Just moved out of this place after living here for 3 years. This place used to be amazing. Now I feel like I live on the west side, the crowd here has really changed. There is no need to pay premium prices to live in a place where the amenities are just not up-to par. The pool has reopened but is filthy. I hope they turn this place around to pre pandemic standards.

I lived here for 1.5 years and loved it. Staff was great all around. Clean and upkept facility. Always felt safe. Moved out because I bought a home, but I would definitely recommend Villas for a place to call home.

I feel like I’m living at a resort. The clubhouse is beautiful and the pool are gorgeous and well kept. The staff does an amazing job up-keeping the building. In fact, we are in the middle of getting a new coat of paint for the entire community. My kids absolutely love living here and the staff organizes fun events about every 1-2 months that the family can enjoy. For example, movie nights by the pool, pumpkin painting, etc. My neighbors are great and many of them work in the medical field and law enforcement. I feel safe here.

Beautiful place to live. Everyone who works in the front office are extremely friendly and makes my family and I feel welcomed every time they see us. My neighbors are extremely loud but that is something you can’t blame the Villas for. The day the gardeners come expect them to be there about half the day, they have to be to keep up the yard and they do a great job. Everything is well kept and very clean specially the restrooms outside for the pool and clubhouse.

These apartments are Amazing! I have lived here for just a few months and have had the best experience in terms of the quality of the units and community and the responsive professional team!

I moved from out of state, so I didnt have a chance to compare apartments or see them in person. This place was recommended so I signed the lease remotely.The thing about this apartment complex, is that unit location is EVERYTHING. I would have given a higher rating if I was in a different unit, but things to consider before moving here.Pros:- Many amenities: heated pool, club house, gym (I dont really use them)- Friendly staff- Nice landscaping- Walking distance to shopping center and grocery store- Spacious apartment with good kitchen layout and washer/dryer in unitCons:- Almost no natural light throughout the apartment. I live in an east facing unit so I get the benefit of getting the blinding sun in the morning (I put in blackout curtains) and then very little light later in the day.- Im in the 2nd floor in a 3 floor building, and I got a stomper as an upstairs neighbor. I will wake up in the middle of the night or early morning because of the noise they make walking (stomping) around.- Speaking of noise, this unit is facing a fairly loud street (Roselle Ave, frequent honking from people not knowing how roundabouts work, cars revving their engine, etc.).- This is a fairly recent construction, but it is an aging apartment complex. I lived here for under a month and had lights burn out, have issues with kitchen sink, and the pedestrian gate key scanner for walking in/out the complex has been broken since I moved in. Fairly minor things that can be fixed with a maintenance request, but leaves a bitter taste dealing with shortly after you move in, especially for a luxury apartment.Most of these complaints are specific to my unit, so find out where your unit would be before signing a lease. All in all its a nice complex, but a bit pricey. If I lived in the area already, I would have looked into renting a house which would have been cheaper or equivalent to the price I pay for 1BR, and have the peace and quiet I was looking for.

Haley always has work orders taken care of quickly. Even with COVID-19 they are super helpful.

Friendly staff, nice complex, good location. They were always helpful with maintenance issues and kept the pool/hot tub maintained year round. Had a great time living here and would highly recommend the villas.

While its a nice place to live, its pretty overpriced. Theres still homeless people rummaging through the trash at night. The gym is small, heavily used, and no one cleans the equipment on a regular basis. Not to mention if you ever have to break your lease its a gigantic struggle even though they say it isnt. They also dont tell you about the facility maintenance fee before you move in so be aware of that (it ranges between $50-75 per month based on who knows what). Last complaint, theyll delete your account and still charge you after you leave and blame you for not canceling auto pay even though you dont have an account anymore...Other than that the apartments are nice and new. The grounds are well maintained and you get peace of mind from being in a gated community. Theres also regular pest control and covered parking.

The staff is amazing. Charlene, CC and Toni were incredibly helpful helping me through the application process and finding me an available unit. The property is very clean and quiet.

I dont live there but my daughter does and while I was there she asked me if I could stay while she had maintenance come up and check out her washing machine because it was leaking and they were there within 10 minutes. Its very parking for visitors is provided... pool area is gorgeous.!

We have been here for 5 years and never been late on our rent in the 2br 2bath upgrades have happened in other units but not our unit on the 3rd floor. We signed another lease and yes they raise the rent every year but this year its different they went up $75.00 and I am still living in the same apartment I moved into 5 years ago whiles upgrades has happened all around us but not our unit..1.Never got wooden floors2.Never received boarders on both bathroom mirrors3.Promised carpet cleaning every time we renew the lease (only 1 time in 5 )Words of advice for the owners ..Care for your tenants that have been loyal to you for many years and if anything we are just as important as your new tenants are our money you receive each and every month on time without fail we are one less unit you need to work at as being perfect. I love my apartment and with the upgrades that other units have received with the wooden floors you could have a tenant for life.Think about that!! V. Jackson
