To say these people are unprofessional is an understatement and insult to the word itself. Ive been turned around not 1, 2, or 3 times but 4. & Yes they DO pick and choose who nails they want to work. Ive waited OVER 2 hours on MUTIPLE occasions. Even after following procedure to sign in and leave number. I signed in and left number and came back to sit down after over a hour of waiting. I was walked passed numerous of times and was NOT called or checked on. Closing time arrived and they looking around confused asking if I needed any help... so I reminded them I signed in earlier and been waiting SINCE. They then proceed to tell me they dont have time to do what I put on the sign in sheet which was a take off and new set. Ive been going to these ppl since they were next to Spencers . This the last time I will waste my time and energy coming here. Hence, I dont even work in Mobile so I come Straight there when Im off. Every time I get turned around with no apologies. Only a side comment Its not guaranteed . But NO ONE checked,followed up, and or informed that even though Ive sat here for over 2 hrs what I came for was not guaranteed . They dont care about the customers that went out the window a long time ago. & Unfortunately, we keep wasting our money on these inconsiderate & unprofessional people. But this my last.

I came way from Baldwin County to try this place out.The customer service was little to none. From looking the price list for I really feel like they just make up their own prices in their head.Service was completed nails look OK but two days later I lost three nails and my gel color is lifting

They discriminate against certain people Ive came in two days straight to get nails done and actually today when I came it was only a total of five people in there so I signed in and was told they was going to call when they did I came in was told to wash hands and to be seated so it wasnt a good two minutes the older lady started talking in her lil language and I was told to to wait again and they will call when theyre ready so I left two hours ago no call and as I peep in I see new faces cuse the second time plus second day of coming in I gotten curious so I stayed close to watch to see what was really going on and their you have it discriminate against. And Cindy wants to be black girl so bad and messy and rude she is the ring leader.

Waited 2 1/2 hours sitting for them to skip me and do someone else’s nails that came an hour after me. No one ever told me that they wouldn’t be able to do my nails I literally had to ask them. Not even an apology.

Cindy is the only person I let do my nails. Sometimes there is a wait because they are in a very busy location, especially if you go during peak times like the weekend, so its good to call ahead if you need to know if theres a wait. To me its worth the wait for the quality I get.

Rude and unprofessional. Some can do nails and some can’t. Most just sit and talk about clients when they leave. If they focused on their craft as much as they did about gossiping and talking about customers maybe their work would be better and they would have better ratings. Some are actually decent though. But not worth it

I am never one to write reviews but this is the most trashy and unprofessional nail establishment I have ever been to. They over charge for visibly poor nail quality just for your nails to pop off in two days and then make you pay even more to fix their mistakes. They are clearly insecure and miserable in what they do because in the both times I’ve been there I witnessed way too many times where they were ugly and catty and talked about every single one of their customers. Skipped over customers they didn’t like on the sign in sheet and made jokes to each other about it. Had the most terrible and rude attitudes towards everyone. If I could have rated them no stars I would. I have just never been so disgusted with a nail shop experience. I wish I would have never wasted my money. My friend I went with agreed and said the same thing. So sad people and places like this are allowed to be up and running like this.

I got the gel nail polish but after 3 days they started to peel off. I went there and they redid it for me but after 5 days they started to peel off again! I went there but they acted like I did something wrong and they didnt act professionally and they werent sorry at all! That was my first time and last time going there!

I called this place to ask what time they closed because I really needed my nails done and their online listing says they are open till 10. That sounded a little late so I called to double check. I was told that theyre not open till 10 but 9 instead. I drove 25 miles and got there a few minutes after 8 and was quickly told in a not so polite manner that they take their last customer at 8 oclock . It would have been nice it they would have notified me of this when I called to ask about what time they close, instead of after I drove all that way.

Waiting 2 Hours On Someone To Call Me Back To Have My Nails Done, Walked Around Mall And Bumped Into The Worker I Wanted To Do Them She Walked The Opposite Way As I Was Walking Towards The Shop. Remind U Now I Had Already Gotten The Call, Wouldnt Recommend To Anyone

This is the most unprofessional, unsanitary nail establishment Ive ever witnessed. These vietnamese on a whole different level, and not in a good way. Establishment is unorganized and unprofessional. Ive never seen a salon where kids run free, nails techs eat and talk on there phones while with a client, oh and feed there kids at there station. I went to the restroom and left my teenager daughter to hold our spot, after returning and waiting another 35 minutes. I see someone after me get waited on, so l questioned why we didnt get waited on. She says oh we called your name but nobody answered. Im sure my daughter wouldve heard her or my name called. They pick and choose. They had a fight here a few months ago, l shouldve known better. Im thankful l was skipped because just sitting in the waiting area was enough. If you have kids bring them, its a daycare.

