Rima did my brows the other day and completely messed up my brows. A 5 year old would have done a better job!! Now I have to wait 2 months for my brows to go back to normal

Reasonably priced. Right now, its appointment only due to COVID. I prefer appointments because I dont have to wait long like when they did walkins. I used to go here for threading regularly when I lived in the area. Always happy with the service. The artist I usually see is Prithi; shes fantastic. She does exactly what I ask which is to keep my natural shape & just some cleaning & trimming.(Ive been to other brow places where the artist tries to convince me to try a different shape or make my brows thinner; I hate that. I know what look I want so dont try to sell me on something else.)I only get to Ziba once in a blue moon now that Ive moved, but when Im in Glendale, Prithi is who I trust with my brows.

Ask for Rima only! Shes amazing, she does the brows exactly the way you ask for, at the end she asks you to check and if there is anything she will work on it until youre fully satisfied 😌

I asked for a waxing and they said the wax artist wasn’t there so I did threading I asked for a clean up and a trim, she barely took off any hair and missed a lot of hairs not worth the money only came here because my eyebrow lady closed on tuesdays, waste of $18, if I could put no stars I would I was trying to have clean brows now I have to do them myself

Dont book with Darius from the Glendale Mall location, otherwise, you have to do it when you get home.

I have been coming here for 5 years and have always been very pleased with customer service. I always go and see Pretti. She is AMAZING!! Does not hurt or make me have a little bleeding. Very gentle, patient, and professional.

I love this place. I was afraid of getting my eyebrows done at the mall but this place changed my mind. I dont let no one else touch my eyebrows but this place. They have never messed up, always listen and do what i ask for

I am regular customer and I like the staff. They are very experienced, especially Rubina is amazing. Its usually little wait if you walk in, recommend taking appointments before.

Its my neighborhood threading place. I go here when I cant get to my gal in NoHo. I like that they have a loyalty card and theres hardly ever a wait. My only thing is sometimes if there is a wait, I get the feeling that they rush through customers a little. But its definitely a great place to check out.

I did eyebrows and wax. The one that did the eyebrows was very professional but the one who did the waxing wasnt good at allGood place to do brows not for wax.

I love this location for one reason only and that’s Sadia! She is the best! Although it sucks that prices are so high I only continue to come here because of Sadia. She has been doing my eye brows for over two years! Be prepared to wait at least an hour without an appoint to see her though but she is worth the wait promise!

Came the other day and a lady named alpa helped me. Worst pain i have ever experienced with threading. (I have threaded my eyebrows for more than 2 years) . She was also demanding when she filled my brows in she would say do you like and i didnt respond and she would say do you! Never having her thread my brows ever again!! On the bright side the receptionist was very nice.
