My girlfriend and I both got gel manicures from here. My first impressions were clean, friendly and nice space. My technician began by asking if I wanted my nails cut and I said just filed. She did not ask what shape I wanted. When she began painting the color she didn’t ask if I liked it - pretty standard for nail salons. The nails looked nice when they were done but 3 days later they started peeling off. I asked my friend how she was liking her nails and she said the SAME thing was happening to her nails. I’m not sure if they missed a step or what but I’ve never had that happen before. I thought about calling and getting them fixed but it wasn’t just 1 or 2 nails it was ALL of them! After investing time and money, I rather just go to my usual spot where I know they will be done well.I would not recommend.

The staff was friendly and they followed COVID protocols. There is a large selection of polishes and colors to choose from. We got pedis and a manicure. Im impressed and will be coming back.

I have gone to this nail salon many times, including my wedding day and keep giving them another chance... Not anymore!!! Go to Anna across the street!! Free massage and MUCH better nails techs! Nu nails made me late on my wedding day and just went in for a $28 pedicure that apparently they up charge and I left paying $52 for a simple flower. The owner Maria is nice and that’s about the only positive I have to say...

This is one of the nicest salons I have ever been to in Minnesota. Im originally from California and you know that they are on top of their game.Im a nurse so therefore I am very aware of whats sanitize and whats not. They do a great job at that. Service was excellent and staff was super nice and accommodate to my needs.5 stars for clean, fun, and friendly environment!

Great service and it is family owned! The owner is so sweet! Lots of options and services besides nails. Spray tans, waxing, lash extensions ect.... I highly recommend this place. My son loves going with me to relax and sook his feet and get a foot massage! 😊

The nail lady i had was super rushed the entire time. i told her what i wanted but then ended up getting something horrible. the nails are super chunky and not even straight. also, the lady i had kept asking if i was okay after she used the nail bit to buff my nails. it hurt so bad but i didn’t want to be rude. i’ve come here for many years but won’t get my nails done again

Today I went and got a Brazilian Wax, I am familiar with the process. must I say I was not pleased with the service. The lady walked me to the room and told me to take my clothes off while she still stood there. I asked her for a gown, she gave me towel. The wax was extremely Hot. I told her I wanted a triangle, she was not sure how to do it, so I coached her along the way. She dropped wax all over my legs. The lady tried to put some cream that is suppose to prevent you from itching on my vagina, I told her that I would pass. It took 1 hour to finish. Which I still have hair in some spots. I wouldnt recommend anyone to get waxed here.

First, she glued my nail before she fit the nail tip, and some were too wide. After all were applied, she just started cutting the nail tips off without even asking what length I would like. Next, she started filing one square...arent they supposed to ask how long and what shape you want them? NADA! We got to the painting part of the experience and the surface of my new acrylic nails was still rough (however I didnt notice until all the nails were dry). I also have to mention that she sliced my fingers on the edges with her nail file-OUCH!I would not recommend this location. Meh. Had a so-so pedi done. The technician seemed rushed and wasnt very engaged. Its frustrating when you see one tech into the job and provides good service for a client, then the next is crummy, but they charge the same price either way. Many other salons around; too bad they dont care to provide better service instead of losing clients.

I just want others to know that I had a pedicure at NailTurbo last August. The nail technician dug into my skin near my cuticle on my large toe, leaving a open sore and bruise. As time has progressed, I thought the toenail was going to fall off but then realized a fungus had grown under my toenail. I would advise anyone who is getting a pedicure to make sure they are using clean utensils. I am hesitant to get a pedicure again.

Horrible service, unprofessional and rude staff. SUPER UNSANITARY. Ladies, make sure you double check if your client is vietnamese before you speak heinously about them to your other coworkers. Dont mistake that the one star is earned, its a requirement. Will be calling to inspect your sanitation and I hope this will help others that are planning to come here to rethink your decision.