Went in for a soak off. While soaking off she began with the electronic file & it started to burn. Keep in mind this is the second time she went over my nails with the file. I told her the 1st finger that she started on it began hurting and I said, “it hurt” and she said, “I know” then she went over the next finger I told her, “Ouch ! That hurts!!” She then told me to “Chill out”. Then managed to cut me with the file as well.

Had gel nails done about a week ago and my paint is peeling up, they dont look like a professional had done them, I can do nails a heck of a lot better. And having to pay extra for nail art is a joke. Any other time I have had my nails done by other nail salons it is all included. I will not be going back to have my nails done.

Dont tell your costumers you can do designs that YOU CANT DO!!!! My nails look like my 5 year old designed them for 45 dollars! Nothing like my picture and I got the same designs on both hands and on top of the fact that there terrible they dont even match!!! Never coming back!

This place is so unprofessional. They are loud and ghetto. I’ve never seen anything like it these ladies don’t know what customer service is. I got my sns nails done there and literally in three days they started to crack. I called and told them and she suggested I glued it back down. Like what? Sis I’m not going to glue my nail down when I just got them done. Never again!! If you want your money’s worth don’t go here!

Went in at 10:40 am clients already in chair not open until 11am signed in at 10:45 going back at 11:15 after no call, woman said your next at 11:45 she had put another woman in chair that just had came, horrible when ppl have been waiting since 10:40 am, buddy system should not be used when you are running a business be honest and move forward, time wasted for the time

I had a terrible experience here my nails are lumpy, not filed at all, the lady who did them left a clear drop of top coating dry, the nail is falling off two of my fingers, and the woman who did my friends nails had a bad attitude did not follow the picture my friend showed and ate chick fil a while doing her nails. if i had gotten her name i wouldve called her out to fix the problem or request someone else but ive just had an all around terrible experience there.

WORST NAIL SALON I’VE EVER WALKED INTO IN ALL OF MY 21 YEARS OF LIFE!!!If I could do zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever! I called to see if there was a wait, & was told “no & to come right in” walked into the salon & there were over 5 ppl waiting & I sat for over 15 mins before deciding to go . Nail techs are on their phones, while ppl are waiting, others are engaging in conversation not paying attention to their customer! All in all, just an overall NO!!!

I had the WORST experience i’ve ever had at an establishment. first off, when once they started my nails the woman who was doing them put in headphones and refused to make any conversation with me when i tried repeatedly tried to talk to her. Then? my nails are crooked and not the same shape at all and the acrylic isn’t even covering my whole nail. i do not recommend what so ever.

This is the worst nail salon ive ever been to. The nail techs were ghetto cursing and acting unprofessionally with their children running around and they stooped doing a womans nails to eat in front off the woman and continue to do her nails while still eating. Not to mention my nails werent cut even on mouth sides of any SINGLE nail. The first time my nails were painted the polish was still transparent.my nails were redone three times by 1 person and then a failed attempt to correct tje 1st persons mistakes.i got there at 3:00pm didnt get started till 6:30pm also all the clients were cursing LOUD. So dont bring your kids there at all. If i could give a no star i would

I love Cindy & Mookie they are the best the wait is long but its worth it .. they provide the quality that you would see on social media that goes viral .. I just hate waiting lol but I love there quality I can sit down and say I want a mixture of everything thats new & they always come thru ! very affordable .. Ive tried plenty of nail shops but I love tip & toe .. they also have a HUGE collection of gel colors to choose from 😊

Horrible job! They stop doing your nails to text like your times not important. Lets just say I got my eye brows waxed at another salon a couple days after getting my nails done, she told me I need to go back that there horrible. The acrylic extends past my nail onto the side of my skin so when I run my fingers through my hair it gets stuck. Its only been 4 days since Ive had them done.

Not satisfied at all. Waited for almost 2 hours on a Wednesday to get a pedicure. Watched 4 people come in and get their nails done and leave before I was even started on.

The girl who did my nails was so grabby and rude, as I ask her to fix things SHE hasDone wrong she complains and blames it on my “NAIL SHAPE” would never go back honestly there are too many other great places in mobile!

Worst experience ever waited an hour and 15 minutes didnt get feet soaked had 10 empty chairs got in the chair to get nails done the guy told me he wouldnt have time for me to get my nails and toes done had to pick one wasted my time

It cost me $30 for a gel fill-in and after a week I need another one!
