We used VIP Chair Covers for all of our linens and table decor (candelabras) and they were absolutely fabulous. VIP has an immense amount of unique and stunning linens and they help you to figure out what goes together the best. Their candelabras were absolutely breathtaking. We were so excited they received them in stock and let us know! They knew we were on the lookout but they truly went above and beyond in finding such a large and beautiful piece. Highly recommend!

I recently filmed an engagement session with this amazing team. I had been to the venue before but I’d never seen it done up so elegantly. It looked like a sophisticated party scene from a film.Their team finished ahead of time and was very collaborative with lighting because they understood that how their work was captured was a very important part of the process. The best of the best! They coordinated so well with my florist & other vendors and the results were absolutely breathtaking. I had two different kinds of chairs, draping around the hall, charger plates, a smoke machine, dance floor, table covers, fireworks, and everything was of high quality! I got the wall curtains and lighting on the curtains, white chiavari chairs, smoke machine (the one that doesnt make you or your guests cough) [Only VIP has this!]and fire works for the entrance and slow dance. Literally everything was beautiful and amazing. Not only was my wedding hall beautifully done, the staff is the best! If your planning a wedding, VIP is your place to go!

Prices are great.Day of wedding I was getting my hair done in the morning, found out from hall coordinator that no one had arrived yet with the covers and tablecloths. Had to contact boss- quick fix.We did not receive our complimentary lights, which really did stink because we would have paid for them elsewhere... The guys that came to take down the chair covers and table cloths were 30 minutes early, and were very disrespectful to my mother and me... they actually yelled at us- ha and I was the bride. Oh well...We did email them with our issues, and we never received a response!

Went to a friends wedding at greenfield manor and was appalled by the look of the dancefloor. It was chipped and scratched and taped up. I saw numerous people trip and fall on a portion with no edging. Flowers were nice though, but absolutely would not recommend

Haider from VIP is a great guy and tried really hard to give me the best package price he could for our wedding. The reason why we are giving VIP 3 stars was because we asked for two smoke machines to cover the entire dance floor for our slow dance but Talal said we only needed one and that would cover the entire dance floor, well while we were dancing the machine looked as if it was dying and it showed in our pictures.I would highly recommend VIP but I would advise you make sure the machine works as promised.

My experience was amazing with VIP. The employees are very knowledgeable with design and combination of style and color choices. I had a two day wedding celebration, Henna and wedding. My Henna was in Ann Arbor and they made it look beautiful, I got a dance floor, drapery, and uplighting. They made the gym look like a beautiful hall. They were punctual and even helped my florist on that day!The following day my wedding was at Crystal Gardens, I got a dance floor, fireworks, and uplighting. Talal made sure that everything was perfect. The fireworks came out at the perfect timing and made my entrance amazing. Overall, customer service and quality of work were exceptional.

VIP Chairs was the best decision I made for my wedding reception! I dealt directly with Haider and Tallal and they were a pleasure to work with. I was able to get my table clothes, chairs, decorations, lighting - a lot of things from them that complete transformed the hall where the my reception was held. I loved the Chifari chairs and beautiful spiral tablecloths they provided. Tallal worked with me to make the backdrop idea that I wanted with hanging lights a reality. The result was amazing! WARNING: make sure you deal with Haider directly for the best possible experience, price, and customer service. The girls that work for him screw up orders, have attitudes, and dont care! at my engagement they mixed up all the table covers and i had to get a huge team of ppl right before guests showed up to clear the tables and re do the sequences for the table covers because they left some tales empty and mixed colors together that were not supposed to be mixed. They show up late to set up and when me and my wife walked in our banquet hall the girls put the wrong chair covers that ruined the whole set up all because I made the mistake of taking to one of the girls about what chair covers we wanted because Haider was out of the store for a moment. Haider knew exactly what we wanted but the girl wrote down something completely different and then gave an attitude when we called the next day to tell her she ruined our whole Set up and my wife was so upset she almost cried. If you deal with Haider only and no one else you will have A+ price and service from start to finish
