The application and terms are straight-forward and the APR was surprisingly lower than expected for a loan place. If I could leave this negative stars I would. I warn anybody who comes in with an emergency situation and needs a personal loan to get out of whatever situation they are in, your better off without it. It will help you out with that situation but will leave you in a predicament that will hold you back later in life.I was in difficult situation and I needed a personal loan to get me out of it. They made it seem so good at first, so I got it. Little did I know that I would be paying 168.00 every 2 weeks which most of that goes into the interest rate and only 10$ goes into the principal. They have an annual percentage rate of 129.545% ANNUALLY!! Your basically going to pay wayyyy more then what you are lended. This has become a burden on me till this day, and I got this loan about 2 years ago now and Im still paying for it. I warn anybody to stay away from getting a personal loan and find some other way to get out whatever situation their in, trust me your better off without it.

I have just waisted 45 minutes of my time in the establishment due to lack of communication and promotion of services. Rosa who states that she is a manager takes my check and id to be processed, then proceeds to sit there for 20 minutes not sating a word. Then when I ask is everything okay she states she is trying to find a contact number from my job to verify my check. Why? You have a machine that does that? But I carry on. I ask why not ask me for my employers number? Then after she verifies my check she then proceeds to tell me she cant cash it with out me signing up and passes me forms to fill out. I state why didnt you communicate this to me before while you took so long to find a number I could have given to you? So since Ive waited this long I started to fill out the form informing her of her lack of communication and non responsive replies. She then informs me that she wants to charge me 25$ to cash my check with I think is double the normal cost as of my recollection from past cash placing prices. Effective communication effective communication effective communication is the phrase ROSA needs to understand. How in the world you became management with out it is beyond me.

Everyone and everything about this place was great...from the staff who helped me to the whole process of receiving my loan. I highly recommend them to anyone needing some cash.

Getting a personal loan from ur company I was very deceived !!I needed some emergency money to get out of a situation and when I looked into getting the loan from ur company the cashier quote that it would only cost me $208.00 a month I considered the loan after I looked at the receipt with the payment schedule I seen that I would be paying that amount every 2 weeks. This is not something that I am financially equip to do every 2 weeks I do have other financial obligations to attend to and now this has become a financial burden on me... I will never ever suggest this company to any one in need of any type of financial servicesThank you for at least getting me out of a difficult time when I needed it bu as I look at it I would rather have taken my list at that time than be in the predicament that I am with this company 😡😡
