I would already be gone, mind you that they had already done a walk through 3 weeks before I was to move out and I was told the carpets were in good condition and the apartment looked fine. Let me also add that the apartment I was staying in was the oldest one there and had NOT been remodeled yet, like all the rest had been. So upon moving out I call them to ask how much of my deposit I was going to get back ( my deposit was 900$) so I figured maybe 200$ would be taking out cause the sliding screen door had gotten messed up, boy was I wrong !! They hit me with a 2066.89$ BILL!!! They made up sooooo many things so I could pay for the remodel of the house !! They charged me 405$ for the paint ! When the apartment was due to be fully remodeled in the first place! I knew they stolded money from residents but the extent of the bill, I was baffled ! I am now talking with my lawyer and pursuing a law suit again bridle creek and their management ! DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from these disgraceful Thieves! They will rob you and give you the biggest headache ever !
I wish I can put a negative one (-1). Last year my relocation company put my family and I in temporary housing at Bridle Creek Apartments. Put aside the dumpsters being located right at your bedroom causing unimaginable stench. Put aside lack of security and the allowance of homeless people dumpster diving all night long disrupting the tenants sleep. Put aside tenants pets pooping in front of your door entrance and no cleaning happening by the owner not the management office. Put aside the high rent for poor quality apartments with outdated fixtures and appliances as well as upcharging for CORT furniture rentals. The property management office had knowledge of the intent of being a temporary stay (less than 3 months). I paid the deposit and three months rent (August -October 2015) even though I informed the management office in mid-August (2 weeks after moving in) I was bought a house and planned to move out September 30th. I even agree to pay an extra $300 early move-out penalty even though from day one I informed them it was a temporary living at Bridle Creek.By early September, the management office informed me they had found a tenant and the apartment would be occupied in October and in fact I would get back not only my deposit but part of my October rent I prepaid.Aspen Management (owner of Bridle Creek Apartments) poor leadership dismissing the property manager and various employees led to so much havoc and incompetent replacements. When I moved out I asked if everything was settled and fine which was confirmed by the new property manager. To my surprise on November 6, 2015, I received a call from the Three Stooges property management office stating I owe for the November rent. ???Why would I owe anything when everything was settled and in fact there was a tenant? You mean in three months the management office did not find a tenant for that apartment? That does not make any sense!!!Now, I received a collection letter stating I owe Bridle Creek another $433.43. For what? Aspen Management owes me my deposit as well as part of the October rent.If this is not resolve, I am taking legal action against not only Aspen Management but the Property Manager as well for poor business and tenant affairs management. I lived in uninhabitable, unsafe, unhygienic conditions (request clean and free of pest apartment due to childs allergy of spider bites and severe allergies overall) which forced me to find a place in less than 30 days living in that horrible excuse of an apartment for a $1500 a month rent.Disgraceful place and people who work there!!!!
This place sucks. Management is horrible. Vehicles are broken in to alot. They do nothing about it even though you pay 1200 in rent. Dont go here
Iv called these guys multiple time and no answer time to take my money somewhere else I guess
Its ok...
I like it here
