Its a somewhat safe place to live, near a busy shopping area, located in central Modesto.The working class tenants are very friendly and quiet and seem to keep to themselves. No signs of loud music, or late parties, nor extra traffic from drug dealers or homeless vagrants passing thru, within the private court yard gates. A soda machine and onsite quarter operated laundry room is available for tenant use. An onsite management team lives and works the appartments office, usually 6 days a week, sometimes 3 days a week. There are no pets allowed for new renting tenants and no smoking tobacco, or marijuana inside your rental unit, or in the court yard and swimming pool areas of complex. The 2 parking infostructures are covered carports and are very limited with amount of guest parking spaces available.
