Took my car here a while back to diagnose a problem. They did not find time to pinpoint the exact problem but charged me for something they though was related, which led to breakdown and very costly repairs. I was lied to, pushed away and told that my negative feedback would not matter because they have plenty of specialty business, so bad reviews wont hurt them.I think thats why im taking the time to write this review.These are not the same mechanics who cared about customers years ago. Mechanics, take pride in your work and remember customer service! Next stop BBB!

Working on my car. Had a good greetings but not received the car just dropped it off.

Spent $928.24 in 3 visits within 6 WEEKS at this shop. Every time I called to check on my car and if it was ready, I was hassled that they did NOT have the time to talk to me cause they were short staffed. I was often cut short on calls where I was informing them of what I hoped the outcomes would be. I have ALL receipts. When I contacted them today about my displeasure with their past actions, I told them I was still willing to have them try to replace my water pump. However, I did inform them of my disappointments with their prior repairs. I was told by Paul that they no longer wanted my business. What company DOES NOT WANT income or revenue? If you own a VW. This is the shop to go to if you dont want the insane prices from the VW lot. But want to know your car is expertly cared for.
