Wonderful first experience! Lily was great. Ill be going back

I received a pedicure this afternoon and they used the grater on my heel. The technician was going so fast and hard that he cut off part of my heel. I was bleeding nonstop and continue to bleed walking home. They only gave me 50% off when it should have been completely compd since I left in PAIN. I will not be coming back here as this is not my first time having a bad experience here.

Not worth the price. Go somewhere else.

The woman who took care of my nails did an impressing manicure. I am so happy to show off my nails. Although I came in within an hr of closing, she was gentle and careful. I am so thankful for you, Lily.

I came in for a mani pedi and a new girl did them. She didn’t clean up my nails and they were chipping hours after I got home. I came in and they fixed them, I had to pay a $25 for a fix. I can in again to get my gel nails removed and get a basic clear coat on top. My nails were cut all at different lengths and they charged me $25.... horrible. I tried to give them another chance, but they failed me again.

My nail tech for 23 plus years retired this past summer. Ive been to several different nail shops all👎🏾👎🏾....Lets just say Ive found my new nail tech here🙌🏾. Im very very picky when it comes to my nails and Alex did a superb job 1st time around!! All I had to do was tell him my shape/color and he Nailed it!!! Its also walking distance from my house!! Clean establishment good energy and quality service and I was in and out in 1hr😳

Just got my nails done today and I am so impressed 🙌 super friendly staff and they really take care of you and give you what you ask for. Going back again for sure !

I have been coming here for 6 months and love it. Amy is the best for eyebrows and luxury pedicures! I always request her and she really wants you to enjoy your time and makes your experience so relaxing and all your stress is relieved. Ive been going to this nail salon for 3 years and I would say they do a very reliable job! You can get a walk-in any time, but I like to request specific technicians. They did change ownership in the past year and the price went up on some services, but its comparable to every other salon. Dont always feel its the most clean, but in 3 years Ive never had a problem. Definitely recommend if you live in the Old Town neighborhood.

The staff is friendly and the service is attentive and fast. The price is comparable to other places in the area. The quality here is great and they only use premium ingredients. I come here for the protein dipped powder.

Came in from out of town and upgraded to the long wear nail polish (which usually lasts almost 2 weeks). By the next day, it was chipped and nails had snagged (which has never ever happened to me after a manicure). Nice place to stop and relax but for almost $60, you can get a cheaper and/or better mani/pedi elsewhere.

Great local nail place. As long as they arent super busy or close to closing time the quality is quite good. Go in when you dont see a line up. They just got new equipment which makes for an enjoyable experience.

New owners sometime in 2018. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. They do not know what they are doing. Questionable sanitary conditions and untrained staff. Tried them 3 times as it used to be a reliable place. No more. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Great cleaning on my pesky cuticles, and precise painting on nails. Unfortunately, cleaning was too rough that I got a few bleeders even though I already warned her when I felt it tugging. 30-min immediate walk-in manicure. My previous gel was removed by using a Nipper and peeled off, no soaking 🤨.

Great prices and awesome service. They also welcome walk ins. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I had mani/ pedis today with our FAVORITE nail technicians, Lily, for him and Angi for me. Our nails look great, as always, and its always a pleasant and relaxing experience. We look forward to our next visit.

Warning do not visit this nail salon. Worst salon I’ve ever been dirty and they do not know how to do pedicures or acrylic nails.. The guy did me a full set of a acrylic nails everyone of my fingernails was a different shape in a different length i’ve been doing acrylic nails for 13 years this was the worst job I’ve ever gotten my first time visiting this salon I will never return I complain it about the shapes and links all being different and he tried to make it better but continue to make it worse and he was very upset about me complaining but did not seem like he want to fix it... then when he came to polishing my nails he did not know what he was doing he was polishing only the center of my nailbed and all around the edges was no polish I explained him that I wanted the whole nail polish he was getting very upset he took the polish off and tried again but still did not know how to polish the full now which I find very disturbing because this is his job... so by the second time I looked around and said is there anyone who knows how to polish nails another lady came and tried to fix the shade been laying to file them but there was no fixing it it was too far gone... she polished them and I left unhappy ☹️ And out $65 I will have to go redo my nails at another salon tomorrow because they are hideous and I cannot even look at them 😫 they knew I was unhappy but if it was a place that cared they would have soaked them off and redo them

BEWARE UNSANITARY & RUDE RUDE RUDEAt one time this was my daughters favorite nail place. Stopped in for a quick mani/pedi.......Unfortunately, they do not use new utensils or sponges!!!!! DISGUSTING....... This means you share a sponge with all the people that come in!!!! I asked for a new sponge out of the package and the manager RUDELY told my daughter she would have to pay extra for a fresh sponge. My daughter told her she no longer wanted the mani and just leave her feet unscrubbed because she didnt want to use and OLD sponge. Instead of just using a new .50c sponge the manager decided she didnt care about a satisfied customer! This place should be SHUT DOWN! LESS than ZERO is what they deserve!

Gone here too much because its close and disability accessible but after a few years Of funny treatment I will never returnOne girl told me I wasent mature enough for a color I chooseI have never received a full manicure and hand message like they give everyone else. And Im always chargerd for it and I tip well its unfortunateAnother time asked for pointed tips and did not receive it

After coming her at least once a month for the past 7 years, I ihave absolutely had it with Elite Nails at North & Wells. Despite being the closest nail salon to my house, I will NEVER GO HERE again. After 7 years of spending more on manis and pedis than I care to calculate, I am now in the market for a new place. The owner was rudely offensive in asking me to come with a doctor note on my next visit (because of a birthmark on my foot...after 7 years of being a customer and never mentioning it before.) My last comment to them was that I was going to tell everybody I know about their horribly offensive customer service, and this post is my public breakup. Trust me, it takes a lot for a nail salon to offend a customer, but Elite managed to do it, big time! I will never give them another penny and will advise everyone in my neighborhood against supporting this establishment.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. I got the dip here and my nails started to chip 7 days in. Same with my friend as well. They rushed all of us and it shows. I would steer away from this place and save your money.
