I used to come here when I was in high school with my mother. Moved away and returned and started going somewhere that was closer to my house. Unfortunately the other nail shop doesnt do appointments so youre always sitting waiting. I road past Anns one day and decided to walk in. What was refreshing was every single person that used to work in there over 15 years ago are still there. They took me as a walk in but their appointments are first priority. I love the fact that I can make an appointment and am guaranteed when I walk in i am seated immediately. The ladies are friendly, on a first name basis with all of their regulars and it is genuinely a relaxing experience whenever I am there. FYI other nail shops there is nothing relaxing about waiting 30-40 min to get your nails done or a pedicure!

Auhn who handles my mothers nails is so sweat and gentle with my mom. She loves coming here sometimes twice a month if not more.

Was rushed to pick a color. did not like the color that I felt rushed to pick. Staff was Unprofessional by speaking in another language and seemed to be complaining about me. Seemed Very judgmental about what I had on.

Anns is the best nail salon Ive been to. They are personable, and kind women who provide excellent customer service. I was impressed from day one! I dont wear acrylic or gel nails, but my own nails are really growing since Ive been going to them the past 2 months.

The staff was very friendly and the lady did a great job on my toes, however after I got my toes done and was going to get my nails done i sat in the chair for like 45 min before I just got up and left because I no longer had the time to get my nails done. I think they were short staffed though so I am going to go back because they did do a job. So just keep in mind jf you come it may take a min but they seem to do a great job😊

I will never return to this place....every time I called to make an appointment I was told that they were to busy....really??? This is Mobile which is a smaller population...I reside in Texas and they nearly begg for my business and I gladly appreciate them as well

I’ve been going to this salon for over 10 yrs now. Mandy does an excellent job on my pedicure. The whole staff is friendly and professional. You can usually get in on a moments notice or just walk-in. I do appts. directly with Mandy and don’t ever have a problem. It’s a quiet tranquil atmosphere that offers everything from nails to facials, including waxing. Me and my husband both go there. I recommend this salon for any of your beauty needs.

They were very thorough with my nails and pedicure, and they looked really nice. I did notice that my nails began lifting pretty quickly though.

The place looks dated inside especially the pedicure chairs. However. They really do great work!

They should put up a sign saying they don’t accept walk ins they open at 9 I walked in at 9:03 and was asked if I could come back because they were busy in the mornings this is the 4th time they’ve done that it’s unprofessional I won’t be going back

Last experience, technician didnt like using my gel polish, made it clear she wouldnt do my nails like I wanted again. Moved on to a better salon that does a fantastic job

They always take their time on you. You feel pampered each visist. You is never rushed because more people pile in. The acknowledge you & let you up front that there will be a wsit time. They also do appointment. I live this nail shop

I love every one that works there. Nice, clean, and professional!

She did a great job but... it was dead silent the entire time haha. No one spoke to me, there were no tvs on, no music.. not that its crucial or anything but it was just very awkward. There wasn’t anyone else getting a service done so it was just me, the nail tech, and the owner, and we just sat in silence.. the best part was when the nail tech got a phone call haha finally, some noise.

Very friendly, no long wait. Relaxing massage chair while she massaged my feet. Not expensive and good painting and pedicure.

I was here for an HOUR THEY HAD ME SIT IN A PEDICURE CHAIR FOR 20 MINS WITH NOONE ATTENDING TO ME THEN TELL ME I NEED TO GET UP DO THEY COULD DO THEIR APPOITMENT QHEN I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR AN HOUR TOLD TO SIT IN THE CHAIR NO WATER AN THEN I WALKED OUT WILL NEVER BE RETURNING HERE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
