I got a brazilian sugar wax here. This was my very first time getting a wax of any sort and Shirlen did a phenomenal job. I have a low tolerance for pain, however, she took her time with me. It was painful, but not as painful as I imagined. It took about 20 minutes give or take and the service was great. Will definitely be back.

Raven performed my Brazilian wax. As a person who has been getting Brazilians for 4 years, this wax was by far the best. Additionally, it was soooooo fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I am seriously impressed! Ravens method is unique and the most pain free I have ever experienced. Will definitely be coming back!

I came all the way from Elizabeth City, NC, to get a wax at RPS. I read the reviews and saw that majority of the women said they loved Shirlen and so I made sure to book with her. I got my usual which is an underarm and Brazilian wax. When I tell you, I was only in there for maybe 20 or 30 minutes, probably less than that. She is amazing, and it was painless. I was bracing myself for the usual spots that kind of hurt for me when pulling the wax to remove the hair, and I didn’t have to do that with Shirlen. I definitely will be back again in the future!!!

My experience there was amazing the services was everything!!! Shirlen did my wax and I can’t believe it was almost pain free!!! She carried converse and cared so much about my pregnancy. The facial with Miracle was awesome! Very relaxing and was very detailed about the products she was using... very fun to talk to and the lashes done by Raven Omgee crown her the Lash God!! Services and results was 100% didn’t care to much about the receptionist she was blah and seem a little rude but other than that I recommend!!!

Not a customer friendly place. Technician was in hurry and didnt even care how much pain she was causing me. When I got home, I found that she had left blue wax on my skin when ended up in my panties. I wont be going back.

I went to rps to get my very first wax & the waxer Shirlen was very gentle and understanding to my nervousness and discomfort for my first time! She was so friendly and comforting, i walked out feeling like a new woman! I also threw that razor away! Lol

Almost twelve hours later and i’m still bleeding in some areas and in a lot of pain. some areas were gone over twice with soft and hard wax. i understand the hair was a little short but i would’ve rather been turned away than have to endure this pain right now :(. the smoothness is kinda worth it though so i’m not so upset. might come back for other services.

I have been here a couple of times. The first person that waxed me went behind her waxing and used an eyebrow archer. I was absolutely upset with that. However, I returned and asked her not to do it again. She told me my reasoning was not sufficient and that hair will not grow back thicker from shaving. I stopped coming and went to another place. I decided to try it again due to the location being close to my home and I could just go to another waxer. I left a note regarding the area I wanted wax. She did not read it and just slapped the wax on my face. I was almost immediately in tears. When it was done, she did discount my service. The actual waxing was so painful I cried all the way home from the whole process.

Great service. Reasonable prices. The first time I went was my first time getting a brazilian wax. I was made to feel very comfortable, or as comfortable as one could be getting wax down below. I had the sugar wax, it wasnt as painful as I thought it would be. The second time I went it was just as comfortable, clean and inviting. Next time I will bring some friends and try the V-steam.

I came for a sugar Brazilian wax, it was welcoming and very pretty inside. I honestly felt rushed and a lot of hairs were missed because of that and i wasn’t cleaned all the way down. I wish i could have had a better experience.
