I had a mani/pedi done here. The pedicure was perfectly fine and I was very happy with it. However, when my manicure was being done, the cylindrical electrical file that’s used for powder manicures cut me on every single finger. I have several nicks surrounding the nail on every single finger. The file that was used must have been filthy because I contracted a Staph infection just 2 days after receiving the manicure, and I had no cuts or open wounds prior to receiving said manicure. The day of the manicure I noticed that my fingers were inflamed and itchy, as well as bleeding and oozing pus. I waited 1 more day to see if it was an infection and in the meantime I made sure to keep my hands very clean. Unfortunately I am now taking oral and topical antibiotics for a staph infection, and this is 4 days after I had the manicure. Beware nail files when getting a manicure because they probably are not clean. If you get a manicure and tell them not to file, you might be alright. My fingers are itching and burning as I’m typing this. Your fingers are probably the worst place to have an infection.Update 7/30/21:I am still dealing with problems after being on two rounds of antibiotics both for staph and MRSA. I saw a dermatologist yesterday because I’m still not healed. She believes it could be a combo of bacterial and yeast infection. Will find out in 5 days. I’m attaching a photo of what my fingers looked like when I woke up today. Hint: the yellow stuff is pus. It is possible that both the tools and the powder/glue that was used were dirty/infected. It is also possible that I had an allergic reaction though the dermatologist ruled this as unlikely.

Went in for a manicure with gel polish. The place was dusty and just dingy looking. The gel polish was applied poorly and I was treated poorly when I expressed dissatisfaction. Had been in previously with a good experience. Will not return and would not recommend.

I got the Signature Pedicure. It was to LIVE forever for! A complete 5 step kit, callus treatment, OPI sugar scrub & detox mask, hot stones massage (OMG), bamboo foot reflexology & hot towel wrap on both legs and feet, plus polish. I also got my lip waxed, Lol! Went back today and got the Luxury Manicure with French tips. Ask for Yany, she has hands of feathers. Its like she is barely touching your skin. Thank you Yany for Great Customer Super Service. Customer for Life! 10⭐

This nail salon is really good & i would definitely recommend going here if you need your nails done. the staff is always so kind and the job they do is amazing. i got acrylics for the first time here and i was honestly amazed with the job they did. they looked really nice :) . they also have good, reasonable prices for what you want done, and i think thats really neat.

I’ve visited this place multiple times in the past and always had a great experience but today was horrible! The tech I had today rushed through and it looked like my 5 year old did my nails! She was extremely rude when I told her about the poor job she did. She threw her hand in my face and refused to fix it. I called management and he hung up in my face!! Eventually another tech came and looked at my nails and agreed to fix them free of charge!

It was Sunday at around 5:40 and I could not find a nail shop. I went to Nail Express (👎) on Schillinger around 5:30 only to be told they were closed, although the door was open and they advertised closing at 6 p.m. I am so glad that happened, because NB&S was amazing! I have found a new spot. They did a great job in an hour with 3 people ahead of me! The timing was not a problem, the receptionist informed me they take customers up to 6 p.m.👍👍👍

I usually come here because it’s convenient. And the lady that usually does my nails was out today. I was charged 5$ for a repair and 12$ to polish my toes. Which isn’t bad. But the girl charged my card 22$ plus I had to ask for something to drink. She wasn’t nice at all and seemed like she didn’t want to do the repair. I come there maybe three times a month and I have never experienced bad service. I am going to the one across the street the prices are a little higher but they have great service. I am really disappointed today and I won’t be returning.

Slow! Wasn’t even spoken to when I came in. Probably won’t come back unless I am in a bind. The location is convenient but hard to find parking due to proximity to Publix, which always seems to be busy.

I have tried to go to this place TWICE. The first time I went I was told the wait would be 45 min- 1 hour and there were only like two customers there so I left and decided to try again another day. So I decided to try again and I got there at 5:45 p.m and keep in mind they close at 7. I asked for a pedicure and gel and I was the ONLY customer there. They looked at me in DISGUST because i guess they were planning on leaving early so they started talking in their language and laughing and made me feel very uncomfortable so I politely got up and told them nevermind and walked out. I Will NEVER go to this place again they are RUDE and they do not try to gain additional business.

So I have gave this place 2 chances and both times I left disappointed. The first time a guy did my pedicure, he was friendly but tried to cheat me into the scrub. He did NOT ask me at all what kind of pedi I wanted and his coworker asked him (in Vietnamese) did she want that? His reply it dont matter. I understood them, instant frustration. I said in English you know I understand, you should have asked me first his reply girl I hook you up like yeah ok? He tried to play it off. From then till the end of my service I just looked at him like he was stupid. Second time an old lady did my nails. I explained to her that I peeled off my full set so my nails are not smooth and some pieces are still on. She buffed my nails down and continue with gel. She painted over the bit of acrylic, the after math was a huge lump on my thump nail! I told her that my nail wasnt right and she told me thats your natural nail. I asked her to redo it and what do you know? I was right, there was a piece of acrylic there and boom smooth nail. She then shaped my nails with a filer AFTER she was done polishing my nails (youre suppose to do that before), not to mention the polish was uneven and I left with my nails looking lumpy, some spots darker than others. I used to work as a nail tech so know the steps of things and how the outcomes are and this place drove me crazy. I left unhappy and frustrated both times. I came to feel good about myself, not to ruin my day. So no, I do NOT like this place. I will NEVER be returning again. Maybe its just my luck, but this place personally for me is a no go.
