Phenomenal customer service and professionalism! Was traveling to Camp Shelby from out of town and of course got a flat. Was able to roll into Gulf Coast. Justin immediately came out and reviewed my options. I was on a tight timeline but he was able to repair my tire and have me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What amazes me is that I didn’t have an appointment and I didn’t even call ahead. I was “fortunate” to have a flat pretty much right in front of Gulf Coast.Ruger, the shop’s pup, was very friendly and even held the door open for me!I highly recommend for your tire repair needs!

Awesome experience- would recommend! We were passing through Mobile on the way west when our car started overheating. They replaced a hose for us and we also got an oil change from them. Super friendly staff who were willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Kind people doing excellent work- and they have a cute dog :)

I am completely satisfied with the service I received today at Gulf Coast Tire and Automotive Repair. I was quoted a price for replacing my brakes and rotors at a competitor; I then called Gulf Coast and spoke to Justin Fadalla. He quoted me a much better price and was also much more professional. We then set up an appointment that was convenient for me. I was able to wait at the location for the repairs. During my wait, the staff made sure that I was comfortable. The company is by far the best repair shop in town. Knowing that the company is locally owned is an added bonus. I recommend Gulf Coast for auto repairs.
