Best customer service I’ve ever gotten in all my years of owning various cars. Go see Gina & the crew at Jiffy Lube!

It was all said and good until I said no to any extra services. Started giving my attitude for no reason.. I have my own mechanic Im just here for an simple oil change. Ill take care of everything else.

First time bringing my car here. It was great! I didnt need an appointment and since I went early my car was second to service. Definitely, going back!

I mostly go to the one in Beverly, but was in Peabody area. Never will go there again. You stay in car, witch I understand. Asked if could check air pressure on tiers after oil change . They did oil change, said I was all set. I said, just check tier pressure again, they were like .. “Oh I thought I did that”? I said, No, not yet. They quick check my tiers. I turned car on light still on for tiers, I told them, and they said, Oh it will go on while you start driving. Well light still on, I check air pressure and 2 tiers still low. I could tell from driving up, that they really weren’t into working today, and The F word everywhere, I swear, but not in every sentence. Well won’t go there again, I’ll stick to Beverly.

They were always reasonably priced with very quick service however they have gotten expensive and the wait is a lot longer. The technicians are very nice and hopefully the prices will come down once again.

I love this place, and saw a bit of the process the team does on a typical oil change and its amazing the crew is happy and thats contagious, they didnt stress with the long lines and close to closing. Amazing crew!

The second time I went to get a oil change they broke the dip stick to the oil didnt say anything and tried to hide it, never reimbursed me for the dip stick, this time the broke the valve to my tire and wanted me to put on the spare and repair it myself. They dont check your fluid in your car unless you tell them, put that you declined, vacuum, and other services that you know comes with the oil change when you havent. Ive always used jiffy lube when I lived in Texas and enjoyed there services but in Massachusetts there services are horrible and wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Really chill people, checked with me each time they checked something to see what I wanted to do, automatically applied coupons, didnt try to upsell or anything like what dealerships will do. Overall good people and a good shop! Just went in for an oil and oil filter change, fluid check, and filter check.

Needed a quick oil change while visiting the north shore area of Boston. This Jiffy Lube location was quick, efficient and clean and the staff was friendly and focused on getting the work done.

The technician failed to tighten the plug to the oil pan. My car ran completley out of the oil. So far over $700 in damages. pray to god the motor doesent plow

Excellent and professional service from beginning to end! technician cashier were very helpful. I had an awful smell coming from my air conditioner and I explained it to the technician he knew exactly what it was. I have been to places previous to this and they basically wanted me to spend a fortune on fixing my AC . The technician suggested a certain filter and my car smells great now. I was also made aware of a policy where I can get my oil and fluids rechecked before next oil change.

Great service, zipped in at 8:15 was out by 8:30. I appreciate the no upselling. I got the synthetic blend oil change, basically the same thing I get at the dealership. The pricing was a little more expensive $81.37, but the convenience and speed was good. I didnt realize until I got home, that they didnt apply the coupon I had.

Due to the Covid virus I was able to stay in my car the whole time. The workers did a great job of asking what I needed, explaining recommendations, etc. Everyone was polite and courteous, all had masks and gloves on and practices appropriate distancing. A+

First off....Gina, who answered the phone when I called the 114 peabody location, was super nice!!! Then, the guys who did my oil change and gave me recommendations were so nice even with 90 degree weather and no AC....thanks again jiffy lube peabody!! Ill be back!!! :)

Staff was professional & friendly

Cabin filter was installed upside down, they didnt put the cover back on, and dropped leaves down into the fan making a buzzing noise whenever it ran. Not going back.

Just came here. The service was fast, straight forward, and they took the time to not only vacuum my car but wash the windows too. I was very impressed by how courteous they were as well.

The kids working here were great. Very nice, explained everything. Took care of my car, didnt try ripping me off, didnt push anything. Explained everything. Very happy.

They overfilled my tires to 54psi. The manager was on the phone talking about a sensitive matter in front of everyone. Will never go back.

Nice guy came out, asked for my keys and told me they would help me inside. Guy inside went directly into the garage as I walked in and opened my cars hood without discussing anything with me. After a minute and about 5 guys taking apart my car, I went out and asked the prices... This is going to cost $99 for the oil change. I laughed and told him to stop, the dealership will do a oil change and vacuum my car for $25. He told me that they wont use the right oil and not replay the oil filter at the DEALERSHIP... Get outta here!

Unprofessional and slow

I went there with transmission problem unfortunately they couldnt do the flush because my car required it to be done by a dealer however I needed an oil change anyway so I got that done. The people were very nice and helpful got me in right away and it was quick and easy. They even cleaned my windows and the trash out of my car. The receptionist walked out with me gave me my receipt and opened my door for me. I will be back !

AWFUL! Buyer beware. They absolutly take advantage if you dont know cars. I was charge for a premium oil change my car didnt need (I found this out after the oil change) I will continue to warn others of this establishment and I will never go there again.

Convenient and quick, charge way too much. Mid grade oil(conventional and synthetic blend), and filter. Got charged $68.

I live in NYC but visit my Family in Middleton and also wait to change my Oil here, very fast and friendly, and give my car a good check over, I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube

These people suck. My boyfriend goes in for an oil change and they tear apart his whole car! Broke the a.c vent for the back seat and knocked off a bunch of other things throughout his car. Dont go here.. and was over priced..

Great workers, extremely pleasant surroundings,took car of Mr tune up and oil change in no time at all.VERY,VERY HAPPY with this Jiffy lube.

Fast service but not worth it, sloppy job, ruined my brothers car, didnt tighten up my filter, all my oil leaked out, they refused to give a refund. Go to a dealership, or a local shop, worth the wait and they will do it right the first time.

I took my car there for an oil change and within a mile after leaving there my car blew up in a fire due to over filling my oil and jiffy lube never did anything to replace my vehicle! Come to find out they are franchise and just wearing jiffy lubes name!!!

Terrible staff. Never seen a mechanic use channel locks....hacks broke the dip stick off in my truck never offered to pay to replace it. Also broke the oil fill cap on my other car. Stay clear of this place.
