They were very helpful in finding a place for MC when her family abandoned her in the ER. Will always be grateful for the wonderful care they provided, and for the extreme patience they showed when dealing with her beligerent grand-daughters. MC is thriving and doing well thanks to your care!

No communication. Lack of care and disgusting. But they are really good at their excuses and trying to cover up and explain for their excuses. Keep a written down inventory of whats given from the family, Its funny how things wind up missing and again nothing but five stars excuses from them.

I have been an employee of Pacifica Senior Living Modesto for 2 years. The friendly staff and loving residents make it worth while. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this community and the care and love they show to all.

Cockroach problem,lack of cleanliness, understaffed. Family member not getting the care they need. Dont bother with this place.

Pacifica Senior Living Modesto is a wonderful place especially if your love one has memory issues. One thing I love about this place that they have a beautiful, safe outside area that the residence can venture out on their own, unlike most places they are inside 24/7 and they allow pets. Most of the staff has been there for a long time and I think that speaks volumes. I would definitely recommend this community.

They left Grandma Hannink to rot in an overcrowded room with beds next to outlets and covering closet doors so no one can get in them. There was urine all over the ground. She was not even wearing socks and it was cold in the facility. Grandma Hannink was curled up in the fetal position crying because she was never helped or cared for. This place is trash. Do not send your loved one here. They will end up in a crowded living space, dirty and frightened.

I have my mother at Pacifica Modesto and truly believe she is in the best memory care in Modesto. I usually visit her once a week on Saturday and even then, the staff and caregivers always maintain the main areas neat and clean. They do bingo, sing alongs and walks in the garden with her. They take great care of her and make me feel comfortable, like part of the family. I highly recommend for those that want senior living with a home like feel for their loved one.

When you have to place a loved one it is always a difficult & emotional decision. Will they be treated with respect? Will their emotional and physical needs be met? Particularly those with memory problems. I visit my husband every day and find that ALL staff are friendly toward the residents, calling them by name, ask how they are doing or if they need anything? There is a certain softness by the care givers toward the residents which gives me confidence my loved one is will taken care of. Aside from all this, I am asked if there is anything they can do for ME! They treat me like FAMILY. When I go home it is not with a heavy heart but with knowledge that under the circumstances my husband is in the best possible place at Pacifica.

I have been volunteering at this facility for a while, as form what I can see they are very caring to their residents. Every time I am there to help there is always something fun happening for the residents entertainment. The facility is very nice looking and well kept, they are so helpful so students who need help getting hours. Pacifica Senior Living Modesto is a home away from home and also will always have a special place in my heart.

My dad was there for 9 months. They were very caring and loving. Great family programs and we were always welcome and allowed to visit whenever we could. Very flexible and kind!

This company is beyond unprofessional. I never ever want to step foot in there again. My first five minutes there i found roaches crawling in the kitchen and the manager simply killed it and moved along as if nothing happened. And i overheard employees speaking about how the managers get together and decide who to fire for the week for fun. The vibe is awful and seeing me family member in that facility breaks my heart. After we were left alone in the room i broke down and cried. I dont know how these people live with themselves. The RCD and Head Director are two of the worst people in this world. Im immediately moving my family member from their facility and i hope they will be shut down.

I love working at Pacifica Senior Living Modesto. I enjoy being able to do all the fun Activities with our resident! They are all wonderful! Pacifica Senior Living Modesto is the best memory care facility around!

I have visited a few years back. It was very nice and clean. I remember the staff being very nice and helpful.
