If you own a Subaru my suggestion is to always get it serviced at your Subaru dealership. I took my car to get serviced for an oil change. As a result, I needed a new transmission due to the service providers incompetence. Subaru was great at being the go between between myself and working with the company to provide me with a transmission at no cost to me. Thank you Vicki for your guidance and support throughout this experience! I will always go to Subaru to get my Forester serviced for anything. Go to a name that you can trust - Kolby Subaru!

He has been there for me as well and is always involved and knows what’s going on. Small Town Dealership atmosphere with excellent customer service. I am greeted by name every time I enter the dealership either through sales or service.The Outback speaks for itself. This makes my 9th Subaru purchase. I have owned other models as well. You can’t go wrong with any Subaru but I LOVE LOVE my Outbacks. This is my 5th one. Will never buy anything else. I feel like I am in a safe cocoon when driving my new 2020. I have used the service department several times over the last four years. I have been extremely impressed by the people who work there and the service I have received. My vehicles are both out of warranty, and they have been very fair about pricing and fix it right the first time. I tried a local mechanic and he could not fix the issue, but Koby got it and if I would have taken it to them first, I could have saved money.
The salesman was friendly and did everything we asked of him but overall I rate a 3. We were waiting for some bodywork to be done so the first time we drove it they warned us it hadnt been detailed yet. It was dirty with stained seats and crumbs everywhere. A week later we get a call saying the car is back from the shop and we can come buy it. We opened the doors and sadly none of the interior had been detailed (not even vacuumed). There were still bad stains on the seats and crumbs and even leaves in the seat cracks. Some of the previous owners belongings were even found. I was highly disappointed in the dealer fees associated with my purchase being that the vehicle wasnt even cleaned. It makes me wonder if they even did the mechanical inspections they said they did.....
Best car dealership on the Gulf Coast guaranteed. It is like the Time Square of car dealerships. Breathtaking, If I could give 6 stars I would. Honestly, I have a new outlook on life after my visit to Koby Subaru.

That week, I purchased a new Crosstrek from Koby Subaru in Mobile. I could not be more pleased with the experience.
Not impressed with my experience at this car dealership. I was offered a 8% interest rate on a $26,000 vehicle. My immediate reaction was laughter because I thought they were joking. They werent. I quickly shot that down because I know my credit and history. Of course they came back right away with 4%. Acceptable. I understand the games they have to play but it already left me feeling like they were trying to be sneaky. After expecting the vehicle I noticed the bumper was damaged (from an accident I found on Carfax, not that they mentioned it). After finding this and a few more minor problems I asked what they could do on the price. They explained to me that it was set and they were not willing to budge. (Vehicle currently still on the lot with a $1,000 off from 3 weeks ago when I looked at it). Im fine with that. Not an expert on car shopping but I did enough research to know what to ask, expect and look for. Overall, I would not recommend this place as your first and only stop. Shop around. I ended up with a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a bit more than what I was offered here and I am so happy!

Nothing was pressured or uncomfortable. We drove over two hours for this purchase and would do so again! Overall, great experience. We live between Mobile and Pensacola, and this was by-far the better of the two. Have never test-driven so many cars at one dealership, but Chris Forehand helped us narrow it down to a wonderful LTD. Outback w/ Eyesight (which has proven useful in stop-and-go traffic, as well as on the interstate). We will certainly be returning to Koby for our next car.
Service department does not use factory parts. Had my water pump replaced, it failed, went to a trusted mechanic and he gave me the part and showed me that it was not a factory part. I would recommend going elsewhere for service instead of a company that cuts costs by using cheap parts.

My husband and I were searching for med size VECHILE used 2010-2013 low miles fair price trade in my 2004 Ford explorer. We were so bless to find a car we liked . We were met by Ronny Smith Jr. Salesmen . Who was very eager to help us provided us a test drive answered all our question . We did not buy that day shopped around . Decided to go back get the 2012 Toyota Venza xl el . Loaded and low miles color is pearl white . Beautiful. So if you want to be treated right not hustled get a great car great price please see him. The have a lot of used car and new ones . Cant beat there deals . Our VECHILE loaded was $12,400 My trade was $2,000 so for $10,400 plus tax and fees . I got a beatiful car I am so blessed. Had to have Takata AIRBAG replaced. Service dept got us in & out in a timely manner. Waiting area is really nice. Comfortable leather chairs, free WiFi, cable tv, keurig coffee, snacks, drinks. Staff friendly & informative. Overall good experience w/ the dealership!
Currently purchased our 4th Subaru from Koby. A great car, Subaru, definitely deserves a great dealership. Always a positive experience. Obviously being a loyal customer, we feel we have consistently been treated with respect and fairly no matter whether it was purchasing a Subaru or bringing one in for service. Kobys motto is, Its all about you! Denton Stanley, Danny Charpie, and Natalie Brown exemplify those words by putting them into action. The atmosphere of the dealership is one of friendliness and efficiency. Everyone who works there comes across as wanting to be there, like welcoming you into their home. Happy employees, who professionally, to the best of their ability, do their job, ultimately produce happy, satisfied, returning customers.
If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever tried to deal with. They make promises and then fail on the follow thru. Ridiculous amount of time was wasted. I have purchased many vehicles and never encountered such incompetencies as I have with the people who work here. Extremely rude and unknowledgeable. Terrible customer service. I am turning them in to the better business bureau for shady practices and will be contacting my lawyer.
