I tipped him good, thinking he did a good job …Three nails popped off after two days, literally! I wasn’t doing any hard labor, just everything tasks like combing my fair, cooking, etc. I went back to get it fixed and they had me wanting two hours! Talking about, “I didn’t know, thought u were with another customer sitting over there.” I will never go back! These pics is AFTER I went the second time to get them fixed! YES, more broke off!

I had been going to the nail shop biweekly for about 8 years. My nail and feet checks were about $60.($120 a month). It was times I went in and spent hours because they let you sit in the pedicure bowl and soak forever while they squeeze in every full set they can, get to you and do a rush job. My gel nails barely would last one week. Every since Long left(nail tech) customer service has been awful. They pry into your personal life being nosey. The very last straw for me was Long’s mom(Lee) basically body shaming me saying I needed to lose weight. There wasn’t a concern if I had health issues or not, they didn’t care how I felt. Holly instigating it saying “if you felt some kinda way you’d tell us” I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN and sure my family and friends don’t everrrr.

I didn’t even have them for a week yet, and they are already coming off. Asked for acrylic and I ended up with SNS. Do not recommend. Will never go there again!

I use to come to bel air nails yearssss ago . They were never this unprofessional… I walked in me & my friend we put our name on the list still waited two hours they didn’t go by the list they went by people they knew … after sitting there for 2 hours just for eyebrows so many people got in & out of the chair before we did … one girl that was doing eyebrows made us get out the chair for somebody else 3 times then asked us if we wanted to come back & told us tomorrow will be better we said no because my friend’s graduation is tomorrow & she had to get her pictures taking not too long after then someone else came doing eyebrows made my friend get out of the chair to do someone else’s eyebrows & told her she don’t care if nobody complains …. They were BEYOND rude in there I tried so hard not to curse anybody out I didn’t wanna ruin my friend’s day but I’m never spending my money there again I wouldn’t recommend anyone with a short temper going there . I didn’t even get anything after that my friend just got her eyebrows done

The workers were rude. They had loud conversations with each other from across the room while doing people’s nails. One worker was on the speaker phone having a conversation while doing someone’s nails. The lady that did my nails was an older lady and was very nice and respectful, but my toe nails looked awful. Would never go there again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

My bill was $90.00 for a pedicure and eyebrow arch.. It was my first and maybe my last.

Went as a walk in last month and the service was horrible! The older lady did my pedicure and it was chipping within two days. My nails were supposed to be oval but ended up being a mix of round/oval/stilletto, and she didn’t file them down, they looked a hot mess! Then my nails started lifting within four days. Never again will I cheat on my favorite salon.

Worst experience ever, my pedicure was rushed and my toes look like they been painted by a Two year old.

The lady was nice but the quality was not great. We got 3 sets of nails. Our nails were all uneven, the polish was all over our cuticles and just looked terrible. I had my nails redone 3 days later some where else.

They were talking about people in their own language. That was rude then the lady did not clean my nails and kept jerking my hand... She cut two of my fingers.. I would not recommend nobody that I know or don’t know to go there.... First time ever there...

Visited the location on a Monday, not busy at all. It took 2 hours for a pedicure & simple manicure. The next day, the clear polish on my nails chipped and lifted from the entire nail. Cheap nail polish, just keep adding acetone to make it last. Bel Air Nails needs to invest in their products; $42 for poor products & service.

The Service Was Great and fast considering the amount of clients in their facility. Seeing the smile on my moms face after her first gel (french) full set. Was priceless. Everyone seem to be in a hurry. Patience will always give you Amazing results 😉

I asked for tapered square nails, extra square my nails are rounded. I hate my nails they look disgusting and ugly. There is nail polish behind my nails. They look like a 3 year old did them. I will not be back and I don’t recommend.

