I show the nail tech a design and he said this is a piece of cake but when he was doing the French tip I notice not all lines was even so I asked him to do some over… he goes it’s like that cause your nails shape. I explain to him it’s not my nail shape it’s how you are making the French tip… he got annoyed and open and closed the his draw aggressively because he didn’t want to do it over and I asked him twice to do some of the lines over. I did gel manicure and pedicure which is over a $100. Why would you get frustrated with the client if she’s not happy with what you did after you told her this is a piece a cake SMH new to this city and it’s sad that these nail tech have nasty attitude

I’m so upset to pay for nails I don’t like…I went and showed a picture to the front desk of what I wanted to make sure I could get a matching hands and feet since I do dip on my hands….she told me it was ok …I proceeded to ask the guy doing my pedicure if it was going to match my nails and he also told me yes. To only further find out once I sit to do my hands that they can’t match it. 2hours and a half to walk out with white nails and beige toes. I’m really so upset! They need to have better communication.

Benjamin was so great, he did my nails alongside my friend and the result was mind blowing. He did it exactly how I wanted it. My fingers are blinged out in diamonds🥴.He also has a great personality. Love it. The place was super clean too.

I was on the phone trying to make an appt. the lady was extremely rude and HUNG UP the phone on my twice because she didn’t know what technique i was asking her about; which was apres.. she got really rude, said you are making no sense, and i even called back to explain the technique i was talking about to see if they did it, even after that she decided to hang up on me again.

Ive been here twice. The salon is very clean. I liked my pedicure but my manicure cracked the same day. When I went back the owner told me she cant fix it until two days later and I had somewhere to go the next day. So the customer service is not good.

Probably one of the best nail spot I ever been to. Before I use to go to vans nails and they will always rush and try to get you out of there as soon as they got the chance and they will always mess up. Lucky nails takes their time and do an amazing job. GO TO LUCKY NAILS!!

The place is AMAZING! Grand Opening last week. I just got my nails done today. It is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very professional, they take their time. Great artists for those who like designs. They have all the newest nail products and colors. Walk ins are welcome.

I think that if someone is new to a nail place should train without doing a clients nails. I didn’t have a great experience today.

Omg I do not know where to begin, I have not gotten my nails done for sometime because everyone else and I mean every other salon was just money money money but never quality and if it was quality it was no consistent!
