Wonderful atmosphere, the women who work here are amazing and so friendly! They took time and put their best effort and made me feel at home and welcome! Horrible experience Bought a Groupon as I usually do I’ve been here several times but after coming all the way out here in purchasing my Groupon they told me we’re not excepting Groupon’s today who does that that’s OK I’ll never waste my time coming to the dump again!!!!!!!!I only gave him one star because the past was good

GROUPON RIP OFF!. Service was good but business practices were bad, really bad. Bought Groupons for pedicures for my daughter and myself and read the offer, no restrictions. Recieved services which were good. Then went to use the Groupons and they were refused. Was charged 30% more than Groupon offer, couldnt use the Groupon purchase and was told to go away.Now we are left with Groupons for services which I need to call for on the day I choose to use them to see if they will honor them when we want to come in. RIPPED OFF FOR $54.Deceptive, at best. Unbelievably bad business and customer service. If you arent going to honor Groupons dont rip off your customers. Cancel your advertising!

I went for the Spa Pedicure expecting a relaxing experience. The technician was rough and didnt spend any time at all with my cuticles. and my feet were still rough after the pedicure. The polish was sloppy, I had to us polish remover to clean up my nails when I got home. During the pedicure, she took the cuticle trimmer and started trimming her fingernails. It made me question the cleanliness of the salon. I wont go back again.

The groupon doesn’t work here on Saturday that is what the lady boss said. The groupon doesn’t have the restrictions but the lady boss told when we were done with our nails. We had to pay $30 for manicure. And now, i see their charges on my credit card twice. This business is very tricky and not so straightforward to customers.

I was there today. July 25 for a gel manicure. I literally look like I let a 5 year old do my manicure. I had to point out errors. My cuticles and skin hurt, she filed my skin not my nails.

Nguyen did such a great job with my pedicure, very precise with painting my nails and made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed throughout! Ive gone to this nail salon a few times and its been great every time! They make sure your time here is well spent with all the pampering they do! I recommend coming to KT nails! :)

I was accompanying my daughter and decided to get a pedicure as well. It was worth every penny. I received a nice massage on my legs and feet. The staff was very nice and polite. Very impressed.

I recommend this.My second encounter here was not as good as the first one. May be because I was there 1 hr prior to closing time and they were in rush. Two different experiences in one visit. First, my nail tech for pedicure was great, funny, and knowledgeable. No issues. (One of the guys, dont know name) now for the other.....a young lady came in with a friend And her grandma. Wanted dip nails and a pedicure. The owner(?), woman, started pulling out tips and fitting her. The young woman questioned whether or not she actually needed tips to do dip, both the woman and another man said yes, emphatically. This girl did NOT want tips, nor did she need them! She also asked the nail tech to shorten them 3 times, since she didnt want fake nails! YOU DONT NEED TIPS TO DO DIP NAILS!!! Im just sorry I didnt say something right away.

Great experience for a spa pedicure. Did a Groupon and was given the option to upgrade to a better pedicure for only $5. I did and it was well worth it. Salt scrub on my legs and feet. Also a deep massage afterwards with lotion. Trimmed my nails perfectly and didn’t dig hard into my cuticles like some places do. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Kim and the whole team!

Terrible!!! Do not waste your time or money here. The person who did my nails seemed if she had never done them before (she was I. Her 60’s so I am guessing she has actually done it a time or two) it was the oddest approach to doing nails I have ever seen. Then the pain job🙄 it was so thick and I am pretty sure that I had just as much paint on my cuticles as I did on my nails! I had to go to my regular nail salon the next day to get them fixed and they had to completely redo them because they we shaped and painted so poorly. NEVER AGAIN!

I love how my nails look best at KT Nails over all other local places. Best shape and nail art. My picky teenage daughter especially loves coming with me to get her nails done, too. 5 stars especially for gel manicures and the comfortable, clean setting.

Found on Groupon, was charged more than the groupon. Nail tech was polite, but owner/manager was rude and unprofessional. Requested designs. I was asked if I wanted flowers or lines, then when I requested flowers, she said no, thats not gonna be nice, Ill make linesDidnt matter because the designs were nothing worth paying for!The pedicure was a complete waste of money, the polish was so thick and uneven. Dried, bubbled under the dryer and flaked off before even got home.Was there with 2 friends and no one was happy with the services rendered.

