Best apartments i have lived in by far! They are way more well taken care of then other apartments in Modesto that claim theyre newly renovated take my advice choose to live here this place is amazing and it feels like home and u wont have to wait weeks on end for them to get back to you if I have an issue! Best apartments hands down and so close to beautiful trails!
Not clear instructions to find a certain apartment. Really stressful especially if your a dasher.
I lived in a studio apartment. Theres definitely enough space for one person, but with two it would feel cramped. It is really hard to get a hold of management. If you need to talk to them, you have to walk to the office and speak with them face to face. There is a lot of homeless people constantly roaming the apartments. They steal packages off doorsteps all the time. The worst part is the cockroaches. They come out at night in swarms. So best not leave your apartment after sundown. The inside of the apartments look nice. It feels comfortable, except there were several problems with appliances. My fridge was out-dated and wouldn’t get cold so my milk would go bad well before the expiration. The oven was sketchy, it would heat up the stove to the point of boiling water when you’re only trying to use the oven. The sink leaks water into the dishwasher and it gets overflowed with dirty water from the sink. Too be honest, it’s not terrible. I enjoyed living there but am glad I am gone.
Chezarii is so kind and helpful..
Safe, secure, and clean.
This apartment was the first apartment to ever really be move in ready. Everything was immaculate. The clubhouse is huge, you get WiFi if you use the computers there,You can host a party for cheap in there. Office staff are super nice. Its Super quiet, pet friendly, nice pool and spa. Theres a free gym... So no excuses!!We love it here.
Very relaxing place to live!Im a former Stoneybrook resident and it was my first time renting an apartment. Im glad I chose this one. The pool is lovely and the clubhouse is a great place to hang as a community. With its cute duck and turtle pond it should be called Storybook!Nearby a park, Sprouts, Target, and two major banks its convenient as well.Staff is wonderful, grounds are immaculately kept and there is a security presence. Chezaraii Horn is the assistant community director and an angel in disguise. As a first time renter I had a lot of questions and every one of them where expertly answered by Chezaraii. She was wonderful from my first tour to when I moved out.Also...I got my deposit back! Win!
Dont put money down for a security deposit that you might never see again, I waited well over a month to get my security deposit back and nobody could tell me where it was at, didnt have a tracking number for it, couldnt tell me if it had been cashed. They also wont give you any contact info for their HQ office, they give you a phone number you can pull up online but they wont give you a specific person to talk to. And let me tell you no one from their main office will call you back. Still havent received a call back from anyone. They also said I forfeited $150? Uh no I didnt, nobody sat down with me and told me what that $150 was going to be used for and why I wasnt getting it back, especially since I cleaned that place top to bottom when I moved out and got the carpets cleaned myself. The people here dont care about you, they just want you out of their office so they can take 2 hour lunches and not get back to you about pressing financial matters that severely impact your life and living expenses.
I lived at Stoneybrook for about 6 months. The manager s were nice while I lived there. The property is very nice and quiet and relaxing and pretty. I enjoyed it there. But, after I moved out the manager Adrianna added extra rent, utilities, cleaning charges on to my final bill to fraudulently obtain my security deposit so enjoy the nice property but before you move out do a walk threw and look threw your final statement carefully. I would hate to see someone get taken like I was.
Beautiful grounds and amenities- lovely upgraded apts.
I lived at Stoneybrook for a year. The apartment complex was beautiful and quiet most of the time. I never had any problems with my complexs neighbors or finding parking when I had guests. It was my first time living in a downstairs unit and Ive heard stories that you can hear everything from your upstairs neighbor. To my surprise, the unit I lived in was well insulated so I didnt hear much noise at all.My only complaints are the homeless digging through the trash. I know it happens all over Modesto, but it didnt make me feel safe walking out at night around 7pm to 8pm during the winter months to my car since I was assigned a slot quite far from my unit. My other complaint is one of the residents car alarm. It was an annoyance hear the residents car alarming everytime a big truck or another car turned on their own engine. I think truck/cars engine turning on shakes the other residents car hence the alarm coming on every single time. This would happen in the morning, at night, and occasionally the afternoon. I worked nightshifts so it was difficult to fall back asleep during the daytime everytime the car alarm rang hence why I said at the beginning of my review its quiet most of the time. The maintenance team were very efficient when I needed something to be repaired in my apartment. The ladies in the management office were also very welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. My move out process was simple and straight to the point. I cleaned my apartment as best as I can and did a walk through with one of the ladies. I was charged with carpet cleaning and my utilities for my last month being a resident there. Other than that, I received a decent amount of my deposit back.I would recommend anyone whos looking for an affordable rent to come here first. The inside of the apartment units are spacious and nicely updated. I enjoyed my time at Stoneybrook.
I only delivered the newspaper.i liked when Id finish and watch the ducks.otherthan that delivering papers at dark thirty can be quite an experience!!!
Lived there for about 2 years, I loved the grounds and the scenery but towards the end we just had too many sketchy things happen. Gunshots, police surrounded the adjacent block looking for a fugitive, and lot of sketchy looking people going through the garbages or walking through. Didnt feel safe for my wife to be there.
Very nice layout of the grounds and spacious apartments
Office staff was rude. I was instantly uncomfortable when I walked in. It was obvious they didnt want to help us. Also with two of them there youd think theyd be able to answer the phone.
Very clean and beautiful very nice just a lil expensive for Modesto to be honest