This was the worst nail salon Ive ever visited, clearly the polish that was applied to my nails was old, adding thinner for the second. Application. after sitting at. The drying station for over 30 min. The polish was not dry. I told the tech she said if they replaced the polish I would pay extra. NO THANKS ILL TAKE IT OFF MYSELF. Nothing frustrates me more than poor service and even worse customer service. I came to this establishment on Tuesday to receive a pedicure and gel manicure before my trip to the beach on Thursday. On Wednesday my nails were already starting to come off. Now my ladies on here who purchase gel manicures know they easily last 2 weeks minimum. If done correctly itll basically take an act of God to make them chip. So after having to go back to get them redone on Thursday before my trip (which cut into my trip time) on Saturday they began to chip again! So today I decided to go back once more to let them know that my nails should pretty much be in mint condition still! It has not even been a week! So before they started to redo my nails this evening I politely asked the woman removing the remaining polish on my nails if I would have to pay for this service (considering I just spent $70.00 not even a week before on my manicure and pedicure) and she told me no. To fast forward the story, once services were rendered I was given a pay slip of $20.. At this point all attitude kicked in. Im expected to pay you guys 20 more dollars for your poor services? After receiving every excuse in the book and getting no where, I paid the money but best believe this business will not receive another dime from me.

Emily is very very nice and friendly. Everyone else should find a new profession if this isn’t what they would prefer to be doing. I have visited this nail salon a few times I hopes the service would get better. Well I was absolutely positively WRONG. After I choose a color, I have been told several times my nail beds or skin tone are too dark and to chose a new color....as if I am incompetent of choosing a color that I am PAYING for and that will be on MY toes and fingers. The work varies, sometimes the nails and polish are even and other times they are not. No consistency. Take a gamble if you’d like but I DO NOT recommend this place unless you like interacting with people who have horrible attitudes.

Price changed and they told me I could not sit under the dryer with regular polish.

Holly does excellent eyebrows and nails. Emily does good designs. Shes the one with the smart mouth though. Long does great pedicures, but he only works wknds now and will be leaving soon. They are understaffed and the wait time plus the time you spend getting serviced is RIDICULOUS. Ive been going to them for over 4 yrs and it didnt use to be this bad. Best advice is go when they open or dont go at all.

Do not go to these nail shops, Image Nails in Toulminville in the old Winn Dixie shopping center and Bel-Air Nails on airport next to Burgundy they are nasty ass hell they should be shut down (both)... a lady had fungus under her nails and toes they not cleaning equipment and she spending her money there and one said at bel-air her nails popped off next day they refused to fix her nails she paid $100 they wanted more money from her they said they dont care about black people money... I walked out and left and so did many others cause we were all black a few white they stayed tho🤷🏾‍♀️

VERY POOR customer service! Never seen employees so rude as if were not paying their bills! The wait is ridiculous. Just spent 3 1/2 hours in there. NEVER again will I go there.

I wouldnt recommend anyone here. I went to have my nails done this past Friday. The lady was very rough with my hands & when I informed her she laughed as if I were a joke and continued. Strike 1 .. When she finish filing them my nail shape and length was different from one another!! The acrylic was half way done anyway.. (I could still see the tip of the fake nail pass the acrylic). Then, she half polished my nails & even when doing so I informed her abt it as well as a piece of hair being in my nail & she continued to polish over it.. Strike 2 !! When she was polishing my toes I asked her to put glitter on my big toe. She said she would do it later .. (I had to remind her 😒) She throws a little one coat of glitter & I asked her for another, she does it but doesnt put a clear coat on top of it. Strike 3! One of the employees claimed they would fix it but began working on other customers. I was very dissatisfied being that it was 7:15 & I had been there since 4:00!! Once I got in the car & reexamined my nails I saw that my shape on one of my nails had been shifted very uneven & that another nail had a dent from the acrylic. My friend called and tried to resolved the issue. They said to report back the next day.. I did & The same lady came over a messed my nail up even more!! & they tried to keep me there ALL DAY ! So I just left !! Basically never let the OLDER LADY WITH GLASSES DO NAILS, JUST DONT GO THERE PERIOD! They have bad customer service.. & not to mention when I was informing the lady abt the screw up, her coworker said she gave me a discount so why am I complaining. FIRST OFF I NEVER ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT ITS HER FAULT SHE CHARGED ME THE WRONG PRICE! Then On the phn she was saying why didnt we tell her abt my messed up nails, which I clearly did! So, basically NEVER SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!