I went for the first time and will never go back. $80 later after wanting a pedicure and full set I was highly disappointed and in pain from the woman cutting up my nails with the electric file. I had to go to another salon I trusted the next day and spend another $50 to have them fix things for me. I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Awful. Felt like a huge scam using Groupon then getting charged additional $30.00 for a few very easy very sloppy designs on my gel nails. 2 hours into manicure, no color, no coat on my mutilated nails. Nail tech flipped my hand and literally shredded down and scraped the back of my natural natural nail that was under gel then used nail glue to glue nail back in place. Never have I ever seen this done anywhere else. After 2 and a half hour I told nail tech to reschedule my pedicure for some other time. Spent $100.00 on a horrible gelManicure which originally was $50.00 for both manicure and pedicure. Completely upset and scammed. Never again. You can keep your gift certificate.

My experience at this place was horrible. The owner was rushing so much that she is did terrible work on my nails. I got a gel manacure and I had a crack nail that she tried to fix but but made it worst.I went back to her to fix correctly but she just put some super glue on it and said it be would be ok. She still didnt take time to correct my nail. Plus, I have three different shape of nails. I will never go back to this place and would not recommend it.

I was told the wait was 30 minutes and waited for an hour. The woman doing my nails never smiled and shoved my hands around. I asked for rounded nails and they are pointy. She almost ran my card twice...thank goodness her co-worker was paying attention. Dont plan on returning.

Not a good experience. My mom and I went here to get mani/pedis and I had to ask to have my toe nails trimmed and filed, feet scrubbed ($5 extra), and also had to ask for lotion on my feet and legs! To top it all off my polish on my toes was streaky and unless I said anything I would have left that way. My mom soaked her feet in cold water util they were done with my pedi and left polish on the skin around her nail. They did my manicure while I was in the pedicure chair which I don’t enjoy, got no lotion on my hands or arms either. I felt rushed and annoyed during my entire experience.

Twice now Ive had the best gel nails that last. It goes on three weeks without chipping. I have to eventually take off due to growth. The owner Kim, I believe is the one who did them and she is good!!

First time back after reopening and absolutely horrible pedicure. Nail polish all over my toes, did not scrub with pumice, and absolutely not a drop of moisturizer. After $35 had to go home and spend 20 minutes to fix it myself.

Horrible horrible experience! Do not come here to get a full set done at all! Horrible service, I literally cried walking out of the salon! I asked to get my nails a squared shape & Kim ended up doing her own thing and shaping them round. They were just lumpy and way to short and so un even. Some nails were longer than the others! I was not satisfied with the service at all! She made my Fiancé pay & was begging him to leave her a tip. He left a $3 tip and she still got mad at me for not leaving more! I told her to be happy he’s at least leaving something because we did not like the way the nails came out! I immediately went to a different nail salon to get my nails fixed because it was so embarrassing the way they turned out!!!! Please save your money and time.

KT Nails is my favorite nail salon in the metro area. It has a relaxing atmosphere and great staff. The owner, Kim, is so friendly and her attention to detail on my nails is excellent. I always leave there feeling refreshed and cant wait to show off my new nails.

Best gel manicure you could ever get...worst regular manicure. If you get a gel it will last 3 weeks but if you get a regular manicure they will rush and not file well leaving all your nails to catch, chip and rip. Overall great customer experience though.

Wow! I am never one to write negative reviews on places... but I had a terrible experience at KT Nails in Minnetonka. The first lady took a huge gouge out of the middle of my nail, which was super sore. She never apologized or a knowledge it happened. Then she sent me off to another lady because she knew she messed up. I thought this lady has to be better, but I was wrong. She nicked me a few times with the tools, and did a bad job of shaping the nails and making the uniform, and her paint job was bad. I had to ask her to fix things multiple times. I made the mistake of asking for a design on 1 nail and she couldnt do it. Then she was frustrated with me that I wanted to to leave it with just the nail polish color. Never again will I be going here!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $. They do a terrible job! I made an apt and had them leave me half way thru a service to fit other people in. To boot it is the worst paint job I have ever had from anywhere including at home. When I complained about the service they told me to stay longer for it to be redone- after an hour and twenty minute basic pedicure (due to being left to sit in cold water at the beginning and half way thru my service) I declined. Seriously DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Bought a groupon for a gel manicure and spa pedicure. Pedicure was rushed and she was so rough with the scrubbing that my toe was bleeding. No massage and no moisturizing... my skin was dry at the end. Same thing with the manicure. French tips are thick and ugly. THEN she was pushy about getting a tip.

