They are fast, efficient, friendly and they did a great job. The only thing I thought somewhat rude is, the technician spent a good portion of my pedicure talking on her cell phone, in her own language, while she methodically did the work. I guess it made me feel like she didnt value her clients.

Horrible customer service. We had an appointment and they finally seated us after a 15 minute wait. Then left us sitting there for another 20 minutes while they took customers that arrived after us and did their nails without so much as saying anything to us.

This place does a beautiful quality job every time. My wife wont go any place else. They have a lot stations for manicures, and pedicures. Its a very clean place.The staff are very friendly and helpful. They work with gels and other kinds of polish.They provide services for men as well .I especially like the chairs at the pedicure station because they equipped with massaging operations and I believe music too.Their located in an area with good shopping opportunities and the shop is visible from the street.

Sure, Cedar Nails does a decent job of painting your nails, but so does every other nail place. The thing is, their customer service is the WORST. They are the most unfriendly staff I have ever met. Other reviews say they are kind, that is FALSE. I have been going to Cedar Nails for YEARS. They have only ever showed kindness and respect to elders. I am in my early 20s but I don’t really look old, so every time I come here they make me wait at least 20 minutes after my original appointment while they sit there, staring at me, while doing some old woman’s toenails. Don’t come here, it’s not worth the money to sit there and be miserable while they don’t even talk to you. Go to Mainstreet Nails in Hopkins. They are amazing there, there are so many color options. Way more than Cedar Nails. AND, in my experience, the people at MainStreet nails are so much nicer, they kept the nail salon open an hour past closing just to do my nails, and it was no problem for them. They would never do that here.UPDATE:I just got done with my nail appointment. Not only did the lady who did my nails, mess up my nails. She did a horrible job fixing them. She painted over them in different spots so it looked like there were lines all over my nails. When my friend and I said something the lady who did my nails literally YELLED at us and I had to get them fixed by someone else. She got up out of her seat and she YELLED at us in the salon. Like who do you think you are?

Horrible horrible horrible service to say the least walked in there just to get one nail fixed I told her what I wanted didn’t listen went ahead and did something. When I asked her what she was doing she got an attitude. Starting talking in whatever language. I kept asking her questions and she just ignored me! I walked out of there you’re not about to charge me 50 bucks for one nail! I do not know how they’ve gotten four stars! RUDE! OVER PRICED! Look for my review on yelp too

I just called Helen to make an appt for a fill. She told me they dont do them anymore. She said they just do manicures on natural nails.

They did a very poor job, I was very disappointed in the work they did. I had to come in the next day because my nail polish was coming off. I had the gel nails ... my nails were not the length I wanted, the color was terrible and also she knicked my finger and was bleeding using the Dremel.... like I said very disappointed