I love going here. The owner is wonderful and inviting! Very friendly staff and they do manicures and pedicures just the way I like them! I would definitely recommend this salon!

Terrible customer service and nail services!I purchased a Groupon for this salon based on good reviews. However, I was not happy with my services at all. I was there almost 2 hours for a gel mani and basic pedicure but most of this time was sitting and waiting even though I had an appointment. The mani and pedi were rushed through and look very sloppy. My gel manicure chipped in less than a day! While I was there the first time, the owner yelled at another customer for using the groupon app wrong. When I went back a day later to fix my chipped nails, the staff was unbelievably rude and yelled at me for ruining the nails. I have never had worse service in my life. Plus my manicure is ruined after 2 days!Choose any other salon to use!!

Ive been a customer of KTs Nails in Minnetonka for the last 7 years. Kim, the owner, and Anna are not only great nail technicians, they are great people who just know how to take care of you. Anna goes out of her way to make sure my nails are healthy and beautiful. There are a huge number of colors available of both enamel and gel polish that youll have a hard time selecting the perfect color! And the price is good too!

Never purchase a Groupon for this nail salon. Worst experience ever. Never coming here again. If your going to be an affiliate with Groupon LEARN HOW TO USE GROUPON.

Went in for a fill. Atmosphere was nice except for the other worker who was talking on speaker phone very loud and the entire time I was there- didnt appreciate that or think it was very professional. I got acrylic powder and gel polish, $15 more for the gel because Minnetonka is an expensive area and everyone has money here. Im use to paying $10 extra any where else Ive gone. Got my nails done on Thursday 2 of then broke already by Sunday. The only thing I liked was the gel color choices. Would not recommend, there are better places around the area, dont waste your time or money.

Poor customer service, I made an appointment a week ahead of time and I got there and waited an hour. Rude, I wanted my nails to look a certain way and when I said something about it she told me to stop telling her how to do her job. Bad at acrylics, they were sloppy and lasted for about a week. Do not recommend.

Used to think this place was the best...no more. Every time I have been in there lately, it is a different price. It ranges between $45 and $70 for the exact same services!!! Saturday, I swung in for a birthday manicure and pedicure. $70.00 later, my heels are still dry and rough, my polish is uneven and chipped, I left with mud mask still on the back of my legs and scrub between my toes. My manicure, I told her I was not picky as long as they were not square and to please not make them square shaped and of course she made them square, I got her to fix them but she was not happy. I got a french manicure, lines are uneven, I have white all over my cuticles and on my fingertips. So bummed out!!!! I will not be going back to this place again!!!

The worst nail place Ive ever been to. I went in to get a French manicure on my nails and feet. I was made of honor in a wedding and I spent 2 hours in the shop and my nails are still not dry. They are tacky and they have air bubbles in them, and I have a black speck and some fibers stuck in the nail polish, nobody could speak hardly any English that you can understand, extremely overpriced! And they use old nail polish and put it on too thick, that is why it is not drying faster, I would recommend any other place then this one. After I went outside to my car, I noticed that the clear coating wasnt even covering all of my nails, I went back in to tell them that they didnt even finish the job right, and she refused to discount any money for the hands part, I wasted $45 on crappy nails to be in one of my best friends wedding. I am more than pissed, she offered to completely redo them but why would I spend more time in the store and Ive already wasted two and a half hours

Horrible customer service. No one on staff spoke English clearly enough to answer very basic questions. My teenage daughter got a manicure for her birthday. Her polish was 60% chipped off within 24 hours, and she was careful to use her hands very little.

The service experienced was very bad Kim painted over my skin and when I told her to fix it she was very rude about fixing it and didn’t care
